Service: Ceramic Pro Ultimate ION Lifetime Ceramic CoatingOverall had a really great experience with them. The staff are very friendly and the work is exceptional. They also removed the dealership lettering on the back of my car which I really appreciate as I was planning to take it off myself. Would definitely recommend this shop for your ceramic coating needs!

My wife and I brought our mustang to Robert and his team at Phenomenal Detailing. We were very impressed by his services and ease of communication. We had Ceramic Pro tint installed on our vehicle and we love it. It really keeps the interior of the car cooler and looks amazing. Phenomenal is in the name. Rob was really easy going , pleasant to work with , communicative , and the work completed was fantastic . Walked me through the options , went with the ultimate armor PPF + coating. You get what you pay for , will be back for future vehicles .

I got my front PPF and Ceramic coating done on Panamera Turbo. Rob was super professional and explained the whole process specially the products being used and what to expect. There was no pressure or upselling gimmicks. There are quite a few places in town performing PPF and Ceramic and I did speak almost to everyone but decided to give my car to Rob and his team. For them it was not just business but also passion. Camren was great with the initial inquiry and explaining different packages and was able customize what worked for me. Look no further this is the place. The did pre inspection, post inspection, and even 30 day follow up.

Rob and his guys did a great job on my vehicle, applied ceramic coating, PPF. They also added protection to the interior, he and his team of installers are definitely ELITE. Make sense why he s the only Elite Ceramic Pro dealer in the area. Great customer service, they are definitely A1.

Great customer service and very good attention to detail when detailing my vehicle. PPF was placed on the entire front/fenders/hood/and mirrors on my C7 Z06. I frequently take my my 2009 Porsche 911 to the track, and it gets quite dirty as a result from brake dust, tire rubber kicked up off the track, etc. Phenomenal Detailing came to my house and did a really nice detail on it. I asked them to focus on the outside because of the wear from the track, and they did a wonderful job. Before and after pictures are attached. I just had a detail done since the car has a partial protective film from a previous owner, but I fully intend to have Phenomenal remove the old film and apply a full protective film package at some point in the future.Services: Full body wash, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Hands down the best overall car care in the Raleigh Durham area Rob and his team are passionate, attentive and best of all professional as they do fantastic work in keeping cars, trucks, boats whatever in show room condition! My opinion is based on my 6 cars that have been fully detailed, ceramic coated, PPF added and tinted windows!!! NONE Better than Phenomenal Detailing!!!Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

Phenomenal Detailing truly lived up to their and name and then some. I brought my 1992 Toyota Mark II to them and they brought the 30 year old paint back to life. The car is looking amazing with with full paint correction and ceramic coating and I am blown away at the difference it made. Phenomenal Detailing is great to work with, incredibly respectful of the cars they work on, super communicative, and incredibly detailed oriented with their work. Their results speak for themselves. I live about 3 hours from this location and heard about Robs talent through a friend. When I heard of Rob's reputation and talent, I didnt mind travelling the 3 hour distance to have Rob service my vehicle. Rob is worth every bit of your time and money. Him and his team did an incredible job on my Supra. One of the more prominent things that sets Rob apart from the rest is his friendly, personable nature. With Rob being a car enthusiast, it makes for a very easy experience since he knows how he'd want his own vehicles treated. I took my corvette stingray by and dropped off with this guy witch humm i never do lol but after the reviews and talking with Rob i decided they were the ones And I fully recommend these guys, Rob is on top of his business and go beyond to satisfy you I got the full track pack and the gold package ceramic coat and it looked amazing Rob texted me threw out the project with pictures and how things was going. Again highly recommend them will be doing my next vehicle for sure. 4 work

After I got the Gold package my Jeep came out looking better than new. The paint is in better shape then when I picked it up over 3 years ago. I did quite a bit of research before selecting PD to install window tint on my brand new 2023 Prius. I learned about types and efficacy of the various kinds and brands of tint. UV, IR and total heat reduction are the main differentiators that mattered to me. Then there s shop quality and cleanliness, professionalism and helpfulness of staff, and of course, price. I spent time online and then physically visited 3 shops in the Raleigh and Wake Forest area. After all that I selected Phenomenal Detailing and their Kavana ultimate IR tint. From my research this is the highest level of protection of any film on the market. Scheduling was easy. Robert was very responsive and communicative. They completed the job on time and did a great job on the installation! And their pricing was comparable and even lower than some other shops whose film didn t poses all the qualities of the Ultimate IR.I don t write many Google reviews but this shop earned it and they give all their customers that same superior service! I highly recommend Phenomenal Detailing for professional auto tinting, detailing and paint protection.

Rob did an excellent job on my wife's car! I called around other auto tinting places and a few sounded like they just wanted a sale instead first taking the time to inform and then determining what is best for her situation. Rob cautioned that though the price is a little cheaper with others, they are not the same quality tint material. I ended up with quality tint from pros with lifetime warranty. Moved here from out of town and had my car shipped to Phenomenal Detailing. Had them do a stage 2 paint correction and a 6 month Ceramic coating. Coating came out fantastic and they took great care of my car while it was there. Was looking for a professional place to get my brand new FL5 Type R detailed and ceramic done right. I was told about Rob at Phenomenal Detailing. After looking up all the jobs they have done online I had to give them a go! I was blown away by everything! Coolest people, professional, down to earth, and got my new car looking better than I could have imagined. Will continue to use them and send everyone I know here!
