My windshield was installed one day after I first asked for a quote. Technician was awesome, really nice guy. Had it finished up within an hour. Didn t leave a mess, also, price was very good. Would recommend to anyone needing a new windshield.

Unfortunately, I know this place too well from having my wind shield repaired .The good news is I wouldn't go anywhere else . Everyone is amazingly friendly. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, wifi and snacks. I always leave with a professionally installed wind shield and a clean car.

I had Triangle Auto Glass replace the windshield on my 2021 Malibu. They removed the mandatory stickers I have without damage. This place is legit. I walked in with my rear view mirror hanging off and windshield cracked. The gentleman repaired it in quickly and didn t even charge me. They just don t make genuine people like this anymore. Great service!

Not a fan. Started with trying to get my windshield replaced on 07-25-2023 with this company. Said there was issue with getting the glass. Called and talked to Heidi who said it would be in on 08-22-2023. Called back and she said it didn't come in. Almost 30 days with this company and no glass. Got in touch with Registers Glass and in two days had the windshield in.

These guys were great to work with. Through no fault of theirs, I had a problem windshield due to OEM sourcing. They helped work through all that and stayed on top of it. It took months for the part to come in and they kept me informed of the entire process. Installation went well, they did a great job, and even cleaned up the interior of my truck. Highly recommend these guys.

Have had great luck in the past with TAG replacing a whole windshield, but fixing a rock chip was a different experience. I know they won't be invisible, but this fix is VERY visible, and with Safelight I've never had it be this visible.As you can see from the photo, the fill material is white on the surface...had multiple chips done by safelight and never had that issue. The repair person said that was normal and that perhaps safelight uses different material.Stick TAG for full glass repair not chips.

I requested a quote in a Saturday to replace my windshield because I got a bad crack in it over the weekend. They were super responsive and got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled. The price I was quoted was better than any of the other quotes I got and it included taxes, labor, etc. so when I was paying the day of there were no surprises or extra fees. The guy doing my replacement was really nice and got everything done well and within about an hour. Overall it was a GREAT experience for something no one enjoys having to get done and I would definitely recommend them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my windshield replaced with Triangle Auto Glass last week and it was a great experience. Everyone I talked to was amazing! From the phone call setting up the appointment to the technician that came out to fix my windshield it was all good! If I'm ever in need of another windshield I will be using Triangle Auto Glass.

I never write reviews on Google, but I had to make an exception for these folks - they are AWESOME. They were over $100 cheaper than both other quotes I got locally, and their prompt and caring service is unmatched. They showed up to my place of work and installed the new windshield quickly and beautifully. The technician even moved over my oil change sticker so I wouldn't forget. That's a 5/5 from me!!!

I have never felt more comfortable having someone work on my car in my life. These folks take professionalism to another level. Everything explained, all cameras and computers adjusted, heck, these folks even cleaned my Weather Tech floor mats. I called my insurance company to put a Star next to their name. Triangle Auto Glass has replaced/repaired three windshield for me, two on the same car. I recently moved to a different town, but the technician that installed the first windshield remembered my car and not by the address but the car. Each time a technician is scheduled to arrive at my location, he calls prior to arriving and is always on time. These guys are professionals and they do a great job. I had to take my car into the the shop this morning to have my front camera calibrated. Everyone there greeted me and very accommodating. I highly recommend using Triangle Auto Glass if you need a new windshield.

I had 2 rock chips in the windshield that Seth at Triangle repaired onsite. Seth was professional and efficient in the repair. He took very good care of my truck. This place was AMAZING! They kept in contact with me almost the entire time, except for the morning of the install, they had the wrong phone number to contact me on the installers forms. But either way, they were awesome! Aaron was very personable, and super quick with the install. The price was reasonable and they were very helpful in determining if making a claim with my insurance would be worth it or not. They even came out to me, I didn't even have to leave the house! I would reccomend this place to anyone who needs windshield repairs or replacement! THANK YOU TRIANGLE AUTOGLASS for making my first experience with a business in NC a VERY pleasant one!

These guys have amazing customer service. They took care of everything. Windshield is replaced brand new, like that crack never happened. Staff was absolutely friendly and very knowledgeable. Honest and good hearted people here. I recommend 100%

I had the rare opportunity of experiencing two windshield replacements this week. One was a 2019 Rav4 with cameras in the windshield that had to be calibrated at the business location and the other was a 2003 Tundra and they came to my house and replaced it. Both experiences were exceptional, they were professional, good communication and quality work. Nice folks to boot. I will/would use them again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Heidie from the office was great to work with. We got an install date set up quickly and the installer was early (he called to see if he could arrive early) and efficient. Explained their warranty and was on his way. I highly recommend.

A few years ago I had a small chip in my windshield. My insurance agent suggested Triangle Auto Glass for the repair. They did a great job so when I got another small crack, I went straight back to them. Very efficient, friendly and affordable. Will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them!

Awesome guys, great service. Had windshield replaced in FL a month ago, moved to Raleigh two weeks ago. Top weatherstripping came loose and almost off over weekend, SafeLite never glued it down!?!?!? Called Monday when they opened, said bring it in Tuesday morning first thing before trucks hit road for day and would take care of. Took care of quickly and nice, real people. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a situation, and T.A.G. went out of their way and out of their usual range to replace our windshield. I have used Triangle Auto Glass twice now and they are top notch! Steve and Heidi are great to work with. I just had a larger chip filled, you can barely see it and the tech fixed my rear view mirror that had come off due to the heat. Excellent company - I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new windshield/repair!

I love going to this shop and getting dings in my windshields fixed. They are fast, courteous, and economical. I don't even bother using my insurance - this is just an easier way to do it, and I don't have to worry about my premiums going up. Call ahead and to make sure a technician will be available.

As a massage therapist I don t have ability to stop what I m doing to go out and deal with stuff like this. They made it SO easy! Came to my office, texted instead of calling and dealt with my front desk so i didn t have to leave session. Plus the price was great no need for insurance and the windshield looks awesome!
