Came in for alternator replacement. Picked up vehicle and check engine light was on. Didn't have any prior issues before coming in other than alternator. Took it back to have oil gaskets done/figure out why light is on. Gaskets are done but check engine light is still on. Was driving fine when i picked it up the 1st time. Now it is not accelerating correctly. They have no clue why. Wrench icon also came on. Yet again I had no prior issues or any dashlights on before bringing it here.... I don't even want to bring it back because i might end up with more issues i didn't have...... . Now I have to kick out more money that i dont have to figure out what's wrong with it.Call to talk about the issue and got a liar. I'd never lie about something like that. I know how my truck drivesEdit: paid another mechanic that does not work in this shop to look at my truck and indeed found that they did something wrong and had to pay more money . It's fixed the way it should ve been.

I needed to get my car inspected and spoke to Mickey on the phone. He immediately fit me into his busy schedule. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Very fast and professional. I will definitely be taking my car back to Mickey for oil changes, etc. vs. going to Honda.

Reasonably priced work and real care. Mickey will remember you, your car, and the quirks of everyone involved. I know he ll retire someday, but I don t look forward to it because his exceptional customer service and the quality of work that he and his team perform will be hard to replace. Most of all, he is honest and fair, rare qualities more often than not. Thank you Mickey and Crew for all you do!

I have been going to Raleigh Tire for many years. Mickey looks after all of my auto needs. He is always responsive when I call and provides excellent service. His tire prices are reasonable and competitive.

The worst tire shop ever - they are very unprofessional & disrespectful. They did my all wheel alignment incorrectly. The guy with the glasses does not know how to talk to black women and was very rude to me unprovoked. Then he kept saying I don t have customers like you whatever that means and I am glad he never has customers like me because he doesn t deserve any of our money with that nasty and evil attitude. I wish my body shop never took my car to them. The shop is so nasty inside and half the workers don t work instead they re walking around doing nothing. Oh and let s not forget about the part, where he automatically assumed I had an attitude when I walked in and he told me I don t know what I m talking about when I clearly had a diagram of how incorrectly they did my total alignment. I took it to BMW a week later and they said the alignment was done absolutely incorrect. Never take your car this these people especially if you have a foreign car - they don t have the right equipment nor know what they re doing.

Mickey does a great job. There s never any BS or jargon like other repair shops I ve been to. I recommend this place to all of my friends for their car repair needs.

Mickey is my only tire source in Raleigh. I'm a loyal customer for thirty years now. I also have him perform all the basic service for my Yukon- oil changes, tune-ups, brakes, etc.

I took my girl friend's Land Cruiser for front brakes/rotors, new tire mounting/balancing, and an alignment and my Tundra for new rear axle seals and o-rings. The owner Mickey is knowledgeable and friendly. The service was prompt and courteous. The estimates were right on. The work was done well. I highly recommend Mickey and team.

Raleigh Tire (and Mickey) is awesome. I've been to at least a half dozen shops in the Raleigh area and Raleigh Tire by far is the best. Fair pricing, upfront pricing, no shady add-ons or BS - An honest business that does great work! -Eric

Great place. Old school customer service. What does that mean? They take care of their customers. There s even a waiting room with a cozy couch and cable TV. (see photo)They also can help you find those custom rims you re looking for. (see photo) and they can do your yearly NC vehicle inspection bc they re an official NC INSPECTION STATION. (see photo)

Mic is owner and a great guy. Prices are reasonable and much lower than a dealership. Very honest mechanic and will not do work not needed, like a dentist!

I needed an inspection on a Friday afternoon. All the places I ve been before were too busy to fit me in. This guy was super friendly, did my inspection immediately and even replaced a light bulb at no charge!! I haven t had that kind of service at an auto shop in forever. Will definitely be back the next time I need something done.

I have been using Raleigh Tire for approximately 12 years. The service is good and Mickey makes sure everything is correct before leaving his place . You will be in and out in no time with an appointment.

Poor customer service. If you have a BMW or anything similar do not go here. They don t have the knowledge to help you
