Nam and Hung are always nice, friendly, and knowledgeable people. They were able to get my vehicle inside the shop the same day without an appointment. Would recommend this business for any automotive needs.

I highly recommend this shop. I moved here from PA a few years back. I'm not familiar with any shops down here. So, i asked the few knowledgeable guys I knew for their recommendations on a good shop to go over my 2018 subaru wrx sti. They all said Phantasm Motorsports. I decided to take their advice and go with them. These guys did not disappoint, they were great. Their shop, equipment, knowledge, and patience were very impressive. They have extensive knowledge and experience and it shows. Its obvious they care about and enjoy what they do. Good, trustworthy, specialty shops like this are hard to come by so naturally they are in high demand. They are extremely busy but still worked me in. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop and i can't believe how good my subaru is running now, its never been better. I'll definitely be back and use them exclusively.

Definitely would not go here again. I saw some good reviews but all were about easy jobs that did not distinguish them from any others. My car has been here for several weeks and have not heard anything from them. They finally texted me back just to tell me my engine was messed up (metal in the oil). After weeks on end, why did it take this long for such bad news to get to me. I had asked what was the next step and nothing again. Was left on read for about an hour. Everything is thru text. They told me engine rebuild. This is without explanation on anything. After several weeks of tuning and troubleshooting, my question is Why did it take this long? What led them to checking the oil after so long?? When I drop my car off that I have so much invested in, time and money, Why is communication not consistent? I am trusting this place to take care of me as a customer but clearly was not. Very Unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE! IT WILL BE WORTH MORE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GIVE BUSINESS TO.

On October 8th I drop my cars off to get an airlift system installed , I was told the car was ready and had been test driven to make sure it was perfect . Little did I know 5 min after picking it up one of my tire would fall off my car while in heavy traffic . I finally got my car back fully fixed by another local company.The owners were not helpful at all but rather rude and only apology was via text . Needles to say I waited this long to leave a honest review about the horrible service I received from this so called company. Damages included new rear bumber, repairs on my new rims, new front set of airlift system installed among other things. Thank You for ur horrible service.

Had my car tuned by Hung. Amazing work. The engine runs so smooth now and the power gain was very noticeable. Had no idea having it tuned would make such a tremendous difference. Well done!

I have had my Lexus serviced at Phantasm Motorsports, and felt that the level of care was excellent. They were very thorough and took the extra time to explain all the small details and also gave some great advice on maintaining my Lexus.I had serviced including:* Oil Change* Tire alignment and balance* Changed out brake pads* Changed out spark plugsPhantasm Motorsports is the first shop I call in about the Check VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) engine light that appeared that relates to the Traction control system and handling of the car. Also the check engine light was on and they ran a Diagnostics interface tool that retrieved the faulty codes.Besides a car shop, Phantasm also offers custom vinyl stickers and cut outs, and import car parts and accessories.I love Phantasm Motorsports! Very knowledgeable people and an amazing staff.The staff and owner are not just mechanics, they are import car sport enthusiasts.

Blew my turbos in my car , on a simple tune charge me for a tune then had to get my car retune at different shop because they had to much boost on the turbos. Could have blew my turbos for a second time and messed my engine up. *updated 8/8/2011* Few places I'd actually rewrite my review for and this is one of them. Unlike the mechanics of most other shops I have seen, the people in this shop actually enjoy working there and they won't hesitate to stay an extra couple hours to get to a customer's car. They are courteous and were able to identify and resolve my car's problem at a reasonable price. However, they get backlogged all the time and chances are that you will have to phone in to the progress of your car every now and then. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

This guys (the 2 brother) offer a really poor costumer service, I had my subaru sat for 4 months and they didn't even completely look at it, then they were trying to put a wrong piece that was for someone else they didn't who I was!!...not recommend at all !!![Response] Yeah not hard feelings I'm just giving my experience and I confirm that like I said before I never wanted a piece like headers, all I wanted was a tune up for my car that was all. Like I said you guys never put a interest on my car at all.

I ve had multiple experiences here and all were great. Very knowledgeable mechanics and professional service. Took my Integra here for some ignition issues a couple of years ago. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I had another issue with my Subaru and they were able to find cause of the problem and fix it within a couple of hours. Awesome business.

I had a great experience here, even though it was supposed to just be a simple dyno run. I asked the owner to just "check out" the Diablo tuner that came with the car (which I had been unsuccessful at unlocking), and he spent an hour of his time not only unlocking it but putting the vehicle through multiple retests. Out of gratitude, I told him to bill me for his time, he earned my respect. Will highly recommend to everyone I know! Best customer service!

Got my cold air intakes plus a dyno tune done here on my infiniti, very happy with the outcome. Not only is the work great but their customer service goes a long way too. I keep telling myself I'm done with mods on my car, but I'm sure I'll be back. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Called in about a lightbar and the guy was rude on the phone so I came in to get better help. Came in and the Hispanic guy at the desk was not helpful at all and didn t explain anything and was basically just rushing the process. I came here because I wanted a faster time to get my bar installed but I had better service elsewhere and will not be giving this company my hard earned money. You guys should work on customer service!!!

They do good work, however, every single time I bring my Evo X in to get worked on they beat around the bush getting stuff done. It seems like they're too busy for the amount of staff they have. Or maybe they don't have a big enough garage. Either way it's very annoying. Dropping your vehicle off and being told a few days - a week tops then not getting the car back for 2 weeks +. Not a good way to treat customers paying thousands of dollars.If they hadn't done most of the work on the car for the previous owners I'd bring it somewhere else.

Came in with a bent control arm one time and asked if they could take a look at it, the owner(i believe) took a look without even looking under neath and said, "just call your insurance and report it because the whole suspension is damaged". I had been there before and got excellent service and held a conversation with the mechanics. My friends had mentioned their negative experience at this location and said to go somewhere else but i went against their recommendation. While outside i said is their anyway you could just take a look at it then? he pretty much said its about to snow and we need to close the shop. Yes, it was supposed to snow but almost 4 hours later. I then went to Pepboys, which i would never take my vehicle to and asked them if they could confirm a possible bent control arm. They helped me and even took it out for a test drive to be sure. They confirmed my control arm was bent and everything else was ok and to my surprise the inspection was free. So the following weekend i got underneath and changed the control arm my self. I will not do business with Phantasm again.

My daughter took her hynadai sonata here and they never fixed it. They made it worse and never fessed up to it. We have everything documented. They also told her that the car was junk so they can keep it. When I arrived in person all the lies changed. I wouldn't send my worse enemy here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. What mechanic shop has only mechanic?

If you are a runner, gear-head, or just want a little something extra out out of car's performance they can get you there. 5 of my friends have worked with them on separate builds / tunings ...It/ they turned out Nice

Ordered a catless downpipe and it never arrived so I drove up to fedex where their customer service said it had been at for a few days. Once I drive up there, they told me the item I was looking for was never shipped and to call phantasm. On the phone with phantasm and I learned they didn't even bother to tell me the dowpipe was no longer being produced while that item is still up on their website. Where is my refund??

This car dealership has an array of high performance cars and family cars as well. They perform many high performance upgrades for their customers. If you need a used car or you're looking for high performance upgrades, you should check them out.
