A RELENTLESSly GREAT REPAIR! My 2 month old Rivian R1S had light contact with the bottom of my garage door which scratched the black rear window surround and glass. Unfortunately Rivian complicated this repair because the surround can only be purchased attached to an unpainted rear hatch. Relentless's quote was half of another Rivian certified collision shop. We coordinated the dates for the work to be performed, dropping the truck off on a Monday and picking it up on a Friday. The truck was ready as promised, the work is top notch, the paint and texture match, none of the surrounding finishes were scratched or damaged, the hatch operates as designed and the camera, rear defroster and wiper work. The vehicle was returned to me very clean (looking as detailed as when I dropped it off) both outside and inside. My thanks to Rick, Ashley, Beth and everyone at Relentless who worked on the truck! Also thanks to Rivian for getting the parts to Relentless in about a week. Look out garage door, here I come

Can t recommend these guys enough. From outstanding customer service, to excellent attention to detail on repairs, my experience has been 10/10. Had to replace the gear assembly, realign, cosmetics, etc Got my Tesla Model 3 back in perfect condition and in a timely manner!

Relentless did an outstanding job on my X5. I did my research and they had excellent reviews for quality as a certified BMW body shop. Both Beth and Noel were very friendly and professional during the process. Be prepared that it does take several weeks for the repairs, but they will provide updates and do a very good job working with the insurance company. My rental timeline was over and the team stayed after 6pm to finish my repair and get me out the door. Hopefully I will never need them again, but I would not hesitate to trust them again with my vehicle.

Their paint job is phenomenal. Other than that, they are very hard to reach, never call back, don't take responsibility for their services, and do a poor job in assembly of parts taken out during repair.My tail light has got some of the paint they used for tailgate, and tailgate is not well adjusted such that it sits uneven. This caused the plastic piece where tailgate sits to jump off and get lost (see pictures)

Relentless worked on my 2023 Tesla Model Y. They did a fantastic job on the repair but when I picked up the car, I noticed a scratch and small dent that was not there when I dropped it off. However, the employees at Relentless took immediate responsibility and promised to make it right. They did just that. I must give special recognition to Beth Ward who runs their front desk. She treated me and from what I saw while spending some time in the waiting room, she treats all customers like family. She takes lemons and makes lemonade. She sent that extra mile to make sure that I had a rental car - she kept me informed on the progress of my car. And most importantly, she greeted me with a smile every time I came to the shop. Thanks to everyone and I will recommend Relentless Raleigh.

Awesome service and excellent work. Probably one of the best car repair experience I ve ever had. Ashleigh was my advisor and did an excellent job communicating estimate and repair updates. Very friendly and prompt responses to all inquiries. Repair work needed was minor dent on lift gate but repair was well done and can t even tell and looks like new. Paint match was spot on. Another bonus was they were fast with the repair so very little time without a car and managed the insurance company process very well. Highly recommend for car body damage repair especially if you re a picky person with a high end vehicle. Can t say enough good things! Bonus is that they are BMW certified for repairs.

I was involved in an accident where someone had rear-ended my Nissan Ariya. It was such a new model that even the local area Nissan service people were still being trained on how to work on them. Plus, people are having to wait up to 7 months to get their Ariya. So my outlook was dim on being able to get parts. Several Raleigh area body shops were unable to take my car in due to either scheduling or not being familiar with the car. Someone on Reddit recommended Relentess Collision to me. I am so glad they did. Relentless took care of our Ariya even though they had never worked on one before. What blew me away was they color matched the rear bumper so well you can't tell the difference. They had all the safety systems recalibrated and work like a charm. They kept me up to date with what was going on with each step. They were able to fix it in about three weeks, which with the backorder of this model was amazing. I would highly recommend them for any body work or painting needed. I posted some after and before pics to show the quality of work.

I have owned three BMWs over the last five years plus, in our family plus a Tesla and Mercedes. There are a number of really good certified body repair shops in town but the best by far is Relentless Collision. This place is run by car guys who drive the cars they service so they are completely in tune with the good and the bad and have excellent insight on endemic problems with model years and brands. Their service is comprehensive and I always get a full inspection on what body work needs done. All the techs are very detail oriented and one of the most pleasant people you will meet in Raleigh (we need more collision shops like Relentless!) They have always been completely on top of communication and will text or email if I don't answer the phone. The extra care the techs take, like putting my windshield screen in when it's parked outside waiting for pickup, tells me that the shop really strives for top end service throughout. Even if you are happy with, and loyal to, the shop you go to now, try Relentless Collision anyway. You will not regret the incomparable service you receive.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had the best experience at Relentless Collision even though our car ended up being totaled. Beth was so kind, responsive, and knowledgable! I had been getting the run around for 2 weeks with my insurance, the insurance of the woman who hit me and other repair shops. Once we met Beth, all of that was over! I am so thankful that she was the one who took care of us!!!

Best full service body shop and repair facility in our area. I have used them twice and will never go anywhere else with my vehicles. My husband loves Mercedes-Benz, and drive a BMW. Both companies of cars can be difficult to get body parts in the states let alone Raleigh, but Relentless Collison Body Shop always seems to find a way! All the auto body mechanics are super knowledgeable and friendly and goes above and beyond to get the job done right the first time around.I can personally attest they have especially have gone out of their way to assist with any issues that may arise. I can t remember ever in my life being impressed with a collision repair shop, but I am now. These guys were on point - from dealing with the manufacturer warranty to scheduling and communication. They did a great job fixing my truck, turned it around very quickly, and when I picked it up it was beautifully detailed. They were really nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Relentless completed repairs on my wife s 2021 Volvo S60 after I hit a deer while driving.. I was adamant about having Rentless repair the car since their shop is one of the few Volvo certified repair shops. My insurance was not so thrilled about that and the experience with trying to get the repair approved looked to be impossible.Thanks to Rentless, we were able to work out a solution that allowed me to get my car repaired their. This meant I got Volvo OEM parts and a lifetime guarantee on parts and labor should something go wrong with the parts repaired at no extra cost to me.The repairs turned out magnificent and look to be factory spec. I m a big stickler on making sure the gaps are aligned after repairs and they all were. The paint match was spot on and you can t tell there was ever any damage done to the car.I highly recommend this shop as they were professional, communicated well, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Very happy with the repairs and experience!

I worked with Rick on two of my vehicles that were damaged. Took my BMW X5 and Lexus IS350 to them, Rick and his team took care of my vehicles like they were their own. The workmanship is of OEM Quality if not more! They worked with the insurance company and got everything taken care of professionally. Definitely recommend Relentless for professional repairs. Outstanding body repair on two of my vehicles recently. My red Tesla paint is a perfect match and looks beautiful. Rick was very helpful and we scheduled our Mercedes Benz collision repair right after the Tesla. Great work on the doors and they line up perfectly. Appreciate handling two other insurance companies and getting us a certified repair. Bravo !

I had a fantastic experience with Relentless Collision Body Shop in Raleigh. Very genuine and honest guys, I didn t feel I was being taken advantage of at all. They communicated promptly as needed. I will definitely be taking my BMW back for any body repair services I need. It s really nice to feel your car is in good hands and to trust the guys fixing it! I needed a new bumper and several dents repaired on my BMW. I don t typically write reviews but I am truly impressed and happy to have found a place I trust for my car, it can be hard to find a certified BMW body shop at times, I can t just take it anywhere, so I hope this can help any other BMW owners needing work done in the area!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at Relentless Collision is by far the finest in the business. If ever you are in the infortunate need of their services, know that you are in the best hands!My car is basically my mobile office, so their customer service, scheduling, and communication was crucial!They stayed in touch with me daily about the status of my vehicle and were very timly.My car was good as new when returned, and even detailed.I feel like Relentness went above and beyond, and I highly recommend their services. 10 out of 10!

Having an accident is stressful, but dealing with repairs and coordination with insurance adds to the stress.Our Tesla Model X was damaged and wound up being totaled. Tesla parts for a Model X can have extended lead times and repairs are complex. Thomas Strickland was our advisor. His understanding, knowledge, and compassion are unmatched. Throughout the process, he kept us informed and diligently worked with our insurance company.I highly recommend Relentless Collision in Raleigh and commend Thomas Strickland for his dedication, commitment to the customer, and industry knowledge.

Where do I begin on the exceptional service.1) Front desk professional: She was truly that - she knows her stuff! Scheduled me properly on phone, ,greeted me when I arrived, knew more than the avg front desk person. She even was standing and not hunched over her desk! Personal preference, but wow what an impact on attentiveness.2) As I was awaiting my estimate, a gent walked into the store- (found out later he was the CEO). He greeted every employee by name, shook their hands, and even hugged many of them - this to me demonstrated his leadership style, concern for his business and his # 1 resource- HIS PEOPLE who were obviously treated with respect. I WAS IMPRESSED! Kudos Mr CEO !3) Family Friendly: I was present the day after Halloween- some little guy was coloring (found out later his dad was a mechanic) and he was even a special moment for me. He was so well behaved, offered me and the front desk professional some candy out of his huge bag of candy (cute as all) - Kudos to whom his dad is and for MR CEO allowing him flexibility to manage his family!!! *** A+++4) Noel: Spot on - communicative on status of parts from Tesla..Currently a WIP on repairs, but I had to take a few moments to get this in writing while fresh on my mind... If you see no further updates, you can know that everything continued as positive as the initials few steps----In closing, such a rarity to see that customers / employees are treated so well in today's business environment.JFK

I would say overall experience 4 months to get vehicle fixed than getting it returned looking like it was a rush job not good, I m not happy with it, than being told teslas don t line up right on a brand new month and half old car is not good, if I could get rid of the car today I would. No telling how long it would take to repair it properly. But I don t have the time to bring back and find out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Benz was damaged when someone was backing out of the driveway and they hit my rear passenger area of my car. Got some touch up paint to try and fix it but it was not a very good job. Took it into Relentless Collision body shop in Raleigh and it turned out beautifully! What a professional job, it doesn t even look like there s any damage to my car. They were able to touch up the paint and get the little and big dents out. My car looks perfect. They are also one of the only body repair shops in Raleigh that is certified by Mercedes Benz. I had a rental car for a few days and as they progressed working on my car, they constantly gave me updates regarding where they were at as far as fixing my car. I would like to give a personal shout-out and recommendation to Relentless Collision Auto Body. In my humble opinion, Relentless Collision is the best tesla certified body shop near me. I had a minor fender-bender, received a couple quotes to have my rear bumper fixed. The quotes were all around the same price, and we're for a new rear bumper skin and matching paint. I took my vehicle (Tesla) to Relentless, and for a better price, they installed a brand new bumper. My car was in and out in a day, far exceeding my expectations. And, on top of that they noticed that I had cloudy headlights, so they buffed them out for me. I am totally sold and am a new fan! I highly recommend them for all of your body shop needs. Thank you Relentless and your whole Raleigh team!
