Once you experience Tilden Car Care, you'll only go there for all your auto and truck maintenance. The staff is honest and does great work at a reasonable price. Stop wasting your time at dealerships and big box stores where they take advantage of you.

Just found this place and I am going to be a repeat customer. Excellent, fast service. Very fairly priced. I chatted with another customer while waiting who has been a long time customer and she couldn t speak any higher to their integrity, fairness and quality of work. Thank you, Tilden.

This is the place to go if you need your vehicle serviced. Family owned and family friendly. I've had nothing but outstanding service from them. Bought 2023 Mazda 3 turbo PP+, no one will touch it but Tilden.

I cannot express my recommendation enough for this car shop. Their honesty and reliability are unparalleled. Despite moving away from the area, I now willingly commute 30+ minutes for all my car needs because of the exceptional service they provide. Simply the best!

Took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee there to get a coolant leak checked. Turned out to be a simple fix, loose clamp. They could have charged me a bunch of money, even though it was a simple fix, but they didn't. No complaints, honest service, good customer service. I recommend them.

These guys are the real deal. Super friendly, honest, not afraid to admit they aren t equip to handle a certain situation, and generally great to all customers. Everyone who comes through the door is welcomed in warmly and you can tell the family loves what they do.

Tilden's always does good work for our family. From diagnosis, a call to discuss problem and repair cost, and then repair. We have gone to them for probably 15 years or more, and repairs have always been well done and lasted. With 4 different cars (Chevy, Ford, Honda, and Jeep), they have done repairs and good work on each.

Had TILDEN fix my old work truck. 97 Ram 1500 which had 2 leaking freeze plugs that required the whole transmission be dropped to repair. They had given me a qoute and it was one of the best in town! First time as one of their customers! They did a excellent job! Quick turnaround and it's been a week almost and "Black Betty" is "back in black!"

I can't say anything negative about Tilden Care Car . I've been using Tilden's for almost 22 years. I am percent satisfied with the services which I have received from routine vehicle maintenance, NC inspections, brakes, ac repair, troubleshooting and miscellaneous repairs. Mr. Tilden adviced me that it was time to retire my 97 Jeep Cherokee and purchase another vehicle rather than pouring more funds into repair. Excellent advice from my mechanic. I now have 3 vehicles that he currently services and I have made referrals to others seeking a dependable car care center and they too are happy.

I can't say enough good things about Tilden Car Care! Brought my 2018 Jeep Compass in for maintenance and my car was thoroughly diagnosed in a timely manner. The guys here gave me what no dealership ever has: friendly service, unbeatable prices, and peace of mind. I'll be a customer for life!

I bring all my car business to Mike and his guys. I also tell anyone, that will listen, they need to go there too. I'm from the Midwest and was missing having my buddies around that could fix my car. Tilden's is the next best thing to having my buddies. Great work, quick service, super friendly and NEVER charges you more than necessary. Also doesn't make up things that you need to have done . I moved to Youngsville and still come here. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys!

I brought a newly purchased used vehicle here for an inspection just to make sure nothing was wrong. The man who helped me out was very nice and helpful and gave me peace of mind to go ahead and keep the vehicle. There is even a small children s area where my son could play while we waited. 5 stars!

Mr. Mike and his son Mr. Mike are the best! They are quick, affordable, super friendly, and trustworthy. I ve been coming to them for years and have recommended them to a number of Family members, friends, and co-workers who also swear by them. If they cannot help (Which is rare) they will get you to the right place. You won t be disappointed going to Tilden!

I was visiting Raleigh in June of 2022 when my vehicle started having serious transmission issues. Tilden car care diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly, sooner than expected. Amazing Company! Especially Mike with getting a used car checked out for me. Even though he was busy and short handed he was able to get me in. He went over the car in extreme detail and I would recommend this repair center to everyone. I was wanting to buy a car from out of state and needed a mechanic to look at it. And he did it. Could not ask for anything better. Tilden's Car Care Center is everything you look for in a business! I have been coming here for car repair and maintenance for years. This is a father and son business built on honesty and integrity. They do quality work for reasonable rates and I will never take my car and/ or truck to any other mechanic for any reason. It gives me great peace to know that I can trust them to keep my vehicles in great running condition for years to come.(and mine are older vehicles). Mike and the whole crew are absolutely top-tier in their field. They are honest, informative and most of all flexible. My wife and I have brought our vehicles to them 5 times (I believe) and each time are impressed with how they cater to our schedules, our needs and do their utmost to keep costs as low as possible. This is how not only other mechanics but businesses in general should aspire to carry themselves. I have been to a few mechanics before discovering Tilden and I can honestly say that Tilden are the only TRUE mechanics in Raleigh. Keep up the great work, Tilden and even though my goal is not to have to visit your shop often, I will happily do so knowing that I am making the best possible decision for my vehicles.Cheers.

They did two pre-purchase inspections during our used car search for our daughter. They were extremely helpful (and provided much-needed advice), quick and professional and our daughter bought a car that she loves and we knew would be dependable and safe. Our family has been using Tilden Car Care Services for all our car care needs since 2006. We go to them because of their special attention to the needs of our vehicles and listening to our needs and providing us with the best services. They treat each customer with the same level of service. We go to them before heading to the dealership or using our AAA membership because they stand behind their word. We never had a complaint or issues with any of the services provided: oil changes, tire purchases, rotation, brakes, brake pads, alignments, registrations, and more. Tilden has the best prices and quality service. They also prove coupons and other discounts to their customers.

Great professional attitude towards customers! Knowledgeable. I'm a Photographer by nature I know Men don't like to smile but to see a small one from the corner of this man's mouth was pleasing to me!
