Been coming here for years now. Quality tires, fast service, and great prices. They have a wide range of tires in stock so you if you only need to replace one tire, you can match the tread wear pretty easily.Great local business - would highly recommend over other options in the area.

Listen. Listen closely. I m just a girl. I have no clue when it comes to things of this matter but I can tell you that for a very reasonable price, my steering wheel no longer shakes. I am very satisfied with my tires. I feel like an accomplished adult. This company definitely has a customer for life

I had 2 tires replaced size 17 225/45R. Replacement was quick and technicians are professionals. Conducting buisness with this shop was pleasant. Oak City Tire will be my go to in the future for inexpensive tire replacements.

I have followed Bobby, the owner of this shop, from the flea market to New Bern Ave and now to his own shop. Both he and his wife are the best. I recommend anyone needing tires to go to this shop. They are reasonable, fast, efficient, and so customer service focused that they deserve your business! I had to be at a meeting that morning in Smithfield. Went there at 8:30 in the morning. I paid for two tires. They took locked rims off my car, put the tires on, and I was on my way to my meeting in 20 minutes. His staff is awesome. I will never buy tires anywhere else. Thank you, Oak City tires, for being one of few places in Raleigh that actually provides true customer service to their customers!

It really doesn t get any better than this! Best new or used tire shop in town. They are super fast, friendly, & best of all... affordable. Local owners work in shop so you will always receive that nice southern hospitality. Bobby & April are absolutely amazing! I came here about last week with a cracked rim. I brought in the wrong size rim. Fast forward to today, more tire issues. Oak City Tires is definitely reliable. They do good work and they're reasonably priced.

My son recommended this place. I used to get tires from another place and ended up with a broken sensor. Wasn't sure it if it was broken there but when my son went to the same place and ended up with a broken sensor on a car he just bought. Well yeah. Anywho. He said they would get me right and THEY DID! Courteous Professional Quick Reasonable. Good tread. We find a new tire spot!

Just had these tires installed before an 12 hour drive to Florida with my family for spring break!!!These tires rolled out EXCELLENT!!Our Honda Odyssey had driven much better than previously!!The staff was very prompt as within 15-20 mins the entire set was installed!!!!Service was Exceptional !!!Thanks Again Oak City Tire!!

I just stopped by to pick up 2 used tires, but the gentlemen there were efficient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They had us in and out in about 20 mins after we talked a bit of trash (football talk...but what can you really say about Philly )... Had to drop this to 1 star because one of these bums stole my shiny black valve cover caps...sad

PLEASE COME HERE!!! I cannot express how incredible these guys are. They are KIND, FRIENDLY, and FAIR! I have had a phenomenal experience every, single time I have been here. Honestly, it is like being somewhere decades ago when businesses actually made superior customer service the norm. It is crazy here, and you are paying way too much and suffering if you go elsewhere.

Got a flat on the way to work and needed a used tire till I got all four tires and they helped me out. Cheap and fast. Great service. I wish I would have ordered my new tires from here.

Greatest group of guys I ve ever seen at a garage like that. All of them greeted me. The were professional, cool, talkative and hard working. It was raining and they put my tires in in the parking lot. Very quickly too. I recommend anyone who needs new or used tires to go check them out not only because of what I just wrote, but the prices are unbeatable.Thanks Oak City Tire

Reasonably priced tires. Had problems ever since I left their lot. Constant low tire pressure. I chalked it up to having problems with my alignment, other things etc. While I had all of these things fixed on my car I still had low tire pressure. Down to 19 psi at times. Went back to remedy the problem, order more tires. The guy at the counter quoted a price, said he was ordering them, took my number and never called. Murray s on South Saunders for the win!

Thank you to Oak City Tire for helping us out this week. They saved us an incredible amount of time and money. They helped us figure out what we needed and then came out to our location to replace our tires! This is the third time I ve gotten tires from them and each time I have been more impressed with their customer service and their business in general. Oak City Tire folks, you are a blessing to the community, keep up the good work!

!WARNING! DO NOT send a woman to this shop alone! The employees there are extremely disrespectful and deceitful towards women. They even STOLE out of my girlfriend's car! BEWARE!

My infrequent reviews are b/c in our everyday lives, five stars! experience are more less gone IMO.Pull up, immediate service asking how they can help. Found a tire and the price was as good as the customer service! Staff was prompt throughout the entire experience. After mounting the new tire, checked for leaks offered to air dry so I would not make a mess in my car and loaded it. Gentlemen, you got it right...well done! This type of experience is rare - just keep doing what you are and the business / revenue will follow.Thanks again,Seth

Bobby is wonderful...great customer service and very knowledgeable about his craft. Always pleasant and kind. His wife April is also very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue giving them my business for my car needs....thanks you guys! Oh yeah....the rest of the staff is the bomb too! Very efficient and fast...keep up the great work everyone!

Arrived close to closing but still got exceptional service. Two used tires in good condition, priced well, and off the lot in under 25 minutes. Will be back for sure.
