I m someone who will repair pretty much anything on their own car but I was lost on the major issue I was having with my 850 turbo. These guys properly diagnosed the issue, kept me updated with phone calls, and gave me more than a fair price for the work they put in and had it done in a timely manner. They took great care of my car and if I have any problems that I can t figure out myself then it s going back here. Great group of people. Thank you.

I have always been happy with their service and the way they treat their customers. He has been using them for 10 years now, for my 2011 Volvo XC60, and they have provided excellent professional service, honestly diagnosing the issues. My wife and I were traveling this past week from PA to Raleigh for my daughters College Orientation when we noticed our fuel line was hanging from the bottom of our vehicle. We called Reeve-Smith and they worked us into their schedule and kept us on the road. We ve had a horrible problem with our Volvo in which the dealer was unwilling to continue work. The manager at Reeve-Smith spoke to me today and examined the problem photos and was confident and happy to go to work on the problem. I m confident they ll be able to solve the problem and so grateful for their professionalism.Update: they fixed the problem completely. We are so grateful for Reeve-Smith

I ve been looking around for a new mechanic to bring our beloved c70 to. Super glad we took it here. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and just all around trustworthy people. The communication is awesome, they actually CALL YOU! Plus, they have loaner cars, which is a huge plus. We will be sticking with these guys from here on out for our Volvo needs. Over the last 20 years, I have used these guys for everything my Volvos have needed. I have literally never had a bad experience. They are professional and courteous, and always do a great job. One of the reasons I keep buying Volvos is that I can get them serviced at Reeve-Smith. Can't say enough about these guys. We have old Volvos, including a '98 V70. They have kept us on the road with great service at reasonable prices. And they've told us when it was time to let a car go. These guys deserve your business. They're decent, do good work and provide a better value than the dealership.

As usual,I received excellent service at a very reasonable price.I have been dealing with Reeve-Smith for over 15 years for my 98 Volvo . When Mark purchased the business,I was apprehensive to see if the sameexcellent service continued.Not to worry. Mark has continued the tradition that at Reeve- Smith you will get the best service at a reasonable price.I am 75 years old and I have never recieved such courteous service as I have at Reeve-Smith.This service was on my son's 2000 BMW. It is great to have a place that works on both BMW and Volvo that gives excellent service at a fair price and truly cares for you as individual..

I cannot say it enough. If you have a Volvo, and you need service, forget the local dealership call Reeve Smith. Why?1) Super friendly2) They will work till the issue is fixed. (I had an issue that would come and go and they were very patient and persistent and got it fixed.)3) Very competitive pricing...They will save you money!!4) Customer focused. I had a bad headlight and low brake fluid. I dropped by and they fixed it...no waiting.I send all my friends with Volvos to Reeve Smith!!

When I was looking for someone to replace a part in my Volvo, my search brought me to Reeve-Smith Auto Repair. I was impressed with all of the stellar reviews this company received. They did not disappoint! I e-mailed them and asked for an estimate for the part I needed replaced, and I received a response almost immediately. I was in the shop 2 days later having the repair made. The owner and his son were very professional and kept me updated throughout my wait. I took my Volvo here to get serviced and it was a great experience. I had the entire car checked out and the windshield replaced. They kept in constant communication which I really appreciate. I definitely won t be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. Thank you so much for all your help.

I highly recommend Reeve-Smith Auto Repair. I have been bringing my Volvo here for a couple of years and now bring my son's Volvo too. Everyone there is top notch professional, they are very kind and get the job done fast and at a reasonable price.

"The Volvo gods". My family has been using them for over 20 years. You can really trust these guys to get it right. They take the time to get to know their customers, and even call them by name. They are super honest and always take time to explain things. I love that they offer loaner cars so getting work done doesn't inconvenience you. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Great service, just took my vehicle in to have my brakes checked. Volvo dealership advised me that I needed to replace them. When I took my vehicle in to have them checked and replaced, I was advised that I had 40-50% left on pads. So glad to have such honest and reliable service.

This was my first experience with Reeve Smith repatriation shop for my C70. I left a couple voicemails for the local Volvo dealership which were not returned. Looked up Volvo specialists in my area and took a chance with Reeve Smith to get my PCV system serviced.Appointment over the phone was quick and I got a slot just two business days out. Was advised to drop car off at 8 to 8:30 and did so at 8:15. I was out the door at 8:20 with a loaner V70 and got an update before 9 with diagnosis and cost estimates. Got my car serviced at 2 pm ahead of the promised close of business guaranteed time and my car runs like a champ. Also they use highly rated Kendall synthetic oil which is a plus. Prices are reasonable and customer service is exceptional, I will go to Reeve Smith for service for the rest of my cars useful life.

Quality, professional, honest, car care.Reeve-Smith is an honest car repair shop. The professional staff is knowledgeable about quality care. I feel confident that what they say needs to be fixed actually needs to be done, and not to just up-sell. I am pleased to have a business that I can trust to do the work right.

Reeve-Smith is the place to go! I have had nothing but OUTSTANDING service here. I just went to them last week, and got work done for what could have easily been $500 at the Volvo dealership for $190. They are a great group of people, very friendly and explain in detail what is wrong with my car. I will be going back to them from now on.

If you have a Volvo, these are the guys you want to go to, instead of the dealer if its out of warranty. Volvo owners are all too familiar with their car's little quirks, some of which we cherish; others - not so much. Reeve-Smith knows the ins and outs of Volvos, their quirks, and can address your concerns and repairs knowledgeably. They've helped us out numerous times and are fair in their pricing as well.

I've start using Reeve-Smith this year after purchasing a 2011 C70. So far, I've had a couple of issues that they have worked quickly and professionally to resolve. I've been impressed with the detail and frankness of their communications and with their willingness to attempt repairs without jumping straight to replacement of parts.

I called this garage to have a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I may be buying from a private party. Upon discussing the details, Mark advised me this would be at least a 40 min drive. Still, he gave me some valuable information in a thorough courteous manner. Wish they had been closer to my location. Great impression over the phone!

Service manager kindly broke into their schedule to diagnosis the problem with my car. They showed me this issue with the car up on the lift and gave me a fair quote for the work needed. Great guys. Honest and trustworthy. They always let me know if a repair can wait or if delaying it will cause more damage. I m often tight on cash and this is important to help me get by. Unlike some places that are just selling you as much as they can.
