Impressed with the overall professionalism of the employees. Waiting area was clean and neat, probably the best I've ever seen in a auto shop. I listened to the service advisor talking to other clients and he presented multiple options for various repairswith no unnecessary upselling or otherwise shady mechanic tricks.My service was completed quickly and pricing was in line with national estimates. I have complete confidence in bringing my vehicle here and you should too.

The Quality Plus team quickly diagnosed the issues with my car, gave me a detailed analysis of the overall status of the car, and gave me options on what had to be fixed. They even came up with an option to fix something that saved me over $700 in parts. The car is running like a charm. They're the best!

Warning lights for collision avoidance, ABS, blind spot, and the power steering went out! Catastrophic, I thought. Huge expense, I thought. But your technician found and repaired the problem in an hour! The bill was a fraction of what I expected. I was shuttled from and to the shop. Brad was generous with his time to review the repair and other areas of concern. I have not had a better experience in my 50 years of car ownership. PLUS, the cookie you left me was extraordinary! I commend the staff and you definitely have a new regular customer.

I 've had my vehicle serviced at Quality Plus Automotive for some time now. Toyota Avalon / 245,000 miles. This particular visit was for my recently purchased Toyota Camry which Included discount coupon mailer sent to me for an oil change (synthetic) , tire balance and rotation. All of which I got done for cheaper than I could have for an oil change alone at the dealership.The place is family owned and operated with a professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff to answer any and all questions concerning your immediate need as well as future mileage markers based on your manufacturer's service plan.Brad usually takes care of me when I need service but Roger is equally knowledgeable to get you squared away.I wouldn't trust my vehicle in the hands of anyone else.

This was the first time I used Quality Plus Automotive Service, in Raleigh, NC. I heard about them from their USPS mailer advertisement cards. The mailer advertised a 49.99 full synthetic oil change. I got a 0800 appt, my car was in the shop, in a matter of minutes. Brad/Service Advisor confirmed 49.99 was the cost for the oil change/filter and overall check of car including front/rear brakes, belts/hoses, top off fluids, etc. No hidden fees.My car has rear drum brakes, not all shops can/will service drum brakes. Quality Plus Automotive Service not only did the inspection, but they were also able to do a clean and adjust at a very fair/reasonable fee. The brake drum service was excellent. I purchased the car new; it now has 38k on it. The braking I have now, from the adjustment the mechanic Vincent did is by far the best braking I have had ever with this car. The parking brake is a 1/3 of the pull of what it was when the car was new.This car is out of dealer service warranty now, and Quality Plus Automotive Service has earned my business as my trusted auto repair shop.

Quality Plus has provided quality care for us for years and years. Whether a simple oil change or fitting us in when something has broken, they ve been great time and time again. They have a loaner car, easy drop off and pick up after hours and are welcoming and friendly in every interaction. I highly recommend them!

My wife's SUV had to be towed into the Quality Plus Automotive Service, this service obviously not planned and had never been to this place before. We were treated not as inconvenience but as a regular. We have all been there when our cars are just towed to nearest place and we are last on this list! Brad- the service manager jumped on it- came to the rescue and was able to take look at our vehicle and we were on the road in now time. Professionalism, high quality work and fairly priced. I love the service especially the atmosphere. The staff is really nice and they will tell you what's going on with your car plus they will send you pictures just to show you as well. Plus I got a Giant Cookie . I will be back soon

90,000 mile service on my Nissan, Altima Included transmission service, radiator, flush, fuel injection, service, brake service, and oil change, of course. Even though I usually throw in some fuel injection cleaner every month the fuel injector service made a big difference. The car is running better than ever. Quality plus takes care of four vehicles in our family. They do excellent work.

I had an emergency with my car. Brad fit me and diagnosed the problem. When they could not get the part I was provided with a loaner. I have been going to Quality Plus for over 30 years. Great customer service!

Work was through and timely. Thorough explanation of next-step services and intervals for my vehicle. The tech even vacuumed my front floorboard. That was a very nice value added touch. Many thanks and Happy New Year. :-)

Only complaint is that it took a while to get my car back from an 8am appointment. It s not a 30min job because they do a thorough job with inspecting everything. Don t make plans for afterwards right away . And the treat they left me was a special touch.

I recently left Johnson Lexus after my warranty was done and was looking for a quality place that would take care of my Lexus Es 350 and Quality Automotive is that place. Brad the manager is great to work with and I appreciate how their invoice works with detailed information recommended for your vehicle along with the pricing. I will suggest this place if you need anything done to your Lexus. They have my business.

Always nice and friendly. They have snacks and drinks if you stay with your car. They have coupons so that you get a very good deal for the money. And the vacuum your drivers side and leave a cookie in your car. So friendly.

A good value and excellent, professional service. I had to get a new transmission and went to Quality Plus for a second opinion. Quality's quote was 3k less than the service center at the dealership.They also had a loaner for me to use, which was amazing considering it was a big repair and took many days.When I first called them about a second opinion, I called on a Monday and they offered for me to come in right away. I wasn't able to drop it off until the next day, but by midday they had an estimate. From there on, they routinely communicated via text about the repair.Another wonderful bit was that they had cookies in my car when I picked it up. Yum! You will be glad to have taken your car to Quality Plus. Don't delay, call them today!

This is the only shop my wife and I use for our cars. They are always up front and helpful with any maintenance or repair. We have both had to drop in on very short notice more than a few times, and were always taken care of as quickly as possible. They are great people to deal with. I enjoyed my first visit to Quality Plus Automotive. I never write reviews but my experience with Brad and Grace makes me feel obligated. I made my appointment with Grace and paid my bill with her. She was nice and helpful from start to the end. She even gave me treats for my cat. Brad was very communicative and informative with everything on my diagnoses to repair. He was very knowledgeable about all of my questions. I like that my bill was the exact amount I approved. My car was cleaner then when I dropped it off and the cookie was a pleasant surprise. Overall 5/5 experience and I ll be recommending everyone to Quality +

Tough to find an auto repair shop as knowledgeable and trustworthy as these guys. I thought I was doing the right thing getting my vehicle serviced by the dealer. I had some strange issue that the dealer servicing couldn't figure out after 3 visits. I heard about Quality Plus Automotive and these guys found the cause of my issue in less than 15 minutes. That was over 15 years ago and I haven't let anyone else lay a finger on any of my vehicles since, if I could help it...lol!! They are fair, honest and will not dupe you into paying for anything you don't truly need. We're like family at this point and everyone I refer to them has great experiences as well.
