My jeep and I have been coming to Gary for years! I've been in 2 car accidents with my jeep and both times I got my baby back in better shape than I left it! Him and his team are very knowledgeable and relayed the info to me in a way you could understand. The work was done in the time frame I was told up front and no dragged out paperwork or hidden costs. My adjuster with my insurance company knew this shop (and Gary) by name and had only good things to say as well after my first accident. Was definitely in good hands and taken care of!

I read the reviews for this business and they are accurate. I spoke with Gary while he was out of the shop on vacation. He asked me to call him the next week and he was right on time. He had me bring the car in the same day. The latch on my hatchback was stuck and wouldn't release. I had spoke with other people and they wouldn't look at or try to fix it even though I had the part. Gary took a look and said "no problem", come back in 2hrs and it will be done. It was and done right. I couldn't believe it was done the same day. Very affordable. Northside Auto Body is now my go to body shop. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

After the insurance allstate paid him now he's charging $500 additional, Mr.Roy Morgan is very slick person.I call the police to created a report on 04/21/2023Anyone who tried to get a work done on your vehicle make sure to keep a track on this guy, keep your aye open.Service: Painting

I had an accident about 100 yards from Northside Auto Body. With no better choice, I barely managed to get my truck into this shop. I checked the google review of this shop, and it seemed like it was a very bad one. The owner treated me like a friend and very honestly. He gave me an reasonable estimate so I decided to go ahead to let him fix my vehicle.My choice was right, the owner Garry was very thoughtful and reliable. He told me I could have my truck on Thursday but since I needed my truck for work, he had it ready on Wednesday in the afternoon. My truck looked like brand new, better than it was before. I was very happy with this job.I think at least according to my experience, this shop is a reliable body shop.

Gary is the best! He has taken very good care of my elantra along with multiple friends cars. Very communicable and efficient. He has exceeded my expectations and is extremely knowledgeable with his craft. I keep a handful of his business cards in my wallet for anybody in need of anything car related. Gary is the man! Do yourself a favor and give him a visit. You ll be won over immediately just like I was!

Hands down the best/most honest/transparent mechanic that I've ever worked with! Gary was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and went well out of his way to help me. His prices are beyond fair and reasonable, and he really does care about each of his clients. I highly recommend if you're looking for an attentive mechanic who provides high quality service at a fair price!

I used to use Northside Auto Body for all of my repair needs and I referred everyone I knew to see Garry. However, the last two times I went to him, it has been terrible. The work was so bad, that my coworkers and family members couldn t believe I actually paid someone to do it. I have contacted him multiple times to try and get it fixed, but he stopped answering my phone calls about 6 months ago. The work he did on my passenger side has cracked because he used too much bondo, and my window guard is still missing from the driver s window that was covered by insurance and he pocketed the money and never replaced. The blend lines are at eye-level and paint job was so bad that there are bumps in it that were never buffed out. I m more than furious with the outcome and, more importantly, the way it was handled. I will never recommend this company again. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else. I m pretty certain a 5 year-old could paint better.

Garry is the man! I unfortunately had two accidents, one major one (the entire front body) and a minor one (fender). The prices are fair and he's very honest about it. He also got everything done in under a week, which other shops said that it will take weeks to be done. Best of all, the results came out like nothing ever happened! I Highly recommend that place and you won't regret it.

Helped our family out immensely with same day service to get our daughters car road worthy. Sourced and replaced headlight and secured fender panel allowing her to travel home after Christmas and use vehicle until permanent repair could be made. I would highly recommend taking your car to this shop. Not only did the mechanic have amazing customer service but also got his work done in such good time and always on top of everything. I m a glad I took my car to this shop and will come back in the future!
