Very nice, both on the phone and in person. They are very willing to explain everything in an understandable way! Prices are very fair! I believe I spoke with Herb over the phone and Micheal in the office, both very nice men. You can also drop off your car and they will call you when it s ready, which is very convenient. Also I couldn t pick it up for a few hours and they were super understanding and let me pick it up late and drop it off early.

Excellent service! Herb and Logan have been fantastic to work with. I have brought all three of my vehicles there as well as my mother-in-laws when she had a damaged tire. I feel they are HONEST, thorough, and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND>

I have to say, I am not one for doing business with national chain stores. They usually have poor service and are overpriced. I always do business with ma an PA shops. However, I have say I have been using this pep boys for years. I always get fair pricing with fast friendly service. There service is fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

I've tried to make an appointment via their web scheduler twice and each time I've walked in to discover it didn't work. And they fit me on anyway!Great service, good communication. I'll keep coming back.

My brother and I used to work on my cars together and he would teach me the important self help maintenance stuff. Those are some of my fondest memories because he taught me how to NOT be taken advantage of with repairs. He passed away unexpectedly to cancer 2 years ago.Since then, Herb, Caleb and the crew have been so helpful, honest and straight forward it almost feels like they are family now as well. I have come to know, trust, respect and lean on them and I know my brother must have led me to them.Thanks for all you do!Karen Neighbors

Excellent service , good price, they inspect your vehicule and recommend service you really required. Very honest. Will reduce 50% of repair cost compare to the vehicule brand shops. Report to CARFAX too!!

I got an oil change from a tech named James and shortly after I noticed a puddle under my truck and when I looked my drain plug and it was hand loose! James needs to learn how to use a torque wrench this is unacceptable

Made an appointment for 1:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation, assuming that would ensure me some kind of slot when I arrived. This was the wrong assumption to make. I assumed it would be quick, maybe 30 minutes to have this all done. Instead it took 30 minutes just for them to bring my car into the garage, and another hour to get my oil change and rotation done. Seemed like everyone was taking their sweet time with everything they were doing.

My Pep Boys has Herb Vickery, Service Manager. Nicest man in the world and will never steer you wrong. If you need it now, he will tell you. If it can wait until next service, he will tell you. Techs are great! I have never had ANY issues with Mr. "Herb and his Pep Boys service techs".

Want to mention the outstanding experience I had with Kyle and Caleb for their outstanding help with my wheel alignment. The employees at this location were incredibly skilled and efficient, making the whole process seamless.Both Caleb and Kyle were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. They patiently listened to my concerns about the alignment I had received from a location just up the road.(BTW CORPORATE, you need to get the other locations up the roads machine fixed!)and quickly assessed the issue with my car s alignment. What impressed me the most was their willingness to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I wasn t just handed a piece of paper with red and green bar charts. They came in and kept asking to questions to find out what was going on and talked through the whole thing with me.I was impressed by the attention to detail that Kyle showed while working on my car. They ensured every aspect of the alignment was precise. Even chasing down an issue that apparently can t be adjusted due to damage caused by being run off the road by a drunk driver.Aside from their expertise, the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. They were honest, transparent, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which is always appreciated.The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking top-notch service and friendly, skilled staff. It s amazing the difference between two locations of the same company.Herb, I want to thank Kyle and Caleb for their exceptional help and expertise. They are an asset to Pep Boys. I had an emergency come up as I was driving, and this shop was on the way home so I stopped by and Herb and James were able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the issue which allowed me to get home safely. 10/10 experience!

I go here near ten ten and 401 for my oil changes. The workers are courteous and thorough. They give your car a free mini inspection and rotate the tires.I also had ignition coil and spark plugs replaced. When the coils went bad after repair, they were replaced under warranty with no problem. Very respectful gentlemen working here. They also repaired other issues I've had with my vehicle. Each time the service has been great.

My sole purpose for this visit was to replace my tires. The speed of service was excellent, which I much appreciated. However, this visit overall was disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional.I was overcharged per the quote given and the price on the site-specific Pep Boys website. I was also given misinformation in conflict to what was posted on the Pep Boys website regarding their price match policy. (They DO have one.) Additionally, the service reps attempted to persuade me to additionally purchase, as quoted on my receipt:-front rotor(s) pkg-front brakes standard pkg-air filter installation package-cabin air filter replacement-pepguard limited extended warranty labor warranty-tune up package-3 step BG fuel clean package-computerized wheel alignmentWhen asked why I needed all of this, I was given an ambiguous answer. Most alarming is that in the "free alignment check" and "complimentary vehicle inspection," report all of these items were marked as "OK," indicating no problem.

This Pep Boys has very friendly employees who have always been patient and answer any questions I have. They are timely, they try their best to get you in at the scheduled time and out quickly! This is my to go to one stop shop for my vehicle!

I wasn t going to do this because Herbert was so sweet and amazing with the situation and SOOO Apologetic !! he s definitely a human being and the ideal manager I could say tons of amazing things about him .. but that the staff on the other hand .. I April I took my Jeep because of some lights that came on and they didn t testing and stuff and said I needed two back tire sensors so I paid them and was told I would get a call when the part comes in and come august 1st I still heard nothing besides the lies when I called every other week and month about it because the Guys assured me that I needed it .. but yet kept giving me the run arounds , so I went in with my fianc� for the refund I asked too speak with the manager in person but I also realized he was in the shop actually working so the dude at the register (who I dealt with when I brought my car) but the money on the counter .. but never in my life have I had such awful service , I feel likes it was either because I m a female and they thought I was stupid or either because they assumed I was African American and could just put me on the back burner unfortunately I would never return to them .. this was the second chance I gave the company because I had issues at another location

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and asked about the cost to replace my brakes. He knew the price and declared it could be done quickly. It was done better than I expected. This was the best repair experience I can remember!! Highly recommend these guys.

Expensive, terrible brake analysis , not worth coming here unless it is an absolute necessity. Only reason I didn t give it a one star was because of Logan. Changed my mind. Do not come here,

I made a very last min call to Pep Boys after getting a flat tire on Friday at 6pm. On the other end of the line was Greg. I was very stressed with my two young kids in the car and his patience and kindness quickly put me at ease. He was instantly willing to help and when we arrived I was even more impressed by the service. They were able to plug my tire and Greg pointed out that my inspection was due. Not only did they fix my tire in record speed but Greg also saved me another trip to get an inspection. In and out and with better service than I ever expected Absolutely will be back. Thank you Greg, you are AMAZING, and I'm thankful for yourhelp and support!
