This place was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Jaylen and the crew here were all great in helping me find the best tires for my car. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

I have been going to this establishment for years. In fact, I bring all my vehicles here for service. I just had the worst experience of my life. I took my car here to get serviced and one of the workers stole from my car. They are stealing belongings out of the customers vehicles. I tried to speak with the manager about this problem but I have been getting the run around. I will never bring my vehicles here ever again. I will advise everyone to stay away until they can get this theft problem under control

Barry was great! I would highly recommend him and his crew! They fix my brakes, and pointed out additional problems. I will definitely bring my cars back to them for any repairs.

Best place in the Raleigh area for quality tire service and oil change. Ask for Jaylen or Barry, they are both great and worked with me. I will definitely be back for my routine oil changes and tire maintenance. Highly recommend this business.

All these reviews up here that are nice is a bold face lie. Specially the ones about the manager Barry probably his drug head friends that he give free services to. Corporate is stupid but are soon to find out who they have running their store. He smoke weed and drinks on the job as well corporate you are retards

I went to NTB because I had a slow tire leak due to a piece of metal in my tire. I was in and out about as quick as you could reasonably expect. Also, kudos to Berry Moore for the great customer service! They definitely earned repeat business from me in the future.

I have always had a great experience at the Millbrook NTB! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. If there is something that needs to be done to your vehicle, they show you why and explain your options to you. They try to get your service done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them!

Great service, came in to get a tire rotation 4 tires and a oil change, all completed in less than an our and the manager Barry was so kind at the front desk and another young gentleman helped my mother to her vehicle!

Had a nail in the tire and unfortunately the patches NTB uses are slightly to big for the placement of this nail. Manager was sympathetic to my predicament and kind enough to recommend the place down the street that has smaller patches.I wish I could've given my business to NTB today, but I will have to give a great review instead. Thank you for the recommendation and your expertise.

I think i can speak for all women when we deal with mechanics and mechanic shops it s not on a list of things we love. However, i have been going to this location for a while and Wendy always takes care of me. My appt time is my appt time. I am in and out because of that. I love them and my car always feels brand new no matter what they work on. Their prices are the best prices if you call around you will see. 5 stars is not enough, If i could give more i would!

I apparently love picking up nails in my tires and these guys are amazing! They had me in out and patched within 30 minutes and when i couldnt figure out why my TPS light kept staying on did a tire check and got me sorted!!! They are always friendly and happy to go the extra mile! I will be coming back here for all my tire needs and highly recommend them!

There are a few people who I trust with my 2001Corvette. NTB and I are going to do business for a very long time. I also have an SUV that they did an excellent job on. Do yourself a favor, visit NTB the next chance you get.

Came in 30 minutes before closing with 4 things that needed done. The price was far lower than expected and they stayed an additional 30 minutes after work and finished all tasks. Not bad at all

I drove down to NC for Thksg and had d3ath wobble all way from Greater Boston. I got into a nearby shop esrly morning black Friday. That "tech" pitched a fit about my truck and didnt know what he what he was talking about. Being nearly 1000 miles from home, I got nervous about their competency level so I took my keys back. I called around and Barry from the NTB answered and said "no problem, bring it here now". On top of it, he really blessed me on price since he saw I was nervous from previous ordeal. Dude, thank you so much. And not an ounce of hasell

I had my car for alignment they charged me 110 but they have not fixed the alignment. They said you need to change a parts in rear tires cause was damaged. I this doesn't make sense to me is car need part to keep the alignment than why I'm getting charged.Ok got back after 3 attempts trying to make appointment they put me on schedule and they got fix it. I drove the car couple miles seems to be working for not . I'm giving to businesses 3 more stars and make it 4 now .Thanks for correcting.

I went to this place to get an oil change. I stood at the front desk for 10- 15 mins. No one ever even looked to see was anyone at the desk. This wasn't the first time this happened . I called on the phone to ask about an oil change. Didn't get the feeling that the tech cared if I came or not so I booked my oil change somewhere else.

Don t ever go here!....My car was booked in for a simple tire fitting, it doesn t get any easier. They took just under 2hrs and also broke the TPMS sensor - I had to come back the following weekend and then they had the car an hour and told me they had got in the wrong sensor so could I come back again. Given they had all of the details of the car how they didn t have the correct sensor is beyond me so I returned a 3rd time and they took over an hour to fit one sensor. Alex the manager was kind enough to offer me a free oil change for their terrible service but i declined as I never want to come back and experience their poor levels of customer service. You have been warned - I would give zero stars if I could.

Went in to have them check the oil level in my 2016 Honda CR-V before a trip to the coast. It needed a couple of quarts. They had me in and out of there in 10 minutes - no charge! Service has always been good here!

I've gone to the Millbrook location for years. Howard is amazing. He takes good care of me and you can trust what he is saying you need. They work with you on time and price. I leave knowing I got the best care. Howard makes sure of it.

Best customer service and best car service! I have been going here for the past several years and refuse to take my car somewhere else! I trust Howard and Wendy and all of their staff to take care of my car and give me honest feedback.
