I recently went to their shop to have my car window s regulator fixed. On the ride back from their shop I immediately noticed a difference in how my car ran. A few days later multiple lights began to cut on while I was driving on the highway ( I Have only driven my car once since the visit ). Now I have issues with my car that I have never had before. I wouldn t recommend going to their shop as I won t be returning myself.

This review is about 2 weeks late but still necessary becauseTriangle Car Care is the best.I contacted them with my list of concerns (brakes, air conditioner and other things)and spoke with David. He reviewed the issues with me after examining my car and explained everything that could be done as well as the price.I gave permission for the work to be completed - about 90% of my listed items and everything was done the same day for a reasonable price.I liked the way David explained what they were doing and presented options and estimates.Go to Triangle Car Care for all your service needs. They re the best!

This is the best garage I have ever gone to. David is very professional. Prices were very reasonable and the car was in and out when he said it would be. My son and daughter-in-law told me about this place and how satisfied they were and now this is where I will go from now on. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely tell people I know.Service: Auto battery replacement

Simply the best. It's been 30 yearsKnowing Bobby and David. And we wouldn't trust are vehicles, or our Son's vehicles to anyone else.For years they have had the same mechanics and they are highly and currently trained. The mechanics know their customers, as well as their customers vehicles.Thank You Jeff and everyone.

Best mechanic I've ever used. We take all three of our cars to Triangle Car Care and they make sure that all of them are running good. They are honest and do a solid job. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys always take care of me and my car. Dave is a unicorn among mechanics. He's always upfront and honest about everything here. He 100% cares more about returning business than the dollar up front. He has never once screwed me over and that is rare among mechanics these days

Got my wife's tires changed. No problem there. I did have a problem though with their ridiculous quote of $340 to change the spark plugs. I did it myself and it took only 45 mins and was very easy. Only cost me $45.

My family has been going to these guys for years. I like going here because they're always honest with you. They'll tell you what you need and what you don't need. They do good work and won't rip you off. I recommend them to my friends all the time. They also have a loaner car you can use while yours is being worked on if you call ahead.

These guys are the shop you need if you want a reliable and trustworthy team to service your vehicle. If your looking for the cheapest then you're gonna get what you pay for. These guys are thorough, consistent and do so at an honest price. They stand by their work. My company has even used them for the past three years after dancing around town with the big box service departments service centers. Triangle keeps me and the 10 plus vehicles on the road and safe. Thanks guys for making our lives easier.

Fine service. Friendly, efficient, and most importantly knowledgeable. Will again trust them with my car as needed in the future. Reasonable competitive prices. Haven't experienced them suggesting unneeded car repairs. Recommended

Highest possible rating. I have trusted these folks to service all of my family cars for the past 15yrs. They've helped take my cars to over 200k mileage and still running strong. Just great folks.

I was refused because my car was imported from a location that did not have emissions testing. He did not want the potential trouble of emissions issues that were difficult to track down. He did seem like an honest person though.

I am an Auto Mechanic in Winston-Salem.A customer had the Alternator light come on while on the way to RDUI contacted Triangle Car Care and they picked my customers car up from the Airport lot and replaced the Alternator. My Customer was amazed!!!Thanks Bobby and Audrey and Staff

I both like and trust the staff here. But, man, are their hours really difficult to work into. Definitely recommend, but best if you work odd hours or are retired.

I took my car for inspection,I asked to him to find out the cause of a strange noise, after he figured it out ,he wants to charge me $1400 for ,trace/replace right outer tie rod end,and replace left lower forward and rearward control Arms!!!!I called 2 other mechanics they charged me $860 including brakes,I will never go back there fo any thing , this is being dishonest,or I look like to him like I'm a ignorant person,or for any other reason.Service: General repairs & maintenance
