Me and my family have been going to Hector for a while and he s always done a great job on our cars. Very honest and professional. I took my car in late and he still had all the work done in the time frame he had given me. He has very reasonable prices and is bilingual which is great for us. I was recommended when my belt snapped, I called them and to begin with, Hector helped me get a tow truck for my car for a great price (as other tow companies overcharge). They fixed my belt but called me with the price beforehand and asked if it was okay to start working on it, not a lot of places do that. A few weeks later, my brakes needed to be fixed, and he called before me with different options to help me save as much money as I could. His company is great and I HIGHLY recommend to everyone. I have been going to this place for more then a year for my two cars even got my car towed there. What a service and price. So impressed. The owner is so motivated that he won t quit until he finds solution and he won t even charge for his extra work. No charge for finding issue. Wow. All services are at very reasonable prices that I don t have to call for another quote.he is very well knowledgeable. Fast service for emergency repair. Very friendly. My family has been going to Hector for years. We have multiple cars and over time they need different things, and each time we go to him. The price is always right, he runs an honest shop, and turn-around time is solid. The shop can do almost any major repair and has done a ton of small repairs for me and my family over the years. We come back time and again for a reason - Hector and his team are great! Highly recommend.

Great service with reasonable pricing!!They have fixed my car and mothers truck several times, yearly inspections, new tires and oil changes!They have a wide selection of services and the best part is that they are bilingual. Trustworthy automotive technicians are hard to find but Hector and Pedro are the real deal. I have been taking my cars to Pedro for years when he ran 401 inspections in Fuquay, he recently partnered up with his brother Hector here at Raleigh Capital Auto which I could not be happier about. I spent about an hour talking with Hector about his passion for the automotive repair industry as well as his knowledge and extensive training he has undergone to get to where he is today. They installed 2 tires for me and recommended some repairs to my 2015 Acura MDX that I didn't know had worn out simply due to the high mileage of the vehicle. I appreciate the honesty as well as pricing they offered for all services required, Hector also made sure to explain what repairs needed to be done and a timeframe that worked with my budget. If you are looking for technicians who care about the quality of the work performed on your car you have found the place!

I got my inspection done here at the end of last month, and when I went to the DMV website to pay my renewal fees, the plate number and title number filled out by Raleigh Capital Auto Inspections were incorrect. This was Sunday night, the 31st. I got my plate number off of my car, but the title number still wasn't correct. So I waited until the next morning, and called them. They were able to straighten out the numbers with the DMV, but I wound up having to pay a $15 late fee, and when I brought this up with RCAI, they said if I hadn't waited until the last minute, this could have been sorted out without a late fee. This is true, but it's also true that if they had done their one job correctly, I wouldn't have had the late fee, either. :/
