Great Experience with Pep Boys! Christal, Cam and Josh all were amazing to work with! Josh had fit me into an apt. Monday morning to get my check engine light taken care of as well as some over-torqued/swollen lugnuts replaced. They were extremely communicative, didn t push me into doing anything extra and were very honest with me! Pierre (the mechanic) was able to get parts that same day and have my car done by EOD. Very grateful for everyone on this team! Thank you again!

I came to this location for an alignment originally and ended up getting brakes as well. And few days later I got 4 brand new tires because I liked the deals and the customer service. Starting from Cam at the front, along with Cristie walking me through everything and Mr. Mario working in my car. Thank you all and I def 20/10 recommend this location.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pep Boys shop. I came in for a simple tire patch, but the job was not done correctly, causing the tire to leak again from the same spot. To make matters worse, the inadequate repair has now resulted in the need for a full tire replacement. When I reached out to address this issue, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of accountability from the staff. Despite admitting fault, they offered no solution or compensation, and their unapologetic attitude only added insult to injury. I cannot recommend their services, as both their workmanship and customer service are severely lacking.

Great and friendly service at this new Pep Boys location; asked up-front what I wanted to do (chan breaks) and gave timely and detailed updates on the job. Also convenient next to the mall for shopping during work. Would recommend in the future!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLOSES BEFORE CLOSING TIME (CHRIS). Came in at 6:40, told them the issues with my tire and that I would need air. They said they put the equipment up and they were not able to do it, mind you they don t close until 7.Me being me I went out to my car, and had my mom pull up to the location so she could help me. One of the men named CHRIS came out and kept going on abt how he couldn t help (he didn t even look at the tire lol). After nearly 15 minutes of looking for other auto shops open, another employee (red haired man w glasses) came out and helped. He also apologized and not only did he put air in one tire but he put them in all. Kudos to the red haired man for having human decency. No kudos to CHRIS.

Josh and Randall were speedy, honest and courteous. Not much else you can ask for at a mechanic shop.Tires were also extremely affordable compared to other shops.Highly recommended!

Came in trying to get a Transmission flush and oil change. The flush was in effort to rule out the actual issue of my codes I had. They did a complimentary engine diagnostic and were able to tell me exactly what the issue was. The whole time Josh kept me updated on what they were going to do and what the mechanic, Pierre recommended. They both were very helpful and did not just take my money, they made the effort to help me determine what the issue with my truck was. Definitely recommend this location.

Staff was very helpful and explained everything, then the manager Crystal was very Professional and explained things for my visit and my next visit and ask if she could help me with anything. Because my son with autism was acting up while we waited, it did give me a peace of mind made things alot easier and comfortable with our visit!ThanksTo the crew

Reason for visit: Annual NCDMV Auto Inspection.Friendly staff especially *Christal*. And, a kudos to *Josh* for working me in on the last day of the month and needing to beat the deadline for getting my car inspected.This is a new location for Pep Boys (it is the former Sears Automotive shop at Triangle Town Mall).They have a large waiting area with coffee, tea, and individual snacks. The facility was very clean.The inspection was completed in less than 30 minutes. They took care to place floor covers and a steering wheel cover in the car.I would return again for another auto inspection.

Need a last minute oil change. Scheduled for late in the day on a Sunday based off the internet scheduling. I received a call from Josh first thing in the morning stating he was able to get me in. The service was fast efficient and I was explained everything I needed to keep my Camaro running lovely. Will be back for follow up services for sure. Josh is awesome and very professional

Crystal and Josh are great!! I came in to get my brakes worked on and they did and outstanding job. That same day, I went somewhere else to get my oil changed but got turned down because something was leaking so I called this Pepboys and they fixed the leak and also changed my oil and rotated my tires for me. If you re looking for some true professionals, this pepboys has it! Check them out! They do great work!
