I had my black Katzkin leather seats installed yesterday. 2023 ford f150. Katzkin products and customer service are top notch, the only thing with Katzkin that rubbed me a little wrong was the fact that they are commission based sales. So once you call, youre locked into whoever answered your first call, that is your sales person. But as far as tops and trends, everything is 5 star. They did all 4 seats in one day and it is just as good as factory. Perhaps better. Take my advice go all the way dont settle for seat covers. You will not be happy. Go with katzkin leather and go with tops and trends. You won't regret it!I am super picky and they met my expectations, which I did not expect. The pictures don't lie. Tops and trends knows their stuff.Update: 1 month later, all the little wrinkles have evened out and the seats are really durable. I couldn't be happier.

Installed katskin leather on my Ford F-150. Leather quality was better than oem. seats, center console and door arm rests were all replaced with leather from the original fabric.Service was great. Turn around was 1 day for the job. Leather has transformed the truck.

Love these seats! I have a 2019 F-150 a XLT Sport and had the cheesy cloth interior. I was able to customize my seats with different color leather and stitching. Super nice! They were installed perfectly. The only issue was, when I picked up my truck they had not put the matching console cover in. I almost drove away without noticing, but I went back inside and asked why that wasn't installed, and did it come with it like they said on the phone. I was told yes it came with it but we usually don't put them in unless it's cloth that they were replacing. I was floored! I paid for that and it was sitting in there waiting to be installed in my truck, and they didn't do it. I got an attitude from the person I dealt with and felt as if I was giving him a hassle, when that was supposed to come with my interior from the start. This is why I only gave four stars. Other than that they did a great job and I'm very happy. I would recommend Katskin leather to anyone!

My back was having a hard time driving around in my car, and after cycling through an ungodly amount of car seat cushions, I decided to take it to the pros. Definitely should ve made them my first stop. They were professional from the first meeting all the way through getting my car back. It seriously drives like a new car. The work was done quickly and timely. If you have any upholstering needs for your car, these guys truly are the top of the class. Highly recommend.

We just had a backup sensor system installed in our daughters 2014 Chevy Cruz and could not be any happier!! From our first meeting with Kristy at the front desk we knew this was the best choice for our installation. The work was done even a day early! Their office communicated with us the whole time, treated us with respect and answered any questions fully. The work was done neatly and professionally. We would recommend them highly!!!

Tops & Trends is a fantastic company who knows how to service their customers with top notch experience, workmanship and care!! This company has a great office team that is kind and knowledgeable. The work itself was perfect! No one else in the area could help us, and this company was able to do it!! Also, they talk to you about each step of the process, and do not slam you in costs!! If I ever need any other work, it will definitely be done at this company and will be sharing with all my family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who I can share with! These guys are top tier pros on all types of upholstery items for your car or truck. I've personally had them perform 2 jobs without disappointment. The manager is knowledgeable and kind, and the owner is a cool dude.

I had Tops and Trends install seat heaters in my 2023 4Runner. They did a great job from the initial phone call all the way through the process. This place does awesome work! They installed my Katzkin leather and the quality of their work can only be matched by how much pride they show in their workmanship. I would highly recommend that this be the first and only place you call if you want your interior to surpass OEM quality!

Tops and Trends did a great job on our Mustang convertible top! It looks great! They are temporarily short of front desk help but it's definitely worth a little waiting in that area.

They are literally the best in the business! We recently bought a new car and it literally was the only SUV on the lot new! So we wanted leather custom, 2 tone . We ordered it custom through Katzkin and they hooked us up with Tops and Trends! Fantastic customer service , called us earlier than expected! The installation is better than we have ever had before ! The leather quality with Katzkin is fantastic! We would definitely use them again!Service: Upholstery installation

I have been in the car business for almost 10 years, and I must say that Tops and Trends has the best quality and customer service of any shop I have used. They pick the car up and drop it back off wherever my customer is. That is super convenient!! My customers have always shown appreciation for the work Tops & Trends does. Keep it up!!

Tops and trends did an amazing job on my 350z roadster. I recently bought the car knowing that the roof wasn't opening and the soft top needing to be replaced. Tops and Trends troubleshot the probable cause of why the top was not opening. I purchased the part, they put it in and fixed the problem. Afterward, I had them replace my seats and they did another outstanding job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Misty and Dustin are one of the nicest and professional people I have ever done business with. Outstanding company and people of integrity.

Great job by Joey's team for my Mustang convertible to get a new top. Order came came in sooner than expected, great communication along the way, and finished piece looks fantastic! Went from embarrassing to like new! Keep up the great work! Highly recommend.

They installed a moonroof and leather seats in 2.5 days. My co-workers saw the work and liked it. One of them wants some work done as well I referred him to Tops. Good job Tops!!!

I had them install katzkin leather seat covers on my 2019 F150 and I couldn t be happier with their customer service and quality workmanship. Pricing was also right in line with other quotes that I received. Misty was a pleasure to work with and was always very prompt with me. I recommend Tops & Trends without a doubt!

Had an elderly customer who wanted leather in a Fusion. Car was picked up by Tops and Trends and returned earlier than expected. Customer loves the Leather that was installed. Her second car with Leather installed by Tops and Trends. Keep up the good work guys. Your service is GREAT.

I ve have had a 2003 Porsche 996 Cabriolet for about a year and about a month ago something went wrong with one of the tension cables.. immediately my mind raced to the bankruptcy I was going to have to file because of this lol. I did research online and the forums told me it will be 500, 1000, 1500 dollars to fix and all hope was crushed. I brought it to Tops and Trends in Raleigh because the dealership I work for sends all of our customers there for sunroof installs, leather, convertible fixes and their experiences have been excellent. Well, mine was too and they fixed my problem at an incredibly reasonable price! The staff was very professional, took all social distancing precautions and I was in and out very quickly. This is where y all should stop first for all your automotive restyling needs. Thank you guys so much!!

I could not be happier with my experience with Tops and Trends. They are so friendly and professional! When I went there to choose my leather interior, I thought I knew what I wanted, but after talking with one of the designers, I ended up with seats that I love.

Joey and team are always top notch! Their work and products are second to none and they ALWAYS have the cars ready when promised. Expert technicians and excellent quality products. From the Katzkin Leather to heated seats to sunroofs and so so much more! Tops & Trends can do it all. They also always stand behind their work 100% in the rare instance something were to go wrong....
