Gas light and lies about how the insurance process works. We had a flat tire with a set of rims and tires that we got at another location. They told us oh yeah we can order that. It would be 3 days to order the tire. They mentioned yes you have to pay for a $20 copay for the insured tire. We said great! We will be back next Saturday because we both work full time.They said great we will order it.Called to confirm that we are still in for Saturday. They said no we actually told you guys you have to call down to the original place you got the tires and rims pay the $20 then we will order it.So we have been 1 car short for a week and will be short. Yeah don t come here.

When I stop by the store and talk to one of your sales, he was so convincing that I would have no trouble getting processed getting tires. I had my doubts. The gentleman was so kind and nice. Explain everything in detail made me feel better about things. And the process continued and next thing I knew, I was heading out the door with a brand new set of tires on my car. Love this place referring this place to all my friends.

The staff was great. Wmy only issue is they use one bay. They told me it wouldn't take long, well nearly 3 hrs later. I was there and very late for work. They should be a little more accurate about the time. But other than the 3 hrs. It was a nice experience.

Went into RnR looking for a new set of tires. Left with wheels and tires with an unbeatable care package that gives me alignments and rotation free for the life of the tires! Amazing. Staff was fun, friendly and great to be around.

Very unprofessional. Literally was told to come in for a tire swap, sat in a hour of traffic, also had to be at work within the next hour or so, just to be told they couldn t do it today. Which should have been communicated via phone. Please be aware when signing agreements about the service they offer for replacing tires. An the process. Very frustrating.

I had something stolen from my car and it was not replaced by anyone... They get a 1/2 star for customer service rims look got but got my new bottle of Prada 3.4.oz out my back seat and left the damn box....for real...lock your car....

I came in ready to buy a pair of rims from my car Walked around for 10 minutes. Every employee in the building looked at me and then looked away. I m not gonna spend a couple thousand dollars somewhere that can t even say hello or how you doing.

After brand name store like Firestone, said they couldn t help take a nail out of my tire and do a simple patch up, RNR saved the day. Great service, quick, friendly customer service. And free serviceSupport to local businesses

My experience was very pleasant. I had put in for a quote online and received a phone call from Anthony within 15 mins from the facility. They allowed me to come in at the last minute, because I'm preparing for an out of state trip. Everything went by smoothly. The guys there are awesome with great customer service. I have no complaints. And as long as my tires ride smoothly I'm good!

They have a good selection of wheels and while their staff is helpful they did seem a bit slow and overwhelmed as it took them a while to get to me. Prices were a bit higher than I expected but they were ok

Everyone is so nice, great communication, good music , positive vibes! Very friendly and good looking staff. I was able to work and jam while my tires were being out on. Great! I just recommended my friend and she will be there on Friday!

So far over the years I haven't had an issue with the folk at RNR. If You're in a bind and need tires now with little money, quality tires, this is your place. I would recommend. Should I ever need them again, I will return.

My experience at RNR tires Express, was very imfomal, professional and fast!I loved their in easy payment plan. The hospitality was extremely welcoming. I'm looking forward to doing more business with RNR Tires Express, in the future.

Always very friendly and ready to help you once u enter the store, I started coming to this about 4 years ago the service has been excellent, whatever ur warranty they stand by them. Very knowledgeable about the different type of rims and tires. Thank RNR tire.

Very nice people and the selection is endless. Prices are up and down but no different than anywhere else. Good part is you don t have to settle for a cheap set of tires or you can add some nice rims if you desire. Bottom line is if your experience was bad then it was you and not them. All the extras you get with a set of tires is crazy! Thanks for the Service and I will keep coming back!

Toby was my hero and angel today. I was in dire need of tires, and couldn't find what I needed. I called and Toby got me fixed up right. The customer service is superb, and the employees are super nice. I highly recommend this place, and the people who work there. Process quick and easy!! Was able to do my application online through their website and Mike was a big help got me in and out under an 2 hrs! With only $20 down!! Thank you so much! Forgot to mention all the additional things you get with your new tires Roadside assistance, free tire rotation and alignment, etc! Maybe some rims next?!?

Mike was awesome. My car wasn t ready when I came back for it but the customer service and atmosphere of the business was so pleasant I didn t mind the wait. Also, the guy that put on my tires was quick. Thank you all so much.
