These guys are very helpful and efficient. Really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me. I feel like I got good, honest service at a great price! I went in for breaks and rooters for all four wheels. I am very happy with Midas and special thanks to Mr. Ray Suarez, he treated me like family member. Thanks Ray

I came in early this morning without an appointment or calling in advance while they were crowded. To say that they were accommodating would be a huge understatement. Not only did they help fix my car but they helped me with financing so I wouldn't have to sell an arm an a leg to get my car fixed. The guys working there were amazing, but a huge shout-out guys out to the manager Ray & the front desk worker Carlos!

Came in for an oil change and got prompt courteous service. Was able to make my appointment online and use a coupon to save. The appointment system was easy and I got messages confirming promptly.The mechanics/technicians gave me suggested services coming due and clear pricing so I can plan ahead.While I waited I had the opportunity to meet the owner. It's always nice to see that a business is locally owned and managed. She was gracious and helpful.Check out Midas on Capital Blvd for great service on oil change and more!

Carlos was very thorough and answered all my questions! He was polite and went out of his way to find and apply a coupon code to help with the price. The service was quick and I would absolutely take my car back to get serviced at Midas! Carols truly cares about his customers!!

I purchase brakes there for my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Ray was very courteous, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. He informed me of my options and provided use of a courtesy vehicle so I could take care of additional business. I suggest going to this location as it was very clean, quiet, and access to everything is within 1-10 minutes! Ray made the experience with me taking the time to write this review and do the survey!

Carlos, the owner, did an excellent job on my Audi. He changed my brakes, rotors, and calipers and his price was more than fair. He's an honest, hard working mechanic who I will definitely use again. I highly recommend him.

I ve been coming here for a few years and have always had great experiences. However, recently my experiences have been even more pleasant. Carlos and Ray up front excel at customer service. The new owner Wendy made the effort to introduce herself and make conversation with me while I waited. I trust this place in full and will continue to come here for all our car maintenance! Highly recommend!

I ve been coming to this location for 4 years for my last two vehicles . Ray and his team have always beeen very friendly and efficient!! Always explains everything in detail when it comes to pricing and what needs to be fixed and you don t feel as if you re being ripped off or taken advantage. Always great service all around!

I called to see if they had a spot available for me and was told to come on over. I arrived and was meet by Carlos Pinto outside by my car. He showed me where to go to wait.Carlos explained to me the prices of the oil change and the services that I can get on my car at that shop.The shop was very clean and I was impressed that they had a decorated bathroom and it was very clean also.I highly recommend this shop, and I definitely will be returning there.

I was pleasantly pleased when I arrived at the Midas service center on Capital Blvd. I made an appointment for an oil change and got wayy more. I had spoken with a gentleman by the name of Carlos. He shared with me that they were having a special, that he was sure would be beneficial to me. I was sure there were several things going on with my vehicle . He did a diagnostic, asked me some income based questions. And my car was driving like new. With all of the needs of my car met. Didn t pay a dime out of pocket that day. My first payment is due at the end of the month. I was so happy I ran out telling everyone. Listen up if you need work done and you need an honest service center. Midas is the place..

Carlos was exceptional! He greeted me with a warm welcome when I first walked in & made sure my experience was great. Wendy, the new owner of the location, was very friendly and made conversation with me when she first walked in. This was my first time at this location due to me being new and I felt very welcomed here. Will definitely come back!

Great service, fair pricing, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.Mechanics diagnosed and fixed problems that were not found on two visits to a different auto repair shop. I had a great experience here, and this is definitely my auto service place now.

I brought my car in for an oil change- and the tech told me I needed breaks and rotors for the rear.. shock to me as I have no grinding shaking or any vibrations they said any day you ll be grinding you have less then 2mm I was just going to go head but I hesitated- I took it to another place just for a price quote and turns out I don t need either and I have 6mm left on the pads.Avoid unless you want to pay for unnecessary service.

Went to Midas for a brake and roter check and it turned out to be something more serious. If it wasn t for Carlos and his team, my Jeep and myself would have continued to play a dangerous game. I thank Carlos and his team for everything. They truly make you feel like family.

Carlos in the front end is hands down one of the best customer service people I ve ever worked with I had a handful of repairs being done on my car this morning so got to witness him handling multiple different customers and his enthusiasm and care is beyond what I could have expected. Would highly recommend

Midas was very helpful, personable, and helped to get us the repairs we needed while knocking a couple thing down in price and finding discount options to help fit our budget. Will be taking our car straight here next time it has any issues. Worked with Ray and Carlos at the Capital Blvd location, both were very helpful and made sure everything was clear, and the car is working like it should now.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. Though the staff were incredibly friendly, they quoted me 5x the quote I got at another place. They also tried to tell me I needed work done that wasn t actually necessary.

My experience at Midas was phenomenal! I am already a skeptic when it comes to needing my truck repaired being that I am a woman and think mechanics are not trustworthy. But the guys at Midas are totally awesome! Jason was very patient at explaining things to me as well as helpful when it came to assisting me with getting financing for the repairs. They are now my go to mechanics!

Ah freaking mazing!!! First off I requested an appointment last night and they were able to successfully accommodate me this afternoon. The hospitality left me speechless , they were considerate upbeat and friendly. I got there waited 20 mins and they had me in and out in a jiffy. Mind you I had my 2yr old daughter with me and you know how restless toddlers can be. The employees were very interactive with us and caring about my needs. They treated me better than a customer but more like family. This place was sparkling clean and it s such a grand entrance with the flat screens and updated floors. I was comfortable and they offer free WiFi !! I highly recommend coming here you can t pay for this first class treatment !!
