I arrived and stored my car. A man came out said absolutely nothing I guess bc he was otp. My key can't be removed so I had a sign on my steering wheel. I walked over and said BTW please don't remove my key and he said I can read. Definitely rude. I will say they were quick just he wasn't professional at all.

I got my car inspected today. The staff were quick and helpful. They took care of my inspection in about 15 minutes. I recommend checking it out when you need an inspection.

There s never any cars there because they will nitpick your car looking for something to fail you for. Do NOT recommend.

Been here 5 times and I'm in and out in 10 minutes, so they are definitely snappy. The guys running the shop are great, very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this inspection station. Thanks!

These guys are fast. I'm talking minutes. No appointment, no lines, no hassles, just fast. Dionte and Cole are the team. Inspections in less than ten minutes. The best.

Better spend 500 dollars getting new tires. If tires don't look new they will fail you for inspection. Guy said I had dry rot tires? My tires had all the tread no metal was showing. I'll admit my tire had mud on it from the other day I got stuck when it rained. He thought mud was dry rot. Went to another place they passed me.

Quick in and out near lunchtime on the day before the end of the month. Pleasant, air conditioned waiting room with visibility to my car, and very friendly service. I have a fairly new car, but it also made me happy that they found nothing that needed service (legit or otherwise). I will definitely return in the future.

I have had all of my vehicles inspected here over the last twenty five years. Was always pleased with the efficiency and attitudes of the employees and their service. In the last year or so, a new manager has taken over. He has taken himself and his job way to seriously. He has failed two vehicles of mine based on opinion. When confronted about these violations, I was told that it was his shop and he could make whatever decisions he pleased.I can deal with inspection failures if they are legitimate. Both times times I took my vehicles elsewhere and passed without question.It is a shame that people use their workplace to exercise personal agendas.I will never return to this station again.

We've been bringing both of our vehicles here for the past 4 years. Great, fast service but I will say don't try to go during the last day of the month or prime lunch time! They follow the law and don't let things slip. ;P They failed our tint job on our used vehicle at the dealership's fault. Would highly recommend for a true thorough inspection and will continue coming for service.

Great place!I am glad that didn't pass my car inspection for the first time because my left headlight didn't work. Who knows how much time I would drive with this problem.Once I fixed it I came there for the second time and I passed!Highly recommend this place. Super fast and professional service.

There's a quiet little NC Inspection Center tucked in between Mira Auto Sales and Reliable Cars & Trucks. Blink and you'll miss it.I don't blink enough, so I noticed this place driving down Fayetteville shortly after 5:00 PM on a Tuesday. Note that the entrance to this place is at the back of the shop. You need to go through the parking lot of Reliable Cars & Trucks to access it.The shop wasn't too busy, and I was able to go in and out of it pretty quickly. The employees were very friendly. Not too much else to say about this place. It's a good choice when it's time for your inspection.

I got there 11:43 it says they are open till 12. As I pulled up the guy saw me and pulled down the gate and shut the shop down. This was for our second car.The first time we went, the service was great. Quick and done right.

Great service here! Friendly staff takes care of me and today I was in and out in less that 10 minutes. I have had all of my cars inspected here for the last few years and I always receive excellent service. I highly recommend that you visit this station the next time you're due for an inspection.

These guys are quick, but they are very "by-the-book" so if you have tinted windows or an off-road mid pipe then go somewhere else. Otherwise they are decent.Note that the "technician" has to drive your car into the bay. I had to watch some kid stall out my Cobra but he got it the second time LOL.

Got a Jeep for my Son, bumper car for High School, tinkered with it to get it running, took it to their Garner location for Safety Inspection, I was surprised how fast it was and also how thorough they were. Polite friendly and got me on my way fast, I really like the drive thru set up and waiting area inside or outside if the weather is good. Turns out the Holly Springs Location was closer, will use that one next time. Great Job!

I love this inspection center. They will tell me if something's wrong, and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I have passed about 95% of my inspections. The one I didn't pass meant I had to get a bulb replaced. So I went to my reputable mechanic, had it fixed, then I passed my inspection!

They are quick and they are also strict. If your car is new or a couple years old I would recommend them. One of the employees has a chip on his shoulder and will show you who's in charge.

Very unproffessional. They said my vehicle was not going to pass inspection because of the tinted window , so i took it off and was still charged extra 10 bucks. I called and spoke to a representative ( white dude ) and was very disrespectful. I been going there for years and all my family member they've just lost all of our businesssssss. I give them a 0. And the rep screamed at me stating that i was doing ilegal things by putting tinted windows on my truck. Very unproffessional , so upset because we are the customers they need our business to be in business.

Failed me for having white turn signal lights instead of amber. The law clearly states white is OK, but they did not care. Wasted my time. Carried it to another station and passed

Just can e from location asked manager about how it it works and about my tint. Stated only xtra $10 I gotcha tho, then failed me bcuz of it....smh...said he had a family to fead....hell me too! Not good business at all!! Could've just looked at my tint...charged me $33 freaking dollars. Will never get my business again...

The service at this place has really went down hill since Greg is no longer working for the company he was fast and friendly and now when I went there they are slow and have attitudes. This place is definitely not the same without Greg and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
