I ve been to Meineke 3 times in the past 6 months or so and every time has been amazing. The first was for a simple inspection, and I am fairly certain it s the fastest inspection I ve ever had. I usually drop my car off because Im impatient and don t want to waste my time sitting there, but these guys had me in and out in literally under 15 minutes.The second time I brought my car to them was for a battery replacement. Again, I received the same amazing, fast and friendly service.My car is at that 100k mark and after having it for 6 years with literally zero problems, I found myself needing a new alternator shortly after my battery replacement.I called around to about 8 different shops to get estimates and Meineke gave me the same quote as about half of them which also turned out to be the lower quote. Not only did they do the work in a very timely manner, but they also went the extra mile to replace my recently new battery that was still under warranty.As a single female, I sincerely dread having to deal with car repairs but I can honestly say this is one of (if not THE) best shops I ve ever dealt with. They are kind, communicative, transparent, fairly priced and they truly make you feel seen and taken care of, without taking advantage. They always answer the phone and have never put me on wait for more than like 30 seconds. They always call back quickly whenever there s an update. And they have gone above and beyond to spend time explaining to me what they re doing it, why they re doing it, and what the exact prices are.Not one time that they ve opened my hood have they tried to sell me anything other than exactly what I went in for and what the solitary problem was. They ve even gone the extra mile every time and put air in my leaky tires.I never write reviews, but the service here stood out as so exceptional that it only felt right to share my experiences.Highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

I was able to get in next day for an appointment to look at my A/C. Rob was great when he checked me in, he set proper expectations and ended up exceeding them. I had my car back in lass than 2 hours with cold air blowing again! The entire experience here was great, I will definitely use them for further car repairs!

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while but this place is awesome - especially Rob at the front desk! We moved to the area early 2023 and this has been my go-to place ever since. They are up-front, transparent, accommodating, and super professional/polite. 5 stars alone for great customer service. This is the first car place I've ever gone where I felt important, prioritized, and welcomed. I don't ever leave reviews anywhere but I really just want to take the time to highlight a great place and great people. Thanks guys. :)

Outstanding service merits a glowing review. My unplanned visit due to vehicle troubles left me astounded by the remarkable commitment to customer service from this team, especially the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Rob Walker. The waiting area boasts amenities such as a refreshment station, TV, cozy seating, WiFi, and pristine cleanliness. Before I realized it, my vehicle was back in top shape. I wholeheartedly endorse Meineke on Millbrook Road to all.

I had a problem with my TPMS sensor, brought my car to Meineke Millbrook Raleigh and they did a great job fixing it. They took the time to explain what was causing the problem. The staff are very accommodating, from the manager to the mechanics. I would definitely consider doing other car services with them. I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars!

Easy to make the appointment online. Wonderful service...listened to what I needed and clearly explained the services they performed. Went over and above without charging extra. And it was all done quickly and efficiently!! I'll be back!

Just a warm *Warm Hello!* when I immediately walked in. My father had mentioned this company last week because I had an oil change coming up. Took his word and tried this place and couldn't have been happier!!! The price for an oil change for my vehicle at the VW dealership was $135.00 while with this company I save almost 30 bucks and they were closer. These guys are top notch and even topped off all my fluids. I saved money, headache, and time!!! Next time anyone needs to go to their dealership for an oil change DON'T!! I AM NOW A FOREVER CUSTOMER WITH THIS PLACE! Thank you guys for treating my car with the upmost respect and in a timely manner. 10/10Service: Oil change

I was having a problem with my car leaking antifreeze...After reading the reviews of Meineke, I scheduled an appointment on line. Rob and the other gentleman I spoke with were friendly and professional. I was informed of what they would be doing in checking the car, and I received a clear explanation of what the problem was and exactly what was necessary, including cost, to have repaired. My appointment was later in the afternoon; however, the parts were ordered, delivered and repairs started. My car was ready for pick up early the next morning. I am very pleased with everything, and Meineke Car Care Center will be where I go for future work on my car!!

I got a coupon for free visual AC check.I assumed they would check the belts and stuff. They said they can only turn it on and of to see if it's working. How smart? You must be a genius to work there to be able to perform such a complicated tasks

The crew who took care of me was amazing! They were very professional and very, very friendly. They took care of my issue (a replacement of my headlight bulb) in less than thirty minutes, didn't try to upsell me on my brakes and even gave me some additional advice regarding how to remedy some other issues on my vehicle, which actually worked! It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back for any future maintenance.

What happened to customer service. First the google site says it close at 5. IF YOU DO NOT CLOSE AT 5 THEN CHANGE THE TIME WHY DO YOU KEEP IT THAT WAY I DON T GET IT KNOWING THE CUSTOMERS WILL BE UPSET. THEN I get here at 3:30. Which I m trying to figure how long does an oil change take. The guy at the front desk your late..like I m at work just like you are.

Very disappointed! My boyfriend took my car to get an oil change. We ended up with oil in our radiator hose, 2 days later our hose exploded while warming up the car. We took the car back to them to take a look and possible get a resolution to our problem. Instead we were told no one here could of done this and you re head gasket is blown (EVEN THOUGH MY DAD MADE SURE NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR WHEN WE GAVE THE TITLE TO ME) oh and if I were you I d just start looking for a new car! Never again will I go to a company who refuses to take accountability and wouldn t even help us. Basically, pushed us to the side like our issues wasn t there problem.

EDITED .. since this review, the owner did call and were able to make things right. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and still plan on working with this company Monday - Thursdays with Rob and Tristen.I really didn t want to do this review. I really didn t. This one hurts. I ve been using this place for 15 years. Very hard to find a mechanic you trust. When this Meinike was ran prior to the new owners, it felt like family. Parts were good and service was top notch. Since I ve had to return both cars a couple times in past because parts installed were cheap and disastrous. This past month, I needed new brakes and rotors. I paid around $1000 for what I thought was quality. First round of rotors was worse than what I came in for. They shook when breaking. Obvious signs of worn rotors. That was change number 1. Those replacements still shook and vibrated when breaking. Took the car back and was assured by management it was bad parts from the vendor based in a test drive. No problem. Let s replace them so we did. After a test drive, I was told you have smooth breaks. The second replacement was worse. Going down the interstate I almost lost control of my car with my family inside the vehicle because the braking of the new rotors was so bad. My family was put at risk because the 2nd round of rotors were so bad. I called and talked to the people at the front desk and was told you got another bad batch and we are ordering you new rotors. Apparently I was told they have been changing these new rotors out because they were bad over these last year and the parts would be ordered. I took the car back for a 3rd round. When getting there, I was told the parts didn t get ordered but we have the best rotors. They put the new rotors on and those did work just fine. I asked to have the owner call me so we could talk about a refund because my family was put at risk by parts that almost ran us off the road. The manager said he would have owner call me. That never happened. Three weeks later I called and was told by the manager that he would not be telling the owner about this experience and that he was not accessible . The manger then said he would not give any refund and was unwilling to do so. Can t control what parts you get to put on the car Tristan and Rob have been nothing but good to me. Tristan is the best thing about this place. He is my guy. Those two are corner stones of that location and I nothing bad to say. This review does not reflect them at all.I don t want to fire this location as my car place and take my friends and family business somewhere else because today proved . I can t control the parts I get and I don t matter. I still would love to speak to the owner. This is hands down the worst experience from a 15 year detected customer I ve experienced. Very conflicted.

Ok. Meinke is expensive. But the tech was thorough in his description of the problems with my car. And he was able to correct an issue with my brakes (I didn t know the problem was the brakes.) that had plagued my car for years. My vibrated violently whenever I braked. Other mechanics had failed to diagnose the problem correctly. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and the staff proved themselves to be trustworthy and effective.

All of the employees at Meineke were extremely professional and kind. They explained everything to me and I feel like they were honest and straightforward about what my car needed and didn t need. They also got me in and out in less than 45 minutes and even pulled my car up to the front door for me as I left. This is the best experience I ve had by far with a car care center and would recommend to anyone! Excellent customer service and they definitely go the extra mile!Service: Oil change

Let s start with the good. Rick at the service desk was great. Nice, personable, a polite. I dropped my car off for oil change and inspection.Now the bad, the first call I got after dropping it off was to tell me the technician heard a clicking sound when applying brakes on back tires. I haven t heard anything or my family but trust them. They wanted to take off and investigate I agreed and this of course cost more money which I understand. They were not going to pass the car if they couldn t which I understand. 2nd call I get is telling me that the pads are fine, hardware, and mounting as well, but there is a minor shift due to brake calipers, they wouldn t know if just changing the calipers would fix problem and such, so need to change everything. Yep this went from $130-$240-$1300! At first I was hesitant, but thought I am going to have to do it so gave go ahead. I am so thankful my Significant Other told me to tell them to hold off and call AAA. Should have done this before, but I forgot we have them as I haven t had to use them. I called AAA and was told it the situation sounded weird. Told meineke to just keep as is, as I picked it up, I was told THE BACK BREAK ISSUE IS A GRAY AREA . took report to AAA today, They did full inspection, took pictures of everything they inspected and state of those items. Back breaks were fine, interesting part was front brake pads, are close to needing to be changed, however I have some time. Totally and Fully feel like they were going to take me for what they could at Meineke.

Every interaction I've had with this Millbrook Rd. Meineke has been exemplary! A significant assurance comes from finding the same people working there on every occasion, when most businesses are operated by different, unknown individuals every time I visit. This allows for a relationship to develop and endure, and without the need to redress countless details important for accuracy.Rob, the manager runs the show with obvious pride, always covering details beyond the required basics. He is concerned about the level of service he and his staff deliver for every customer, from the way the phone is answered, to how they stay up to date on pertinent news and specifics affecting the different auto makes and models. This alone saves customers tons of money, in that minimal time is needed for mechanics to determine an untold number of malfunction causes. They stay current on important changing matters that prompt engine recalls, additions to warranty extensions, and important details impacting the realm of auto performance--which is something I'd never previously thought about asking an auto mechanic prior to Meineke.I recently had my car towed to them for a repair issue, to find out it was a matter requiring the manufacturer to resolve. When I arranged to have it towed to the dealership, Rob had already prepared a full account of his mechanic's findings that included industry news that affected the manufacturer's responsibility to fix without charging me. This is before I ever asked for anything other than the key. It was knowledgeable, well written, and concise. It clarified for the dealership's mechanic on how to proceed, saving everybody time and money.A comforting level of assurance comes from having car care performed by knowledgeable professionals that truly care about clients, and the work they do for each one.This is the only Meineke I've used, so my review belongs exclusively to the Millbrook Rd. store. Here, you'll find a manager who loves his job, and it shows!

Went in for a quick oil change, I brought my laptop and worked remotely from their lobby area (free wifi), and they were done with my car in less than an hour. Friendly, reliable and helpful staff. I have no reason not to keep coming back.

2nd visit:: I m still so so happy with the shop Rob and the guys take such good care of my car and me. Always love my experience here. Lol and they always figure out my weird car issues.1st visit:::Great shop! My best friend goes there for all his car needs. Brought mine in and they took great care of me. Wonderful characters working at the W millbrook shop. I spoke specifically with Rob and Jay I had a great time chatting with Rob while I waited to pick up my car. They were so friendly and super helpful with all my questions. My car was done quickly and price was fair. Hopefully won t have to go again but if I do I know they are the place to go.

Got into the McDonald's drive through this morning and noticed white smoke billowing out of my hood, thank god for the Meineke car care center and specifically Rob Walker for being extremely helpful. They took extra care to look at all of the issues my vehicle was facing and did everything they could with the time they had. The service was quick, informative, and priced fairly. I will be returning for my regularly scheduled maintenance in the future, and look forward to doing business with Rob Walker and the Meineke team again.

Terrible experience with Meineke. Quoted me 1700 dollars for a possibility! Terrible customer service and extremely rude front desk attendant. Please don t go to the Meineke on Millbrook Rd. Honestly don t go to any Meineke they are over priced and they do cheap work.

I will say they have good customer service. Also, they have great budget Friendly oil changes. But that also means budget friendly oil. Cars performance noticeably terrible since, hence the 3 stars.
