I've been going there since 2015 Tommy is a wonderful person and have so much patience with me about my questions. They are within everyone's price range, and gives excellent service. I would recommend this place to everyone. Don't believe me, try for yourself, I bet you'll be back.

This was by far, the best experience I've had getting an inspection! The men here were courteous and quick! I was there for only a few minutes! Thank you gentlemen for a great experience! I'll definitely be back next year!

This business is by far the most forward I have encountered in a long time! They are professional and honest! Thank you!!!!!Prices are fair and comparable. Greeted promptly and my service was completed when I expected! You guys really do ROCK! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!

Visited this place on Wednesday for an inspection. Bottom line... best customer service experience during an NC inspection ever! Inspection was completed quickly with no problems.

Love this place. I ve taken my VW here several times for oil changes and inspections. The guys are always super friendly and honest and they never try to sell you on something you don t need.

Great place and great kind people... they are spot on with timing if there is any wait. I was told it would be about 30 mins and I was leaving in 30 mins. Never had any issues after. Have done both oil changes and inspections there. Their customers are also like family, I've always sat and talked with amazing people while waiting...

Tommy was extremely helpful when my brake lights would not turn off & was running down my battery. .Even though the other mechanic had not arrived & Tommy was busy with regular customers, he took the time to check it out and had me back on the road traveling south with an unbelievable simple fix.I highly recommend this business! Thanks Tommy

Nothing fancy here but excellent workmanship, honest dealing, and FAIR prices. They gladly go the extra mile to help you SAVE money on repair costs. There's a reason they're always busy and parking is limited. Been serviced here for a decade and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I absolutely love these guys. They have been doing all of my car repairs for a few years now and always fix the issues once and for all. I've never had to return for the same problem twice. The guys are honest and hard working and never try to screw me over with high prices, I really appreciate them and recommend them to every one I know. My sister and quite a few of my friends have been here and couldn't be happier.

Stopped in around 10am and they were finished with the inspection in less than 15 minutes. It was also cheaper than I've ever paid for this service. Nice guys, all around great experience! Will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Excellent/ Fast Service. Stopped in on a Thursday around 1245ish and got an inspection in about 10 minutes, In and out. My new inspection spot for sure!. Recommend! Thanks Tommy!

HONEST. Took my car there and asked them to do a bunch of stuff for it. Tommy called me later in the day and said your car doesn't need this, I can do it if you want but you would be wasting your money. That is real honesty seldom seen in the automotive industry. He also laid a plan for my vehicle to keep it up and running. I didn't feel like I was bothering them by being there like happens at some places. Nice folks, great work and honest. This shop should be your regular shop from now on.

I went in a little before lunch time for a state inspection and was in and out in 20 minutes! Very quick and friendly. I didn't feel like they were looking for things to charge me for as I've felt at other service stations. I will definitely be returning for my next inspection!

I've been a customer of THEE INSPECTION STATION for over 8 years! I am ALWAYS treated right! The charges are really good and I tell people that Bill makes me feel like I can actually afford my car! My car has 190k miles on it, and I have to give some of the credit for that to Bill and his employees. Thanks for the great treatment & service!

I just moved to North Carolina and was not sure if I needed a State Inspection that usually everyone has to do when moving to a new state. So I looked around for different shops that have good reviews and came across Thee Inspection Shop.Little did I know that the reviews were not accurate at all... Either management changed or the reviews are written by the owners and employers friends, but the reviews that I saw did not reflect what happened.When I got to the Thee Inspection Shop I told them that I had just moved to the the state and found them via google. I then asked them if I could hold off on the inspection or if I needed to get the State Inspection. They told me that he MUST inspect my car and after only about 10 min came back with documentation saying everything was done.. I went to the car registration place and was told that residents that just moved to the state for the first year vehicle registrations are exempted. I was confused because Thee Inspection Shop that I had just come from said I HAD to have them inspect the car and explained to the workers at the registration office. They pulled up the information online and showed me on the State site that in fact we did no have to for the first year moving to the state.I took my car back to Thee Inspection Site and explained the situation to the owner of the shop. He said that the State was lying and that he had never heard of such a thing. He then began to shout "what do you want?!" I asked him for a refund as he made me perform and pay for a job that was not necessary. He responded "I have been running a repair shop for more that 30 years, and that a car inspection card is absolutely necessary. You think I don't know basic information like this?!"He refused to give me a refund even though I pulled up the same state article that shows first year residence do no need an inspection... He still refused and stormed away.I usually don't write reviews, but I took time out of my day just to warn people about this shop. Especially new residence that may stumble across this shop.

This station is AWESOME! They are friendly and only correct REAL problems. You can be sure that if they say that something needs to be taken care of, it DOES. They go out of their way to be FAIR with their prices and services. This place is one that I truly TRUST. The owner, Bill is one nice man and Tommy, the Mechanic really knows his stuff!! They're normally really busy but they'll get to your car/truck as soon as possible and let you know when it's ready. I TRUST them completely!!

I have been taking my cars to these guys for 4 years now. My grandfather has been taking his cars to them since the 60's. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Super honest. Amazing prices for mechanical work.

Can t say enough great things about these guys. I have been taking my vehicles here for several years. Bill and Tommy are always honest and both give accurate advice about my vehicles. Never attempt to sell me on any repairs or service that is not needed. Would not bring my vehicles to anyone else.

They were open at 8am when I needed it. Two guys were there who only did inspections so it was real quick. Man told me I couldn't pass without a headlight fixed but he did it for me in about 30seconds for as cheap as doing it myself at Oreillys. Good stuff! Wish my inspections at home were this good

I m really upset!!!Jk these guys are awesome lol. Told me if I came in in ten minutes that I would not need to wait. I came in pulled my car up and an auto professional came straight to my car and got me in and out in ten minutes. My first time ever getting a vehicle inspected and it was so easy I feel like I m missing something lol.
