Great place to visit for any service to your vehicle. They get you in and out with no delays. Honest when it comes to recommending services for your vehicle. Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics who actually cares about providing great customer service and understands the customers needs.

Love love love this place! Mike and his crew were amazing with helping me get my tires fixed before going on a long road trip! The entire crew were super friendly, very attentive, and informative of what was being done, why, and estimated the time frame of services that were being done. Will absolutely be coming here again for services in the future, hands down! Check them out for sure

Very very helpful! Went to another place down the road for an oil change and tire rotation and they missed not only 2 nails in my tire but my break pads and rotors. The gentlemen here helped me with the issues and were super friendly and kind! Will definitely continue coming here for regular maintenance and any other issues!

After having my vehicle in to install new tires at a sister store near by. I noticed a vibration at speeds over 55 miles per hour. I called this store and the manager suggested that my tires were not balanced correctly. I brought it to him the morning they took it in immediately and he was correct. What a great experience. Awesome customer service. I will use this store from now on.

My experience at NTB was nothing short of amazing! The store manager went above and beyond to get my services handled in the most reasonable and cost efficient way. The employees were engaging and made sure my car was fixed properly and ready to go in a timely manner. I even managed to get my car detailed as a bonus service! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great service by good people!

When I was about to give up on all my car problems, Mike turned my negative situation into a positive one. He said ma am you at the right place, we are here to help you I couldn t help but smile . Mike is amazing he is so positive. Kudos Mavis Tires he is a keeper.

The staff at this location have the best customer service a car service place can have . Highly professional, organized to the T. As a veteran I appreciate the integrity/honest work that gets done by the team . Highly recommend all the swing by and get your car serviced you won t be disappointed.

The store manager Mike, and his staff were great. Fair pricing, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Answered all questions I had and even gave me great quotes for some tires. I will be back to see these guys.

These guys were FANTASTIC. Came in with a spare tire issue. They resolved the seating and valve stem and had me out of there in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had a nail in my back rear tire and came in to have them plug it. Staff was very curteous and professional. They were able to fix the tire in a timely manner and Mike was great. Need my TPMS fixed and will be going back to them for that in the future.

I had a great experience with them when getting an oil change a few weeks ago. I was the last person of the day and they didn't have time to do a ticket and so they gave me the oil change for free.

I just want to honestly thank the professional team at NTB Duraleigh. These auto professionals are awesome, from diagnostic, quoting, and actual repairs Christian and Bruce were spot on. I truly and highly recommend these professionals for all the auto needs one may have. High kudos to my now permanent mechanics and auto shop.

Got a nail going down HWY 70 and called several tire shops and no one could get me in for hours and some were even a week out for a tire repair. Called NTB and they got us in immediately. Did a quick 30 min repair for $25 and got us back on the road.

Came in for a tire plug, left with a great experience. Worked with Scott who helped me with that and provided guidance on some other issues I was having as well. Him and his whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with. It is refreshing to work with a stand up crew who has customers best interest in mind. I recommend this location for anyone looking for good work and good excellent custom tee service. Will gladly return again and again.

My parents drove their car up from Florida for the holiday weekend and had an issue with one of their tires for which they took to NTB. My father is very particular when it comes to the places he takes his care and he was blown away by the GREAT and personalized service Bruce offered (beyond amazing management skills). His tire was replaced same day.

Quick service for a nail in my tire on a Saturday when I was out of town. Trying to get in touch with AAA was a nightmare. They patched the tires quickly and only charged $20.

We came in with a flat tire on driver side back tire and Scott was so caring for us and our safety that he checked and informed us of our front passenger tire is almost showing wire. The whole crew was very professional and great on time. Shout out to the whole crew for their assistance ( Scott, Robert, and Trey). I would recommend this place to any and all my friends.

Everyone at NTP was incredibly helpful in diagnosing my check engine light. Recognized an engine misfire and worked with me to get to the appropriate parts quickly (spark plugs + coils). Thank you!!

Love this location- it has gone through some turnover in the last few years but Scott, Mike and the crew have this place back where it once was, and go above and beyond to keep business. My Jeep had an emergency roadside issue recently and I had it towed here. They guys talked me thru the entire experience, stayed positive and made sure I was in good hands, keeping my blood pressure as low as possible, while getting me back on the road. 5 stars. Thanks!!

When in for a quote, staff was very helpful and insightful with assisting me with my car repairs. Other shops tried to take advantage of me because they seen I was young and didn t know much about cars however NTB offered reasonable price and got the job done efficiently.

NTB on Duraleigh saved my bacon. On Christmas Eve, I got stranded with a dead battery. After calling 5 other places who couldn't help me, NTB had my battery in stock and also stayed open later than their planned closing time in order to help me, waiting until I could get there to change it for me. What a gift! I would not have been able to visit my family if it weren't for them. Thank you so very much!
