I applaud the honesty and integrity of Jesse and his staff. During an extensive repair to my Porsche, a part was accidentally damaged. Jesse called me and explained what happened and also assured me that he would pay for this and there will be no additional charge to me. Integrity matters at The Car Place, this expense could have been easily explained away, and I would have had to foot the additional expense. I highly recommend The Car Place.Ron E.

I had my Lexus inspected and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I have relied on The Car Place for about 12 years for all of my maintenance because I trust this team of experts to treat my vehicle with top notch care without gouging me with overpricing! These guys feel like family!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to the Car Place for as long as I can remember. All I can say is that they are the best in the business. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to take your car for tune-ups and repairs, look no further. Jesse and his entire team are the real deal. Not only do they do an incredible job, but they treat you like family. There's no one I'd rather leave my car with than this team!

This was my first visit to The Car Place and it will now be where I get all future repairs for my vehicle. From calling to schedule an appointment, to my arrival, to the consultation, and checking out I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service provided. My repair was very simplistic but I was treated as if it were a top priority. I have inquired about some other issues I was having and Jessie gave me a fair assessment and recommendation that was in my best interest and not just to make money. The Car Place is honest, efficient, sincere, and an example of what is good in the business world. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a vehicle repair.

The Car Place under Jesse's leadership continues to impress me. It is the only place that I trust to service my BMW 640i. What I really appreciate is having a place that I call or stop by to get advise from a trusted expert. They continue to do business the old fashion way with a sense of fairness and competence.Also, I really like to indulge in their well stocked snack and beverage bar...a classy touch!

Jesse and his crew are absolutely amazing! From the first phone call, I had complete faith in their expertise. Today, they changed my oil and diagnosed a minor electrical issue. They fixed the problem, explained it, told me about possible future concerns (without pressure to have repairs done immediately), gave me pricing and were friendly too! The service was quick and they apologized profusely when a mistake was made in not having my car washed in time, which wouldn t have bothered me a bit regardless. The pricing was completely fair, especially for how awesome the service was. Even the office manager (I assume), was nice enough to allow us to change the channel in the waiting room when she noticed that we had young children with us and a news piece on school shootings came on. The Car Place will absolutely be our mechanic, for both our BMW and Toyota, from here on out.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The Car Place has provided above-and-beyond service on more than one occasion! We will most definitely be customers for life. Jessie and his team have addressed repeated brake noise in my Audi Q7 and took care of things unexpectedly quickly, with no hassle and they stand behind their work. Customer service, quality work, and just general friendliness are clearly top priorities here. Going forward, I will be switching basic service to The Car Place from the dealership as well. I highly recommend this local business and hope others will continue to support them as well. I was referred to The Car Place by a co-worker after he heard what a terrible experience I had at the dealership. Jesse and everyone that works at the shop are so warm, kind, and honest. Jesse is not out to just make a buck, he is there to give you a fair assessment and also let you know what things might need to be done in the future to help keep your car in the best condition. Anytime we have something done, we get our car back cleaned on the inside and out. They are top notch in everything they do. We have never trusted someone in this business like we do The Car Place and Jesse. We will be customers for life.

Hands down, the best experience I've had with auto shops. I always buy used cars so the people I choose to take care of my car is really important. Jessie and his team know what true customer service is and I always feel like a valued customer. They're knowledgeable and experienced with luxury brands. I highly recommend the Car Place to keep your car in tip top shape.

I've been a customer since the late 1980's, and The Car Place has serviced every BMW I've owned along with cars of other family members.In all that time, I've never been disappointed. Pat and Ronnie, and now Jessie, have made every effort to tell me exactly what my car needed or might need, and they always advised me on which repairs should be a priority. I trust them without question - have never been misled or pressured into making repairs. You won't find a more reliable team, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Been taking all my cars for the past 15 years to Pat now Jessie. I did a drop in today to get a leaky tire fixed on my Tesla and they jumped all over it and was out in 10 minutes. These guys are great!

I have used Jessie, Tom and their team to service my cars for many years. It is great to have someone you can trust to service your cars. They have never tried to over sell anything to me, and give me options regarding the repairs that need to be done. I consult with them on future car purchases, and would not buy a used car without their approval. I consider them a partner in my car ownership experience. And I am very picky regarding my cars.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for how the professionals at The Car Place treated me, without even having met me in person. They now have a customer for life, and I look forward to finally having a trustworthy place to get Mercedes work done. Without them, I could not have purchased a new Mercedes with the confidence of knowing I can keep it properly maintained with honest, caring, and reputable people - all traits that are sorely lacking at local dealerships.

The Car Place is the only shop I will ever bring my cars to. They are the most professional, honest and well qualified shop in the Carolina's. Price is what you pay, value is what you receive. The Car Place isn't cheap, and neither are the vehicles I drive, so I want only the best service. When you find a quality shop like what Jessie and his family have built, you hang onto them. I'm a lifelong customer.

Look everyone wants that place they can take their car that they can trust. Well this is that place . I ve been coming here for years and now I send my kids here too. Why? Be they are going to provide the service that is needed and not try to add on a bunch of stuff you don t need
