The bad reviews on here are unreliable. These are people that expect to pay five bucks for a patch. Come on. We came in and got 2 barely used tires in great condition. The guy put them on, and the price for all that was the same as buying one brand new tire without the labor anywhere else. The guys here at Lopez are hard working and honest. Don't judge the building by what it looks like, because if they wanted to buy a fancy building your tires would cost a lot more. We don't expect to need to come back, because the service is great and the tires are nice, but if we need any more services in the future we will definitely return here.

Went in for a slow leak in tire, couldn't find the leak so charged me 15$ and filled tire back up with air. 2 days later psi is from 40 to 20 again. Also left with a 1.5 foot long nail in one of my other tires, and was at 0 psi within 15 minutes of leaving and blown tire. Thought tire shops putting nails in tires was a rumor, but apparently not. Nice staff though

I don t know these people are talking about they know what they re doing and they re hard working men. I went in for one tire came out with 2 they gave me a really good deal and they re very helpful and honest. I m sorry I didn t know we had to pay taxes on purchased items. Best shop out the area for sure

They patched my tire very fast. Prices are fair and Lopez s team rock! I needed to come today again maybe for a screw in another tire and I am happy they have a lot of work. I need to wait a little bit but I know that my safety is first.

They sold me two front tires when I was visiting NC from GA BOTH dry rotted and one has a bad belt getting it replaced now

I bought 2 tires from them. The one on the driver side that I bought blew out on me in LESS than a month. I call to let them know to check their tires and they act like its normal for this to happen. The guy that changed my tire said the whole tire in and out was messed up. I will never return or refer anyone here again.

As a young girl who doesn t know much about cars I will always come here! I have come for endless amounts of tires, and general car service. they make me feel comfortable and safe, and they have never overcharged me or exaggerated what needs to be fixed. very nice and reasonable prices!

customer service is horrible i called and got quoted 35 for a tire got there tire was all of a sudden sold price went up to 45 then they said the 45 dollar tire had a hole then the price jumps up to 65 really then they settle for 55 and charge 6 dollars to use apple pay on top of all that they laughing talking about be more careful and you wont need a tire not to mention they kept walking away from us to service one of their kind like we weren t even there NEVER AGAIN dont go there

Live an hour away! Sold me a dry rotted tire that went flat by the time I got home. Would not refund me, stated they would give me a better used tire without paying extra. Drove an hour back with my grandfather for them to try to give me another bad tire or pay extra for a better one. Told me I get what I pay for. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Got 2 tires from here and they was reliable. He is friendly and will help you with your car needs. I believe he puts on brakes as well.

Very unprofessional. Needed assistance with my vehicle to get around and they just gave me the run around and didn t fix it properly. I asked for air in my tire and trying to figure out if they bit it or side swiped it with a blade. To make matters worse I m from out of town. Very disgusting. They also LOVE to argue!!

Very bad quality used tires but they charge higher than those certified used tire shops like tire guys or Murrays tires. Don't go there because they doesn't have even a single option to choose. The location is also weird place. I bought a used tire from them which doesn't have enough thread and most importantly the tire had so many patched although they charged me almost like a new tire.

Been shopping around for a tire to use as a spare for my eighteen year old Nissan Frontier for a while. Didn't want a new one, it's just a spare, heck it might not ever get used! Some places are ridiculous, like that famous place that starts with an M that rhymes with hurry in south Raleigh charging new prices for bald used tires! Another problem is I can't use the stock one as the truck is lifted on oversized tires. My tires are also 15" which are hard to come by. Lopez had one in stock at a good price, and had it mounted in ten minutes. The two guys there were very friendly and polite. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

They hire inexperienced people, I don t know the young guys name but he put tires on the front of my car that didn t fit, they were rubbing on my suspension! I asked him if he could put them on the back and he said I d have to pay 35 dollars for a tire rotation when really I just wanted them properly installed. Charlie is cool and all but if any of his guys mess up your car he isn t gonna do anything about it

Very ignorant the guy told me i had to take off the spare tire myself which is ridiculous than tried to charge me just for jacking the car up he s either racist or plain ol disrespctful they also claim they didn t have the tools to unhook the spare tire from under the car

Honest! Hardworking! Friendly! Reasonable! They will only give you what you need and not what they want you to have! That's saying something. Everybody out here trying to overcharge to make up for the lost they have suffered during this difficult time but not these guys. First visit. 2 used tires for 90 bucks.

Went in MLK day they had no wait. Offered me a great deal to move front tires back and get two new fronts for my Honda Civic. Great guys great prices 15 day warranty

Visited the shop on my lunch break. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. In under 30 mins they replaced 2 tires and patched another one. Outstanding service, 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Very kind and professional. I had an issue with a tire and it was resolved right away! Definitely recommend this business for tires. The business was on Hillsborough street until early in 2019, they have moved to this new place.

Worst experience. I recommend not going to this business. this location seems to lack a high level of overall expertise due to inexperienced technicians. This place has ruined 2 brand new tires they just installed due to the incompetence of the new technician

This is a great place for those more interested in good basic tire service, done efficiently and affordably. If u want a fancy lobby and top of the line stuff then maybe go elsewhere.

Pulled up Eloy was working on a Step van. I needed a tire and he shot up and found a good match for my vehicle. It took about 15 minutes and I was on the road again. He has recently moved locations so the signs aren't all up just yet. If you have trouble finding it it's the gravel road right by the Sheetz.

I had a terrible experience with this tire company today I went first thing this morning I was the only customer there I needed to get two tires so I could get my car inspected they only have one tire that was my size and the tire salesman tried to sell me another tire that was too big I told him I only wanted the one tire and I will get the other Tire somewhere else I went to get the other tire and the tire from this company would not pass inspection so I had to get another tire and I called them and I told them that I would bring their tire back the young man I spoke to said he was the manager and that that was fine no problem so I went to take the tires back and he basically tells me that I should have asked if it would pass inspection and because I didn't ask he charged me $20 for labor for them putting on a tire on my car that wouldn't pass inspection wasting 40 minutes of my morning having me go to another tire place to get other tires and come back to them I asked him if there was someone else that I can speak to I let him know that it was not fair that I have to pay $20 for basically nothing so he basically said that I could purchase a Tire for $25 and that the labor was 20 which makes it 45 never heard of one person getting paid $20 every time they change a tire all in all my experience was terrible the customer service was terrible and they lied to me when they said that I could get all my money back for a tire that I gave back to them

The unprofessional environment of this place is astounding. They have mechanics who have absolutely no idea what they are doing and cannot even admit the issue before you leave the place!!! The customer service is ridiculous. recommend going to Kekes Tires
