Couldnt be happier with their service. Our commercial van, a Nissan NV2500, had a flat tire. Called Piedmont and was greeted by Mia who was quite responsive to our request. They picked up a tire that matches the other three and deployed their mobile service to where my van was. The tech showed up and swapped the tire out with efficiency and friendliness and off he went. Could not be any easier than that . Great experience.

Needed tire for a fleet vehicle and accustomed to long waits and disinterested shops. But this shop and staff were amazing and had me in and out within 45 minutes. I was shocked given that one tire store took my fleet vehicle in for 3 days. Will return every time and relaying to coworkers to bring vehicles here for all servicing needs.

These guys are the best. They are fixing a tire on my mobile shop bus next week. I can already tell I picked the rite place. I feel lucky I found them.I was right about these guys. Ray & his team are awesome. Everyone was super nice. They got my bus fixed up quick. Best deal & best shop in my area. Thanks again PTT.

This location has 2 friendly service personnel Clay and Kelly. They're both knowledgeable and very attentive to customer needs. Clay was helping me and had my products ready for me. Easily processed 2 checks and got me on my way quickly. If I could I'd give them more stars...

Hit a major pothole and lost a tire on my Silverado. Took my truck to Piedmont Tire off Westgate Rd in Raleigh and they were wonderful. I can t recommend them enough. Seldrik, Raylin and Jarvis are the bomb dot com. Fabulous customer service and very professional.

You need to look when you are driving. Literally about took my whole car out just switching lanes. You're not the only one on the road, pay attention to your surroundings. License Plate KD-7058 coming off Exit 7-Leesville Rd.

I want to say how great all these guys were. We were getting ready to leave for Florida. Found we had a bubble in one of our fairly new tires on 40' motorhome tires. Called them to see if they could replace. They said had at warehouse and would be able to pick up right away. Not only did they say yes on a Friday before holiday weekend, offered to replace same day. Well we made appointment for Monday 12th we arrived shortly after they opened. They had us back on road in less than an hour. At a reasonable price.

Yes to me 5 stars for Piedmont Truck tire is been earned without a doubt. Brought my Class A rv in for a tire valve stem replacement, Got in quick, great people there, friendly. They did excellent work. Thank you to everyone there. You got my business. Have a great summer.

We developed a problem with our church van tire halfway through a trip. We came in 15 minutes before closing and we re thankful to receive quick, competent service that fixed our problem. Thank you!

Great, reasonable rates to get all your vehicle or fleet repairs done; to include inspections. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Very through with repairs.I gave a 4 rating only because it took a little longer than expected but got it done. We definitely will be using them for our future vehicle repairs.

Purchased tires twice at this facility and was well pleased with the prompt service that I received in the shop on both occasions. Great customer service at the front counter with people who know their products.

I went here to get tires for the front of my truck. I asked the front desk for two tires. They had to order the tires. They only order me one. The guy in the back office I wanted to argue with me about it. Don t usually take the time to write a review but I was very displeased with the service I received.

I didn t even make a purchase at this location but I did call, in hope that although the name clearly says truck tires that they would indeed some how have the tire I needed for my old Mitsubishi Galant. It was the closet tire shop pulling up on google, and I thought hey worth a shot because my tire was on its last leg. I could drive faster then 35 without my steering wheel shaking excessively, wires were showing. I shared that with Marcus Brown, who was helping me and he was so genuinely nice. He gave me a recommendation to another shop that his friend owned, when I mentioned it was to far and my car would not make it it continued to search and ask what tires I needed, and although in the end I had no luck in terms of a tire, his genuine help brightened my day!

04/18/2013 - Service was excellent getting an RV inspected. Inspection was done in a timely manner and one issue was resolved by tightening a bulb at no charge. I was impressed and will bring my RV here in the future for tires and service.As far as appeal it is a tire shop. What can I say?

Yep back again always aiming to please you as a customer. For truck tires this is the place to go really.They beat my old heavy truck tire place by $50.00 bucks a tire.We only buy new tires, for safety of those following our trucks. Have seen recaps come off trucks and flip vehicles following some times though to close.Still we believe in safety for others around us. When one has a Mercedes for repair they go to the Mercedes place.For truck tires We go to Peidmount Tire. Experience the difference call them todayStart the new year out rightAgain they diligently seek to please their customers.

It was Friday at noon. Heading out of town with the 45' coach and on inspection find a flat rear tire. Putt putted over to Piedmont and two hours later on the road. Even let me use an office to work while waiting. Great service and staff.

When we need our truck aligned this is where we go.We a axle bounce in one of our trucks.And they where the only place that found out what was wrong.Our rear hubs were wore our.There are ridges on the hubs that keep the wheels centered, they had been warned down causing the wheel bounce.That was really helpful to thank you Peidmount Tire.

They helped me with shaky driving. Those wheels been ballanced and shakenest is gone. Good place to shop for your tires. Great service and knowledgeable people.

Great facility if you need tires and they have full-time mechanics that can repair anything on your vehicle .lf you go in there make sure to say hi to Tom at the front desk he's very helpful and quite chatty!!

Excellent place. Had tires that a tire shop could not get the beads sealed on. Piedmont had it done in minutes and staff was great.
