HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fast, courteous, honest service at a reasonable price. I even checked the manufacturers date of the tires we had installed and it was less than a year! I wouldn t even hesitate to recommend them to my daughter.Check them out and tell them that Robert Richardson s girlfriend recommended them!

Racial discrimination in this environment, I advise that if you aren't Hispanic or Latino to not go to this franchise. African American male at the window charging us 3x the price they accidentally showed . We also had our friend go inside and ask about same rims (Latino) and they tried to sell it to him for $350 cheaper .

Title: Disappointed with Prolonged Lift InstallationI recently went to Rims and Tire Warehouse with high hopes for getting a lift installed on my vehicle. I had done my research, read reviews, and was confident they were the right choice for the job. However, my experience has been quite disappointing.I was initially told that the lift installation would be done in 2 days, which seemed reasonable. But it's now been a week, and my vehicle is still not ready. This delay has been a significant inconvenience in my daily life because I depend on my vehicle for both personal and work-related purposes.I understand that unexpected issues can crop up during installations, but what really bothered me was the lack of communication regarding the delays. I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates on the progress, and every time, I received vague responses or was told they were still waiting for parts. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening with my vehicle for such a long time.To sum it up, my experience with Rim & Tire Warehouse has been overshadowed by the significant delay in the lift installation and poor communication. While I hope my vehicle will be properly lifted and safe once the work is done, I can't overlook the frustration and inconvenience caused by this prolonged wait. If you're considering this place for your automotive needs, I suggest getting more accurate time estimates and staying on top of the progress of your project.

I love this place they did a awesome phenomenal job on installing a lift kit to my Ford crownvictoria it rides smooth and definitely going to do more business with them thanks to Shaun the Manager and to all the workers

Very friendly and helpful staff. I travel from Greensboro because I get the best prices for new or used tires here. Their walk-in service was pretty quick considering the amount of clients. I was serviced within the hour. This is THE rim and tire shop of all NC to go to.

Forgot to put on skid plate frame rubbing front diff abs line brackets not installed diff drop not installed properly and bolts that connect to lower ball joint not torqued down right causing on to fall out and broke cv axel when it fell out. Been fighting for days trying to get them to fix it and still nothing.

Shawn does an awsome job always looks out for us. Brought him 3 cars within a couple weeks, recommend them to anyone looking for any new/used tires. Service is better then the one on capital. They sometimes do take a while. They will try to work with you on your budget. Overall great service!

I trust these guys with my life. Getting a 6 pair of tires and have been pleased with their service so far. They always have the tire I need for my Nissan or F-150. Ohh! And the prices hah! Gotta love it!

Would have gotten 5 stars if they opened on time. The sales lady I worked with was awesome very helpful. The guy that did the work was very polite and friendly and on time but the young guy that worked inside was late and not all that friendly.I love the rims I got and will go back when I need tires even tho it s an hour away from me

Very bad customer service I had a 4 tire service arrived at 9 in the morning to prevent busyness we left came back 2 hrs later and they said they was in process of doing my car im parked right outside and they have not moved my car at all or even started on it they lied I did not like that at all ! Then I was patient enough to wait 2 more hrs and they ended up telling me they guy got to get the tires at his other location so I waited more hrs and all I see is customers coming in and out and I m just there waiting i leave and go back another hr now they said they are doing alignment with out giving me a call ahead to make sure if I wanted them to do it they just did with out my consent just very bad experience! Ended up leaving last ! We are talking about 9 in the morning to 7 in the afternoon ! Heads up I called them a day before to make sure they had the tires and nope everything went the opposite way ! Price were fair but customer service thumbs down !

Was told to go to the 1245 New Bern location for an alignment. Called them and they told me they do alignments did not tell me I needed an appointment. I go and they tell me they can do it qnd to wait 40 minutes. Waited out in the heat for almost 2 hours. No one ever came to tell me they would not be able to get an alignment because it is closing time. So I sat there and waited for almost 2 hours for nothing. They could have come out to tell me they couldnt help me but I think they forgot I was even there. Even when I drove up no one came out to help me I had to find someone who could. Horrible experience I would recommend you go elsewhere!

If you're reading this, thank you so much for getting me back on the road. The two and a half hour drive home went smoother than I could have asked for with the new tire.To anyone wondering where to fix a flat tire or get new ones, I highly recommend Tire Warehouse. They're very friendly and get things done quickly, without any hassle. I was able to go on with my day as if I'd never had a flat tire to begin with.

I've visited this Blue flame in the past and haven't had issues. But today was the worst customer service ever. Pulled in told the guy I had my own oil and filter asked how long no reply besides pull into the other bay. Pulled in got out waited 20 minutes nothing. Finally catch someone and ask how long for an oil change. Was met with attitude told they were out of oil. Told him I brought my own then was told it'll be 15 bucks. Cool I know how much, how long. He doesn't do oil changes. Came home and did it myself which I'm more than capable of doing was paying for convenience not a hassle. Just that quick long time customer lost. If you don't like your job quit.
