Arguably one of, if not the, easiest and straightforward vehicle purchase I have ever made. From the moment I contacted this dealership with my inquiry, all the way through completing the purchase, Allen was professional, courteous, and prompt. It was rather refreshing to have a car buying experience that was void of all the typical dealership tactics and annoyances. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend speaking with the folks at Mitchell Mill Motors.

My husband was driving by and saw an SUV that matched our wants/needs. So I reached out and was able to come test drive it the same day. This was probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had, and I ve bought many cars over the years. Allen was very nice and attentive to my concerns and needs. He wasn t pushy or even trying to sell me the car which I really appreciated. This place is ran and operated by honest and trustworthy people. Even after the buying process I called with a concern and it was addressed in a timely manner and it s the things like great customer service that really sets this dealership apart from so many others. They don t keep a lot of cars on the lot which means they care about what they are selling. Also the cars don t stay long! If you re looking for a dealership that is fair, honest, and overall operated by good hearted people give Mitchell Mill Motors a try. Allen is an excellent owner/dealer.

MMM is full of great people. Always personable, willing to talk to you, and help you get what you need.While I haven't been lucky enough to trade or purchase a vehicle here, I have gotten very competitive appraisals and had honest conversations with them.Their service department is great and Jason is an excellent mechanic and someone I trust entirely with my vehicles.If you are looking for service, to sell a vehicle, or get a reliable vehicle MMM is the place to go!

James, Alan, and Jason were incredibly helpful. I worked with James from the beginning. And they were patient and got me into exactly the vehicle I wanted. Such an amazing deal, and a vehicle that was so clean it looked like new! Mitchell motors was amazing! I would highly recommend them, if you need any vehicle If they have it they will work with you and ensure that you were happy with your purchase. This was exactly the vehicle I ve been looking for, not only did it have low mileage, but they had it incredibly competitively priced!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my 2010 Lexus GX 460 from Mitchell Mill Motors. I came to view the vehicle, and to give it a good test drive. The owner gave me the key for a test drive with no haggling, no time limit, and no stress, or pressure. I then came back the next day to test drive the Lexus one more time. The owner gave no fuss, and handed me the keys as if it were my first time test driving the vehicle. The second time was the charm. The dealership was professional and courteous, however, don t expect to get a better deal than what s already stated on the sticker price. They will not budge on the price, but the dealership is still alright in my book.

Great company to work with! Allen and his team restored my faith that there are decent used car dealers out there. They have earned the A+ BBB rating. They have an eye for detail and obviously try to deal in quality products as much as possible. All their vehicles seemed to be in excellent condition and fairly priced. My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey and have high hopes it will serve us well. Highly recommend for your vehicle needs!

I'd strongly recommend doing business here, I worked with Allen while I was in the market looking for a specific vehicle. Although I did not get Allen down to the price that I wanted he was extremely helpful and worked with me the best that he could. If I was in the right financial situation I would've gladly drove the 3 hours to Mitchell motors and made the purchase. Thank you Allen!

My Experience Purchasing at Mitchell Mills Motors.(Must Read)Affordable, Professional, Quality of Vehicles, No Hassle, No Pressure, No Extra Add-ons or Fees.I purchased a used vehicles from Mitchell Mills Motors in March of 2021I was searching online for used cars for honestly about a year. I came across Mitchell Mills Motors on Cargurus.com. The vehicle I was interested in caught my attention because of the fair price, great photos, reviews and quality of their other inventory. I decided to inquire about the vehicle via text message through the website. Allen (owner) responded and sent me any information I asked for. He was easy to talk to, via text, and got back with me on any questions or photos I requested. He even laughed at my joke which is a rarity. The car checked out so I told him we were going to fly in from out of state. He told me he would have someone pick us up from the airport and bring us back to the dealership. So far everything was easy peezy an great!Once we arrived at the airport I let Allen know and he sent one of his professional drivers to pick us up.Probably one of the coolest people I ve ever met in my life picked us up from the airport, Mr. Hilton. He had the coolest accent and he made a great first impression of the dealership. We arrived at the dealership checked out the car and met with Allen for the first time. He welcomed us and made small talk and we got into signing paperwork. I had previously sent in insurance & license information so we were probably in and out within 20 minutes. His dealership, lot and vehicles all looked to be in pristine condition and I never got any used car dealer vibes during the whole experience.ENDING: If you are reading this and are wondering if you should purchase a vehicle from Mitchell Mills Motors I see no reason to be scared or weary. I m one of the most picky and stressed car purchasers ever and if I can recommend Mitchel Mills Motors than anyone else will be ecstatic with their professionalism, dealership and inventory. I will definitely reach out to Allen on my next car purchase even though I am hours away. Wow, How do I explain how great a car buying experience this was, I had been shopping for my wife a car for about 2 months. I found a listing in North Carolina on a Infiniti QX80 like I had been shopping for, I looked at all the pic s and info that, Mitchell Mills Motors had listed on their website I could see the car history and it all looked good so I made an offer and James said sounds fair how would you like to proceed I was shocked because I live in Alabama. So James and I worked the details out and just a few days later the Infiniti arrived. It was even nicer than the pic s showed it to be. I have been really impressed with James and Mitchell Mills Motors they really made the buying process a breeze. I highly recommend James and Mitchell Mills Motors !! Happy Wife Happy Life

We ended up purchasing a vehicle at another dealership but I just wanted to say how much we absolutely loved Allen. He was so kind, honest, laid back, respectful and is willing to do all he can to make sure he gets you into the vehicle that you want. Some things fell through (due to us not being thoroughly prepared) but it wasn t his fault at all. He was amazing. Even though we just got a vehicle somewhere else, I still want to come back here in the future to purchase a vehicle from him. (Yes he s that amazing.) I seriously wish every dealership had an Allen. There are not enough stars to give to explain how phenomenal this dealer is. Allen has helped me twice now whether selling them my vehicle or coming in to buy a vehicle and his personality and commitment to help me and make it an easy process has blown me away. It s very hard to find a trustworthy and honest place of business but I am here to tell you that this place is the real deal. I won t get a vehicle from anywhere else without coming here first, I guarantee you won t be disappointed. Thanks again Allen!

Coming from someone who has worked in the car business, buying a car from Mitchell Mill Motors was one of the most pleasant deals I have ever completed.We were met by a mechanic filling in for the day but then turned over to one of the owners who was able to close our deal and do all the paperwork without sending us to someone else or making us wait around forever.It s a small dealer with quality cars. I have been told many times my 2015 Suburban looks brand new.My only disappointment was I couldn t take it home on Saturday but get this... it s because they wanted everything perfect. Allen wanted to make sure I had 2 keys and some other minor issues were addressed before I took delivery of my Suburban.And get this! He had it delivered to my husbands work when it was ready!I can t say enough about my experience! We will be back! Have a wonderful 2020... keep treating people like you want to be treated and you will keep being successful!Thanks again!

Was a great sale experience yesterday 11-2-2021. James and Allen are top notch. I emailed them through car gurus and James got in touch with me right away got price situated and a financing all set up through BB&T. I drove up test drove the truck and went on to sign the papers. Very excited about my new business tool and cannot wait to put it to work. Thank you guys. Hope to purchase another truck down the road. Highly recommend!!!!

I and my wife were really impressed with the laid-back yet professional attitude of this dealership. Allen was responsive from my first inquiry and yet was not pushy at all! When we did schedule an appointment our time was valued as Allen was ready and even had the truck I was interested in out front and ready for me to inspect. We were able to take our time and not be hassled or hurried. If you want a hassle-free experience with authentic people then I can't recommend Mitchell Mill Motors high enough!

My purchase with Mitchell Mill Motors is by far the best car shopping experience, ever! I worked with Allen on this purchase and and he was very knowledgeable. I also had a trade-in and was given a good price. Allen made me feel comfortable with my decision. It was hassle free.I purchased a SUV without leaving my home. After a week of truck shopping, I'm grateful that I found my way to Mitchell Mill Motors. Tyler was my contact there and he was very professional, easy to communicate with and no nonsense. We were able to quickly reach a financial deal that was better then I had been offered elsewhere and the vehicle I purchased, though used, was in like new condition and exactly what I was looking for. I detected a very minor issue in the vehicle after I had left the lot and purchased the truck as is, but Tyler offered to correct the issue at no cost. A very pleasant, great transaction all the way around, I highly recommend this business.

My name is Jermaine Daniels, and I just bought a 2012 Lexus IS 350 from the his dealer yesterday, and I have no complaints whatsoever! I was deployed in Kuwait when first came into contact with Allen, and when I got back two days ago, I was given a great deal on an excellent car!!! It is exactly the Desert Present to myself that I had been looking for! I highly recommend Mitchell Mill to anyone looking for a great quality vehicle, and awesome customer service. I am not sure how many people out there are like me but I cringe at the sight of the "small dealers" selling used cars. Over the years the stories I have heard just told me to keep away. Enter James Eddins of Mitchell Mill Motors. I was selling my very nice Yukon Denali on Craigslist and I got an email from him with his phone number. I talked to him and he informed me that he is the owner of this dealership. Of course that just made me skeptical and nervous because I was thinking here is a dealer that is going to take me for a ride. This could NOT have been further from the truth. James offered me what I thought was a very fair price for my car and within 24 hours made good on his promise to buy the car. To make it easy for me he had his guys meet me at a branch of his bank convenient to me. They came by on time took a quick look at the vehicle and cut me a check. I was so impressed I decided to share my experience. I think if you are looking for an honest used car dealer Mitchell Mill Motors is it. Thanks James you guys were great !!

OUTSTANDING!!! Purchased a 2020 RAM 1500 Limited Crew Cab 4WD P/U. This has been the best vehicle buying experience of my 65 years of being alive on planet earth...Allen and James are good people, looking out for your interests when it comes to buying a car. (even though I lost their magnetic dealer plate during my test drive) The purchase and trade in process was AWESOME. I was in the market to replace my 2003 F-250, saw a 2014 F-350 on the website on July 3rd with 14k miles, I knew it would not last long. I contacted James on July 4th and inquired about the truck. James gave me the complete history of the truck over the phone, I told him I was extremely interested and wanted to see it. I also told him that I would be driving from Jacksonville a little over 2 hours away on Friday or Saturday. James told me that he would put the truck on hold for me. I called him on the way up on Friday, got there around 2pm. James was not there at the time but the staff was completely aware and ready for us. I was given the keys to the truck and told drive until your tired and then come back.When we returned we met James filled out the paper work, within 10 minutes approved. While he was getting the paperwork ready we switched over my belongings. 15 minutes later we signed all the paperwork. The staff helped us move some large items. In less than 2hrs we were on our way back with a new to us truck.The staff was great to work with, honest and extremely helpful in more than just selling a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. This was probably the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. No Haggling, fair pricing.

If you re looking for a vehicle and want someone honest, willing to do the work to find you the best deal, and walk you through the process to make sure you get everything you want for an affordable price, THIS IS THE PLACE! This past week I finally got the vehicle of my dreams for an affordable price and could not be happier! Allen and I have been working together for about a month, going over specifics of what I am looking for and budget and let me tell you I couldn t have asked for anything better. I even shooed around a bit at Westgate and Leith Jeep dealerships, they keep high balling me, asking me to put more money down with a high monthly payment on my Jeep and compromise with the package I want, no thank you. With Allen I was able to get everything I want and still fit it in my budget. I am so thankful! With that being said, I highLy recommend Mitchell Mills Motors, they will take good care of you.

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE with buying my new truck! Just what I looking for a 2012 thru 2016 Chevy Silverado for work and play!!!
