if you so choose to spend money here ask for someone other than the guy that answers the phone.he s rude disrespectful and should not be in a position to handle customer interactions.had a very hard time with him until someone else stepped in and my problem was easily solvedon second thought after reading the other reviews that are negative id go somewhere else.

Too expensive and untrustworthy. I paid like $2,000 to get my 2 front tires, rotation, breaks grinding, and fixed bolts because they were messed up and had to be fixed in order to replace tires. Now 7 months later 11/06/2023, I went somewhere else to replace my back tires and they told me they can't remove the lugs/bolts and I needed new break pads. So it sounds like this place never fixed my lug problem and did a bad job at replacing my break pads.Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

MJ Brothers has serviced my work vehicles for the last few years. From from the first service - I felt extremely comfortable relying on this team for all of my needs. They know these vans/trucks like the back of their hand. They overdeliver every time and always make things right - and somehow, always deliver in an extremely timely manner. As long as I am in business, I am coming here for service.

MJ Brothers is my number 1 go to shop for any type of repair on my car, excellent service, honest and worth the price. Every time I go for any service Mardin always tries his best to deliver an outstanding customer service. The front desk employee always greet you with kindness and make you feel welcomed. MJ Brothers does an excellent job servicing my company s fleet of box trucks, along with keeping my personal vehicle running smoothly. Fair prices, but even better personality. They take the time to get to know you and each of your vehicles with care.The new shop looks great! Perfect location and plenty of parking. Highly recommend to any fleet owners looking for a place that doesn t cut corners or rip you off.

We had a 2012 F250 Super Duty Diesel that Ford just couldn't seem to take care of. After nightmare after nightmare with the dealership we found MJ Brothers. We explained ALL the issues we had with this truck and they took care of every single one. We now have full confidence this truck will last many more years that we didn't have before. They are fair on pricing, do amazing work and communicate with you every step of the way. We have been working with MJ Brothers for several years to help maintain our fleet of mostly Sprinter Service Vans. They are always responsive and professional. They are straightforward and honest in their diagnosis and repair recommendations. It is extremely difficult to find a shop that is willing to work on Sprinter vans, much less one that is good at it and exceeds expectations. I would have no problem recommending MJ Brothers as a service provider.

MJ Brothers has been servicing all of my vehicles and my families vehicles for 4 years. They have always been straight with me. I have never had any issues. The place is organized, friendly and professional. They even give me rides home when I need it. The price is very fair and the work has always been above my expectation. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend MJ Brothers to any of my friends. My son and I have taken our vehicles to them 3 times and were pleased with the service we received each time. They are honest in their evaluation of what the problem is and give an upfront cost of what the repairs will be. They give you the facts and allow the customer to make the decision without pressure to choose them to be the mechanics to fix your car. When paying for my repairs today, Rob saved me a few dollars, which may not seem that important because it was a small amount, but that is just a testament to their honestly. He could have easily charged me the stated cost and I wouldn't have known the difference.Thank you MJ Brothers and you will continue to have my business

Without a doubt in mind, 5 stars are earned. MJ has been taking care of my car for awhile now and when you are looking for a dependable and competitively priced auto service shop, they are the place to go! Not only do they do reactive service but they help me manage my preventative services as well. With a great location and large shop I am able to schedule my services in a timely manner. Give them a try, they are a hidden gem!

Alternator died while I was leaving work. Luckily these guys were close by and I was able to just make it to them before my car shut off. They replaced my alternator and battery within an hour and I was able to drive home. Priced fair and very professional. Doesn t get much better than that.

These guys are great. We went to MJ Brothers after moving to the area because of the great Google reviews we read and the reviews are dead on. Rob, behind the counter, and the owners have taken their time to get to know us. They explain the problems and what options we have when work needs to be done. Their prices are low, the work is fast and the people are super friendly. Maybe most important of all, they are quick to tell us when something does NOT need to be done and they will tell us to hold off and save our money.In our most recent issue, my wife was on her way out of town for a job with our three dogs in tow when she started smelling diesel fumes. We gave MJ Brothers a call and Rob told us to come on in. When she got there they were packed with vehicles, but they dropped what they were doing and started looking for the leak right there in the parking lot. These guys made my wife and dogs comfortable while they worked and they were able to repair the leak in minutes. They sent her on her way free of charge and she made it to her appointment on time. These guys are simply the best and they run the most honest shop I ve been to.

The staff at MJ Brothers Auto & Truck is wonderful. I am 16 years old and I purchased my first car from MJ Brothers. Not only did they offer me a great deal but they made sure that the car was in good condition. They also shared with me safe driving tips to help me improve my driving. I really like the service and the staff.

My family and I go to MJ brothers for all our Auto Repairs. We have been customers for years! The prices are reasonable and fair. They are honest and work hard to make customers happy. If a customer is not satisfied with their work, they will make sure the customer is satisfied. The staff are friendly and professional at all times. We are able to get estimates for future auto expenses with no problem. The estimates are always accurate. No unexpected fees added to the repair cost. I will refer my friend and family to MJ Brothers.

MJ Brothers is one of those rare businesses where I feel that my business really is appreciated. When I'm greeted, the friendliness feels sincere, which is awesome!From having my oil changed, to having my serpentine belt replaced after it snapped, these guys have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and on point with everything that's come up with my Toyota Yaris.I've not once been jerked around, the services rendered have all been completed in a timely fashion, and after researching rate comparisons, the services are all more than reasonably priced.I never feel talked down to because I am a woman walking into this establishment. They've never tried to push bogus services on me either.I feel safe when I come here with questions or concerns because I know that these guys know what they're doing, and aren't out to gouge me. Seriously, if you're looking for an excellent mechanic, you need to give MJ Brothers a shot! You won't regret it!!!

I trust all my car care needs to MJ Bros. The staff there is always kind, courteous and professional.I am always greeted with a smile. They will take the time to explain and show me what the problem is and what needs to be done. They have been servicing my car for almost 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. I would recommend all my friends and family to MJ Brothers.

MJ Brothers provides courteous, friendly service with excellent service on repair jobs. The last time I had a major car issue that was engine related, Mardin and Juan helped me identify what the problem was and told me what would need to be done to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable too. Since then, I was able to drive the car without any problems at all for over a year. I highly recommend them for everything auto from oil changes to major repairs. They are a hidden gem!

I'm a new diesel owner. So I dont know much about trucks AND I'm always worried of being taken advantage of. Juan (the "J" in MJ) carefully explained everything to me that needed serviced and showed me the issues at hand. It's easy to see his pride in his work. They've been around for a while, but they are just moving into a new shop which is really nice! They work clean, have quality equipment, and the office manager Rob is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!!

MJ Brothers Auto & Truck Repair is the most sufficient auto shop in this area. I love this shop because people are nice. They have taken care my 2 cars little 5 years. I highly recommend this shop to you, check it out. In the many years l have lived in the triangle and l know many businesses, l only trust MJ brothers for all my vehicle services. They are the very best period! Quality day after day. I have a written history of all the things they do for my commercial van, my wife s mini van, my daughters car etc. They are on top with the newest technology, great customer service and l have peace of mind that they are part of our community. I have a 2005 Lexus RX330 and I really care about my vehicle. The Brothers Juan and Mardin take care of everything for me. I bought a set of tires back 2 years ago and have been coming ever since to have my vehicle serviced. The service is always excellent and very fair pricing. I recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle serviced with care.

I went to MJ Brothers about a month ago for a brake job. They were very courteous and informative in telling me what was going on with my brakes and what they recommended. I was on my lunch break so they drove me back to work while they fixed my brakes and brought my car to me when they were done! Initially, I thought the price was a little high, but was in a bind because I really needed the job done. I called around to a few places (while they were already working on my car) and got a few quotes to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. Everyone I called quoted me at least $50 more than what I paid! Great service and great prices!

Juan, Mardin and Rob are fantastic! I use these guys for everything on our cars. I really like how polite everyone is at the shop and I really appreciate the straight talk on any repairs needed. Was taken care of by Martin and Rob - both of whom were as professional and kind as it gets. Brought in a E350 7.3L diesel and they took great care of me. These guys are great. I came in to town to test drive a used vehicle at a local dealer. I brought the car by MJ Brothers to check it out prior to purchasing. Turns out the car was in awful shape but looked great cosmetically. The guys took the time to take me under the car, point out every single thing they found wrong with it, and strong advised against purchasing the car. Very thankful for the great advice, educating me on the issues, and saving me a lot of money in the long run. Thanks!

I was referred to MJ Brothers by Big Chris of Al's Towing. I've taken my vehicle to MJ Brothers ever since. They have great customer service and always put the safety of the customer at the forefront. If you ever need automotive work done of your vehicle, take it to MJ Brothers. You won't regret it.

I have been going to MJs for a while now. Their team treats me as if I am one of the family! They are extremely knowledgeable and have always been quick with answers when I need them. I will always continue to go to MJs for as long as I have a vehicle! I highly recommend them for any and all of your automotive needs!
