Repairs to my car & truck have been very good and the charges were explained to me beforehand very straightforward-which has not been the case at other shops. I really appreciate their extra work effort to diagnose a loud engine noise to help decide whether to have my car fixed or not. I decided not to & rather to replace the vehicle. Very knowledgeable auto guys there.

I'm so annoyed at myself for not finding this place sooner! I took my car here for a state inspection and it was perfect; just called ahead so they knew I was coming and went during a weekday. Daniel is great to work with, and their waiting room is really clean and well-furnished. Will definitely be back for car repairs!

About 7 years ago I was living out of state in VA and was moving to NC in 1 year. I was online researching auto repair shops. After looking for quite some time I came across Pro Auto. I called the shop and was fortunate enough to speak with the owner on the phone. We talked for quite some time about the work my car needed. My baby, a 2005 grey Chrysler convertible. I asked him if he could help me. He said Yes. Daniel first recommended tow truck service to get my vehicle to his shop. After the inspection various work was done to repair: some was replaced engine, alternator, water pump, timing belt, batteries, etc. I also get my inspections done here as well! The facility is professional and clean. The waiting room has coffee and water. And you can read your choice of magazines or watch tv while you wait. The Pro Auto technicians are trained professionals that usually fix the problem the first time and go the extra mile. They take pride in their work. I have always received excellent services, and continue to recommend friends and family.This is an Honest and Respected Business.. . an At Business. I have taken all my cars to Daniel at Pro Auto Repair for the last 15 years. From Porsche to Honda he does a great job and his prices are super reasonable.

The best auto shop I have ever been to. Daniel and Joseph were both incredibly polite, helpful, and informative. Fair pricing and good work. I was so stressed about my car and Daniel kept me informed every step of the way, and showed me incredible kindness and excellence in his craft. Would 100% recommend to others and will definitely return for all my car needs!

I have been using Pro Auto Repair for about 10 years for repair and maintenance of our vehicles (Lexus and Porsche). The work has always been good and the price fair. I highly recommend them.

It was pretty serious -- the engine was about to fall out of my car.Pro Auto Repair fixed the damage perfectly, on the first try. The manager Daniel was patient with the estimating process imposed by my insurance company. The business is "small" and the shop is not fancy -- I think that's why Pro Auto Repair can concentrate on fixing your car the right way.

I ve been coming here off and on for years now and I enjoy coming to Pro Auto. Daniel is really reasonable and fair and does great work. He can usually get me in very quick as well which is a plus. I recommend all of my friends here for good work at a fair price.

The team at Pro Auto is top-notch. For 3 years my car had an issue that didn t allow me to drive long distances, stalled at lights, etc. - I called them up and within 4 days she was running like I just walked off the dealership lot. Daniel was extremely helpful and kept me informed the entire time. Amazing!These guys actually *know* about vehicles. I took my car to the dealership and they were so busy treating the symptoms even though we told them that wasn t the issue.It was a complex issue and in a matter of days they found the issue and fixed it! Amazing!I wish I had come to these guys first they actually know automobiles!Can t recommend them enough!

I've been taking my car to Pro Auto for years. I think they might be the only honest mechanic in the city. They always give me a straight forward diagnosis of what's going on with my vehicle without trying to gouge me for unnecessary repairs. (A problem that I and I'm sure many other single women have encountered while trying to get our cars fixed at other mechanics) I've even taken my car in prepared to spend a lot of money for what I thought was going to be something major, only for them to discover that it was a very minor quick fix and not worth actually charging me. They're the best. I won't take my car to anyone else.

Repairs, small or large, not a problem. They can get you in and out quickly without breaking the bank. Pro auto is hands down the best auto shop in Raleigh. I have been a customer for almost ten years, and I have referred all my family and friends because of the service and quality of work they do.

Been a long time customer of Daniel at Pro Auto Repair. He has serviced three of our vehicles over the last ten years and we have always left feeling that we got high quality work at a fair and honest price.There was a 6-12 month stretch where I noticed that our oil changes were ~2x what they used to be. I assumed that prices had changed so I considered going to Jiffy Lube. I asked Daniel and upon further digging, he found there was an error in his system that was charging the wrong price for our service. He refunded us the difference immediately.Big fan of Pro Auto. When I found Daniel and Mark I was new to the area. Reading the excellent reviews they received made me want to check them out. Man, am I glad I did. This place has been excellent! They are honest, fair, and do an excellent job of fixing whatever ails your car. I actually bought a used car from them that they completely overhauled. That was two years ago and the car is still running amazingly well with over 209, 000 miles on it. I bring it in for maintenance every so often and always am confident that these guys took good care of my car. I cannot recommend them any more highly. An honest mechanic is hard to come by so I know I hit the jack pot with Pro Auto Repair.

My experience at this establishment was phenomenal! My first interaction was with Mark who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my vehicle. I drove an hour with car trouble because I felt confident that if I made it there, I d be in good hands! Danny had a full schedule but was so kind to try his best to get my car fixed within the same day with a VERY reasonable invoice. It s been weeks since I had the repair done and I ve had no issue since then. Thank you Mark and Danny!

Mark and Daniel were great.They took their time with my car, they were knowledgeable, cost-effective, and kind.I am not a car person, but they patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had.They worked quickly, and around my schedule.What I really like about them, is that they really check their work before giving the car back.They are also really friendly, and kind, I'm really happy I went to them.

When we moved to NC 4 years ago, we knew we would need a reliable mechanic to take over servicing our vehicles on a routine cycle. My husband did a search and came across Daniel s services at Pro Auto Repair. We have never been more satisfied with the work, professionalism, knowledge and advice that Daniel and his team has offered to us. Wow! Daniel was amazing. At the last minute he got us in for a pre-purchase car check and saved us from making a HUGE mistake. Watched him also take excellent car of some young students and did it all an excellent personalized customer focused service work ethic! Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of reliable mechanic work.

All around an amazing mechanic! Mark is super honest and transparent with the work he does and what he finds after looking over your vehicle. He will tell you straight up whether your repairs are worth it or to hold off until you save money, or even if it's just better to trade in your vehicle for something else. That shows they are not in it just for the money. In today's world that's hard to find. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
