Horrible horrible horrible experience. My car was told only 1 week ended up 2 months. Still no fix and terrible attitude when I ask what s going on or want my money back. This is a home/like shop 2 people run it and the lady asked for $600 she didn t need. The guy is nice but he has memory problems according to her. DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible experience and terrible attitude. This is by no mean a automotive shop only good at body work and that s over price. For reliability and being able to trust a mechanic do not come here full of lies and misleading information and tell you thing you don t need for your car and make you purchase them and never bought item or put on part it s claim is needed.

Stay away from this place. They quote price for restoration and then later come back and want $1,000 deposit for vehicle titled in there name.I would take my business to the Three Stooges if the we re still alive before this place.Reputable shops don t require upfront deposits.They don t even deserve one star

Recent:I called 8/21/19 for a brake change.I scheduled for 8/22/19 in the evening. So far so good.They call me 2 hours before my appointment to tell me I'm outta luck and to reschedule.I rescheduled for Saturday 8/24/19 at 9am. (I understand things happen. At this point I'm still totally fine with everything. I am a very reasonable personI show up at 9am to the location which is 25 mins from my house. It wasn't a shop, it was an old house with a yard full of cars all over the lot and a big garage. I called like 8 times and the owner never picked up. I left a voicemail and never got a call back not even for an apology it to make things right. I wasted my Gas all the way to Poole road and the business owner had the audacity to no call or no show as I'm guessing he slept in as the person who scheduled the time said and I quote "9am is better on Saturday than 8am becuase I like to let him sleep in."If you like sleep more than money this probably isn't for you.I'm currently at a different shop getting it done. I tried going local but I guess the shops are always on time lol.Also, this could've turned into an opportunity for more work for the owner as I had some body work and stuff I wanted to ask about. But missing out on the brake change completely changed my mind on this. It s a no-go.Lessons Learned.
