These guys are just great all around! I'm very pleased with my classic car purchase, a 1974 fully restored Corvette Stingray for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions to ask about this classic and they took the time and were able to get in touch with the restorer who gave me all the additional information I needed.Very honest and helpful people. They were very thorough and the mechanic there is great and knowledgeable. They had noticed a small issue with the radiator hose bulging and ordered the part and installed the next day. I liked their attention to detail and the level of service. I'm glad they made sure I was in good shape and ready to safely hit the road without any issues that could turn in to big problems later. I'm very pleased with my classic and I would recommend them to anyone!

We are very pleased with the professionalism, family-friendly atmosphere. The sales process was easy, trouble-free, and hassle fraa. Most importantly, the quality of the vehicle we purchased was top-shelf! We purchased this van for our church, New Beginnings Celebration, in New Bern, NC. Redrive is a great place to buy a used car. They are not pushy and in fact ask you take your time to decide. They do not charge processing fees unlike many other dealers. They are friendly and honest and easy to deal with.

I ve spent weeks looking for a specific style truck. A large portion of the criteria I expected was a truck that had been very well maintained. That can be very difficult regarding a truck. Redive had just what I wanted. It was a one owner vehicle, in really good condition.I worked with John to secure the deal. He did a great job either answering any questions I had or knowing where to turn. The sales process was very efficient, not as many documents to sign as I had expected.Redrive has since contacted me to make certain I am satisfied with the truck. I would certainly recommend Redive to my family and friends.

I don't leave posts like these because most people don't deserve it. Blake is an amazing human and owner. You do not find people like him in this world or in the automotive industry. If you don't live in the Triangle but live in the Triad and You're looking for a gently used vehicle, call ReDrive and ask to speak to Blake, it will be worth the drive - he will not lie to you Even if it hurts his pocket!!

My 15-year-old son led us to ReDrive while on the hunt to purchase his first car, a 1995 Camaro. Blake was helpful and transparent during the process, letting us put the vehicle on the lift and thoroughly inspect everything. He made good on all promises to fix some minor repairs and the transaction went smoothly. My son is very happy and so are we! Thank you for making this a great experience for everyone!

The owner is straight forward and goes the extra mile to ensure each customer had a great experience and feels confident about their purchase. Amazing experience doing business with the team at Redrive. Everybody there helps create a real friendly and honest environment, even all the way up to the owner. Car was in pristine condition and was even washed before the purchase. Would 100% recommend to anyone in search of a used car.Thanks again for everything!

I was searching for the truck I always wanted and not only did ReDrive have my truck, they were kind to me, Insured that they did a full inspection. I did one on my own and my mechanic said you got a pretty good truck here They have on site professional mechanics so I ll be back. Also will be signing up for The ReDrive Way, Which will help cover cost on maintenance and will save you lots of money

This is a great place to sell your car. They reached out as I was selling my car on auto traders. They did not dispute my price and were willing to pay my asking price as long as the car checked out. They found one issue that I agreed was an issue and only took off the product price from my asking price. These guys are not your average dealers and will pay way more than any dealership. They are respectful and don t take up your time. From start to finish was 30 min. They are personable as well. Hope this add helps those selling their vehicle and potentially buying as well.

Had a terrific experience at ReDrive. Blake has a great team with no pressure tactics. Test drove the car late Friday and after agreeing to some repairs, they had the car ready with all paperwork on Monday for pickup. Their communication during the purchase was excellent and the process was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. To top it off, they don't charge the crazy "documentation fee" that adds up to $400-$700 at other dealers. Best used car dealership experience by far.

I took my car to get my oxygen sensor replaced, I had 3 previous diagnostics doneThey tried to charge me 1107.00 for a catalytic converter that I found online for 128.00 and I didn't need to replace anything but my sensor for 48.00 !!!! rip off don't go to them so unhappy men still think women fall for anything

Great staff. No pressure to buy anything. Promised 1000$ over Carmax value and honored that to a T. Manager is great and staff is great. Honest, trustworthy, loyal dealership. I would buy fro here again today if need be.

Redrive Automotive Group provided my wife and I the most laid back and enjoyable car buying experience we have had yet. I have had many differing experiences with a wide variety of cars in terms of price (Toyota, Maserati/Alfa Romeo, BMW, etc.) and these guys know how to make the sale go smoothly without any of the stereotypical hassle one would expect at a used car lot. The owner, salesmen, and mechanic all seemed to be a group of stand up guys, each equally as eager to help us with any questions or concerns we had, while remaining completely hands-off when the two of us wanted time alone to talk about the car we wanted to purchase. We had interactions with nearly everyone working on the lot that day and every guy was incredibly helpful. You can also tell that they only deal in a handful of desirable cars that are in good working condition. Larger dealerships may buy up and resell nearly anything they can make a quick buck on, but that definitely did not seem to be the case at Redrive. They expressed to us some of their business philosophy while we were closing up the deal that day (they kindly stayed past closing time to make sure the deal happened that day) and that made us all the more happy we chose to spend our money at Redrive. Thank y'all for such a great car buying experience. We will gladly be singing your praises and sending friends your way if they are in the market for a nice used vehicle.-Chris and Julia

They are scam.I had my car for sale. We negotiated a price. This is what they said "Can we meet at my mechanics in Raleigh to get it checked out today or tomorrow? If nothing costly comes up I'll purchase right after"(Of course your vehicle is the worst. I was the original owner but they were trying to make me believe there was major issue with the vehicle. I have been in business since I was 10 years old. Been there, seen worst)Sounds like you are selling your car to an individual. But the deal is; you get this message from business owner/employee. They make you to bring the vehicle to them, then they give you low ball offer. Mechanic who tested the vehicle was covered in oil, jumps in and starts driving around. I would think twice doing business with these people

Absolutely enjoyed our experience with the team at ReDrive. Bought a 2009 Chevy Malibu for my daughter. They had it up on the rack for us to look at. They had done some brake replacement and additional work which they pointed out. Test drove great. No haggle pricing is perfect for us. Clean and simple. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend checking them out.

I had a great experience with the team at ReDrive! I sold my Toyota 86 in record time through their consignment program. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! They also have a dream location, with lots of traffic, and a perfect parking lot grade. (You ll understand when you drive by: because of the lot incline, it feels like the cars are on display.)Excellent experience!Awesome team!

Every bit of our car buying experience was awesome! It started with a phone call where we were given a complete look at the vehicle on FaceTime - outside, inside and even the underside. When we flew in to see the car, every single person that helped us, was great. Their mechanic also walked us through stuff with the car and verified all was in proper working order as we were about to start a 1200 mile drive back home. This company has true integrity and it is clear that those that work there truly care. I would highly recommend ReDrive to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I'm lucky to have a dad that knows a lot about cars. He found the car I eventually purchased from ReDrive via a Craigslist ad they had posted. It's a 2009, and it's in great condition. A good find! Everyone at ReDrive was incredibly helpful, answering our questions before we'd even gotten to see the car in person. Once there, my parents and I had a very positive experience. I'm enjoying my new car.

This is the only time i have ever experience such kind, respectable and great customer service in a professional manner. I sold my motorcycle on consignment within five week everything went well . The most honest & truthfulness relation you would ever want to have coming from an auto dealership.
