They do good work but really like to overcharge if you don t know anything about vehicles. I ve taken my vehicle to them twice and the second time just left a sour taste in my mouth. They quoted me 90$ for an oil change and over 300$ for spark plugs (for a V4 accord) while I was getting over 1000$ worth of work done already (probably overcharged there too). I will not be returning based on this experience.

TransMedics did the services I requested and were even able to have my car ready at an earlier time. I always find the service professional, timely and respectfully done. If you need service on your vehicle, contact TransMedics. They will do a great job!.

I had used Transmetic before to replace a transmission. They did a good job at a fair price. So, when I was facing another expensive repair I did not debate mechanics. I ended up selling the Jeep and not doing expensive repair. Transmetic refunded me a $800 non-refundable deposit once they found out they could cancel order. They went the extra mile with no monetary incentive.

Great service from the start! Very professional. We actually started feeling the car shifting funny a while after our service was performed and these guys took it back in no questions asked and fixed the issue. I Would go back and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used TransMedics for years and have always been satisfied. Two transmissions, one engine and other axle work to name a few. Very prompt and fair. Highly recommend.

Call their office to see if they perform a transmission service, and was told that if the vehicle has over 100,000 miles that they don t perform the service, and before I could say anything or ask any other questions, the guy hung up on me. Very rude service, do not recommend.

They recently put a new motor in my 2008 H2 hummer. Had several transmissions replaced with them over the years. Straight forward, Honest and Professional !! Highly recommended.

Adam and all the guys at Trans Medics are amazing. They did an amazing job on my sons Ford Focus. It took a little while but you can t rush amazing work. Communication was good, you fixed the problem faster than I expected and the suggestion to replace the leaking PCV hose (the elbow where it connects to the intake manifold) resolved the poor idling problem that was a huge drivability issue in stop and go traffic.

Good service and friendly people.Brake repair and they also replaced other set as warranty due to continued pulsation. I'm happy with the service I received from TransMedics.Normal oil change.....good service as always!

Trans Medic is a great place for all, your vehicle repairs. I had a warranty company that was giving me the run around for over a month with repairs . They waited patiently and sent them all necessary pictures time and time again. My go-to place for transmission-related issues.I had two diagnostics here, they were highly responsive and explained everything I asked about.When I actually got a repair done, they honored their price estimate and got the clutch system on my '95 Miata working like a dream within the time they estimated.In one case, they diagnosed an issue and recommended me to the muffler shop next door, which got my issue resolved lickety-split.Nice waiting room with seltzers and coffee. They have WiFi.Unfortunately they don't take appointments, so you may be waiting a while. Recommend getting a ride or bringing plenty of remote work / books. One time I took a long walk to the Dunkin on the next block.The one bizarre thing I encountered was the 2nd or 3rd time I brought in my car, a guy at the desk said the staff "won't touch your car!" Sure my car is old, but why?He turned me down until I told him they had worked on it before at this shop. Then he recanted and started taking the details of my issues for the repair. The repair went well. Very unsettling way to start that day, but I'll forgive it since my interactions with all the rest of the staff have been fantastic.Service: Transmission repair

Awesome!Ronnie and his crew were great! Honest, professional and affordable. They did a great job with repairing my transmission, and will be going back for future services! They ran a diagnostic for me after my engine light came back on at no charge(I needed the sensor reset from the first visit), which usually costs over $100 at other shops. Also the coffee offered in the lobby was great , will definitely be going back for future repairs/maintenance!Service: Transmission
