Working with McCarthy Tire Services was fantastic - I highly recommend! Their team provided an on-site tire install for a work trailer, and of course it was on a cold and rainy day. I appreciated the communication I had with the manager, customer service contact, and the service tech who did the install - communication was prompt and friendly. Thanks McCarthy Tire Services!

Absolutely amazing service . Polite, fast service. I was treated on my first visit as if I had been a 10+ year customer. They fixed my issue I had and went above and beyond doing it while I waited. I had a specialty high pressure tire issue that they knew how to solve instantly I m back on the road again to make more memories thanks to the outstanding people at McCarthy Tire Service.

McCarthy tire service was fantastic. I brought in a tire from my 5th wheel and the wheel has a Tyron band installed and instead of just sending me down the road to someone who deals in those, Kristian Perry took the time to work with me and figure out what needed to be done. I highly recommend Kristian and the staff at McCarthy tire service.

I own a trucking company, Regency Transport LLC. One of my trucks was in the area on 6/22/22 and had a wheel to break on my trailer. I called these guys up and sent the driver over to them, and they fixed him up very fast and had him back on the road in no time. I wanna thank the guys for their hard work and fast service they provided. We are in the area often and we know who to call. Thanks so much!

I manage a bus company in town (Raleigh). I took my bus in to get tires put on the tag axle. The manager promised me they would be able to put the tires on by the end of day. I left the bus and came back the next morning and tires were still not put on bus. I had to sit and wait for about an hour for them to complete the job. The manager apologized for the delay and took care of the bill.I was informed from the shop guys that they don t like doing bus tires. That was disappointing because I always have taken the bus to McCarthy and the Bridgestone representative ask me to use McCarthy Tire.

Excellent customer service! They got me right in and made sure my car was taken care of. They value their customers and I could tell. Probably the best experience I ve had when getting new tires on my car.

Just wanted to shout out a big thank you to Scott and his team in Wilson NC for their support in procuring and mounting two tires for me Yesterday. I suffered two blowouts hauling a load of SOD from Duplin county and limped in on two old spare tires that I had in my truck. One of these went flat in their parking lot while they were mounting my new trailer tires. I can never thank you enough for working in the 99 degree heat to get me back home to Youngsville. I thought them to be overpriced a bit. But the service was good. I am from out of town, so I really didn't have high expectations of getting a good price.

Nice people works there, from the secretary to the guy whom changes tires. Plenty of room for maneuver, very professionally!
