Replacing engine of my buick regal 2014 so far experience is not bad so far. Mr Russ or known Mr Rusty is very helpful but not really happy with the pricing . No complain regarding labor didn't get the 100$ coupon discount for major repair because I was told already I'm getting discount on total amount . They towed my car for free from my house. I paid total of 6792.00$ engine 4400 (0k milage) rest are other parts like spark plug , coolant, thermostat and labor

I highly recommend My Engine Store, Precision Tune Auto Care, 3944 New Bern Ave. Raleigh N.C. for all major and minor auto maintenance and repair needs. Russ Richardson and his crew of mechanics did an excellent job removing and installing a re-manufactured engine in my 2003 Honda accord. I'm a mechanic and usually do my own work, but this was too big of a job to do in my drive way.I googled engine replacement and saw My Engine Store. I called and talked to Russ about the job.He called me in a couple of hours with a quote for a re-manufactured 2.4L engine (2 year warranty), labor to remove and replace, and towing was included in price. The price was very reasonable and they came to my home to pick the car up with a roll back.Russ called me in 2 weeks to say car was ready. When I stopped by to get the car, Russ walked me through the shop. I was impressed with what I saw: the waiting room was full; there were several bays and busy mechanics using top notch equipment. It was obvious that the mechanics cared about their craft.We inspected the car. It looked and sounded great. The next day, I jacked it up to thoroughly inspect engine for missing or lose bolts or oil leaks. I found nothing, it was perfect. Great job!Kelly Shores

I had some work done on my Scion TC recently, were I needed an engine and clutch replacement. After months of searching for a reasonable engine and not finding what I was looking for, I came to Precison Tune and talked with Rusty. He provided me with all the facts but most importantly. A new engine with 0 miles, a two-year warranty and speedily service. I got my car back in a week and since then she has ran better than ever ! I am so thankful for him and his amazing team. Trust me, if you don't have a local mechanic you need to go to precision tune auto. The prices are very reasonable and their work is amazing. I will never go anywhere else but here to get work done on my car. Thank guys !

I spoke to the gentlemen at My Engine Store after the Infiniti dealer recommended I replace the engine in my QX80. He told me it would be about 2 weeks out the door and quoted me a price that was less than half of that of the dealer. Sounded great (relatively speaking). After 3 weeks the engine finally arrived, then after a week they determined the replacement engine was no good. 2 months later still nothing. They claimed they couldn't find an engine, but after 15 minutes of searching the internet and making 2 phone calls I found 2. Over that 3 month period, I called them more than 100 times. Why? Because I never got a call...not once, and they rarely answered the phone. Finally fed up, I showed up at the shop and picked up my car to take it elsewhere. The reason I was given was the owner was out sick, yet there are 10 bays at this garage and it was PACKED. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Beware.

Had to have the engine replaced in my car and the dealership quote was ridiculous. Guys at My Engine Store gave me a great quote, provided an outstanding turnaround time as well as wonderful customer service thru the entire process. First oil change was done this morning and was in and out in no time at all and everything still runs great. Definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs motor work done.

I have not brought a vehicle here but Im giving it two stars based on false advertisement. Website says financing is available however, someone I spoke with today said Id have to apply for a credit card through them bc they dont do in house financing. That should be noted on the website

I blew the engine on my Kia Spectra. I ran it after all the water leaked from the radiator. I had it towed to the Engine Store for a rebuilt engine.The Engine Store got the VIN number and started the process of getting the engine before the car was even towed to his place. While the repair was going on he found that it would be a good time to repalced my clutch which I been holding off on.I was only charged the cost of the parts, no labor, because they would have been removed to install the engine anyway. He called us on Friday to let us know the work was done, a day earlier then estimated. The charges were exactly what was estimated for the engine replacement plus the few additional parts. No extra labor.I am very pleased to get the car back early and so far been running with no problems. A very professional company to do business with.

Had a new engine installed in my Ford truck. It was $2k less than the dealership wanted and was finished in less than a week(dealership needed 2 weeks). These guys are fast, fair and know what they re doing. I won t be going anywhere else for my automotive needs.

I called and asked about having a compression test done on my engine. The gentleman on the phone said it would be around $90 dollars with tax and take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. He said no appointment was necessary if I showed up the next morning between 8:30 and 9:30, so I did. Upon arrival I told them why I was there. He proceeded to type my info into the computer and then handed me a printout to sign. The quote was $298. I proceeded to tell him the information I received the day before and he told me there was no way it would be that cheap and would take almost 3 hours to complete. I asked why I would be told something completely wrong and he said he didn't know. I said maybe better training was and needed and he said maybe! I didn't get the best feeling of customer service on the phone but thought I would give them a try anyways. Guess I was wrong!

Had my engine replaced back in may and waited until the first oil change to review them, and all I can say is I am very pleased with my experience, both in their work and customer service. They will have my recommendation as well as my business if ever I need their services again.

We were at Precision Tune. The only problem we had was we were told that the job would take 3 hrs,it took close to 6 hrs. However,we got a discount bc we had to wait so long.

Website claims they work on Japanese motors. They don't work on 300zx.
