Have been utilizing this NTB for several years with great customer service each time. Stopped in last week and spoke with Art about a leak in one of my tires. He took the time to explain my options to patch the tire as well as gave me several options to replace tires. With a road trip planned next week, I decided on new tires. Art was able to get this scheduled quickly and at a very reasonable price. Was back in my vehicle within a couple hours and with peace of mind before starting my trip.

I recently bought four tires for my Tahoe from Mr. Art Patterson. His customer service was awesome went above and beyond to make sure I had the right tires for my vehicle. Even called the next day to make sure everything was good with the tires. Could not have asked for better service. If you need new tires, go see Art Patterson,. He ll make sure you get the best service.!!

I stopped by for a walk-in regular inspection and I was promptly greeted with a sincere hello by Art who asked how I was doing. I appreciated the sincerity despite being late in the afternoon approaching closing. There was no wait and Art took the car back without question after confirming I had all the correct paperwork.

Had a oil change, tire rotation which is to include a break inspection done 6/26/23 (confirmed in their records). On 9/5/23 brought my same F-150 in because the breaks were grinding. During the 2 months I put 2000 miles on my truck. Ask the service tech if they did the break inspection on 6/26/23 he yes but sometimes things get overlooked as they do a lot of oil changes. Scott the service manager did a quick inspection of the breaks, stated my pads wore into my rotors and now everything needed replaced. I explained in 2 months and 2000 miles my breaks must had been bad during the time of my last visit which included a break inspection. Scott agreed but would not take any accountability for the damage now done to the rotors. Keep in mind I also bought BFGoodridge KO2 a few months prior. Scott the floor manager refused to give me the name his regional managers name and stated I could take my business elsewhere. Another employee quietly let me know Scott s Managers name was Jimmie Varju. If you don t honor your work that is fine but why would you refused to give me your managers name??? Well thanks again to the service counter employee who got me the Regional Mangers name. Brian Bennett, use to be the store manager who I ve interacted with for years, great guy and did a great job. Not sure what happened to him. Let s see if the Regional Manager Jimmie Varju will return my call

The service was phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming & Parrish made sure to tell me in detail everything I needed done on my car. Also Kayla at the front desk was super helpful.

Made appointment 5 days prior. Called day before to confirm and that they could fo work in one hour. Showed early before store opened, manager refused to honor appointment because he had only one tech. I've only seen one tech assigned to a tire change job. Will never go back.

NTB provides great customer service! The employees are always very helpful and just recently were able to assist me with getting a copy of records of the services they provided so that I could get warranty work completed on my vehicle.

I stopped by yesterday to address a tire issue I was having. Art gave me exceptional customer service, and resolved my issue quickly. I left there feeling so good about the excellent service that I definitely will be going back. Great, great place.

I ve used NTB on Baileywick a handful of times. They have always been professional, reasonably priced, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I haven t been upsold here and they take the time to explain what services are a safety concern vs comfort.

It was late after nail and I got a nail in tire. Called NTB and talked to Adam. Took the car back minted after I arrived. They close at 6 it was 5:25 when I got to NTB. Fixed the tire one minute before 6. Adam was very helpful plus he fixed the tire at NC. I told he didn t need to do that but he insist. I was very thankful. So I called late and Adam was able to take care of me plus he was kind enough to not charge me. Best customer service I ve had in a long time. When I got my car inspected here several weeks ago it was the same great customer service. So thank you Adam.

If you re looking for a job, come and grab an application here bc they need some MAJOR help.. they are short staffed. If you need your tire changed.. you ll have to wait 3+ business days for it to get serviced. They are also not doing alignments on cars, they will send you to a different location. In other words DONT COME HERE!! They have about 10 cars in the lot waiting to be serviced. Some even just for flats.. If I could give zero stars I would. Their open sign should be taken down. They are basically closed!

Brought my car in for a tire low pressure light. Art got me right in, they checked the tires for nails, etc. No damage, just low pressure in all four tires. They filled the tires, reset the sensors and would not even accept any payment!! Will definitely go back and recommend!

Picked up a nail in our tire, PSI was dropping fast, and when we pulled over to search our phone for a nearby tire repair shop, we actually found ourselves in this parking lot. Luke helped us immediately and we were done in 30 mins.

This place is under a new owner so past reviews don t matter. I came in with a weird problem that needed to be done in a hurry before I started my 3 consecutive 12 hour shifts at the police department this week and they were extremely fast and treated with me with the up most respect. They didn t even know I was the fuzz till the end. My father had also been in a pickle with his tires for his tacoma earlier this month and they were quick and helpful with him as well when he was in a pinch. I will be coming back and if you need a loyal car mechanic shop look no further.

This place, and the folks working there are always upbeat and friendly. Each of them know what they are doing and go out of their way to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. Highly recommend these guys for you vehicle maintenance needs. Adam and the rest of the crew are top notch!

My car battery died yesterday and NTB was the closest. I called them and spoke with Adam. I told him I can't start my car and asked if they could send someone to my location?In no time Adam came to the location where my car was and he checked and confirm that I will need battery replacement. Unfortunately at that time they did not have the kind of battery I needed for my car and it wasn't avaliable anywhere. ADAM luckily arranged it and made the whole stressful situation for me smoother!He was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place and Adam to work with your cars!
