Needed windshield replacement for my BMW from rock damage. After reading several reviews, McConnell seemed to be the place to go. I have to whole heartedly agree with all the positive reviews. From beginning to end it was a smooth seamless process. The work was completed in a timely fashion and work is well done. Car was clean afterwards.Will recommend without hesitation.

I m very particular about what shops I take my car to but when I called McConnell Auto Glass I was put to ease once Desiree answered the phone. She took the time to explain to me the process of repairing my windshield and telling me the couple options I had. I proceeded to look into those options and everything she told me was 100% true. I scheduled an appointment and got my glass replaced. The process was seamless; the employees were very thorough, had great communication, and did awesome work. Don t hesitate bringing your vehicle here.

Very quick and efficient repair, Dana did an amazing job on my windshield replacement and was very polite and gave me tips for aftercare, not to mention how the on-site repair comes at no additional cost. Customer service over the phone was also great, as i was able to get the location of the appointment changed the DAY OF my appointment quick and easily, just by a phone call. Working with McConnell Auto Glass was smooth and easy. From emailing to receive a quote, calling to schedule an appointment and the actually appointment itself. Every step was effortless, their prices were great and the quote matched the final price. Dana, who provided the service, did an excellent job while also providing information on the replacement and what to look for or do if a chip or crack occurs again. Will definitely use them again and recommend to any and all who ask.

Great service! Desiree was very helpful and informative when it came to explaining the difference between aftermarket/OEM glass. She gave me references of good car washes to go to along with other helpful information. Overall great experience, in the future I will only book with them for windshield replacements.

These guys are awesome, my car got broken into, came the next day to get my window fixed, they got the job done in less than an hour for an affordable and reasonable price. Great customer service, very knowledgeable fast and professional. Good experience overall.

We HIGHLY recommend McConnell Auto Glass!When we were following a construction vehicle in our Toyota Highlander, we were hit by a huge rock that ruined our windshield. We needed to get it replaced fast, and were looking for the best price as we have a high deductible and this was out of pocket. McConnell Auto Glass had a very competitive price and was able to fix it the next day. They have a night key drop, making it easy to leave the car the night before.As promised, the windshield was fixed and calibrated right on time. The glass looked perfect, but the owner / tech noticed that there was some warping in the windshield from the manufacturer that was impossible to see clearly until after it was installed. I d need to bring it back because they didn t have another windshield in stock. Honestly, I could barely see the warping.I ve always believed that it s not problems or issues that define you, it s what you do next to fix it. The owners of McConnell stepped up, owned the issue, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They let me leave with the windshield without charging me, trusting me to come back. A few days later, he repeated the 3 hour windshield install / calibration and everything was perfect. I ve had repairs done by Safelite and others before, but my experience at McConnell Auto glass was by far the best service and experience. Dana and Nate installed after-market glass. Happy with the result so far. Appreciate the instructions to be followed for the next 24 hours and week (no washing!). Not happy about the bubbles on the top edge, but I was told it s how the glass came. I ll probably opt for OEM if it happens again. Had an issue with stained fabric and Dana came back out to clean! Dana has many years of experience and he did a great job replacing my windshield. Chad was very personable and he did a great job of calibrating the windshield. Highly recommend! The McConnells take care of their customers with respect and a caring nature. They are friendly and honest about the services. The waiting room had plenty of room for me to work while I was waiting and was clean! I actually enjoyed waiting and chatting with fellow customers and the staff. When my windshield developed a spreading crack, I chose McConnell because of their ratings here and I was not disappointed. The appointment was scheduled quickly and painlessly. They came to me to do the replacement at no extra charge. Dana was quick, professional, and personable as well as doing a great job with the replacement. And the final cost was exactly what I was quoted.I hope I don't need their services often, but whenever I do, this is where I'm going, and will recommend them to anyone else I know who needs them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After my lawn care company (who I love) accidentally threw a rock into my glass, I decided to replace a previously cracked windshield at the same time as the rear. Dana and Nate were absolutely fantastic. They explained everything to me and I felt very confident in their work. Also, the amazing lady I spoke to on the phone when I scheduled the appointment was so sweet and patient with me as I was having one very bad day. The windshield replacement process was well organized, but I wish my paint around the windshield glass (at the roof edge) didn't get cut/removed by their glass panel glue cutter tool. Dana was kind and showed me that it looked like the protective coating on the edge of his tool was worn off and he did do apply touch up paint which was nice but disappointed that it got scratched up, touch up paint is not the same as the factory finish.

Not a business I would recommend to anyone. Window install was poorly done. Had to have another installer there repair the work the original worker had done. Windshield was dirty and truck floor had installation trash left. Sent letter to owner explaining my complaints. No answer after 2 weeks.

Stay away from them. Price fraud! I replaced the windshield here last month, and they quoted me less than 500 but finally charged me nearly 600. Deceiving customers! They broke the part when they removed the rain sensor, glued it back with shoddy hot melt glue, and didn't tell me. The merchant promised to let me know when they received the new part, but it has been a month and there has been no progress.update and replay: It's you, Raleigh's McConnellAutoGlass. I just used another google account to write the comment. Is it fun for you to pretend you don't know? Or is it because you broke so many parts that you really don't remember me? If you think it's normal that this part will fall off while driving, dare you go to the Mercedes-Benz dealer with me and ask them to evaluate whether the part is damaged?Service: Auto windshield replacement

Really excellent work by Dana on my 2020 Mazda MX-5.My insurance company defaulted me to a competitor - one who everybody has heard of and seen TV ads for. That competitor refused to order some trim pieces that Mazda recommends replacing "until we see if they break."McConnell, by contrast, knew about the trim issue and told me they'd do it without me even prompting them. The fact that McConnell is with it enough to know this and plan for it, is what caused me to pick them.
