My customer service experience was outstanding. When I first interacted with Brad, about purchasing a trailer, he came across as very honest and knowledgeable. Brad had me meet with Kyle to complete my transaction; and he presented himself in a professional manner. I then met with Russell for the final trailer preparation process. Russell explained every process he was taking prior to turning over the trailer to me. Russell is exceptionally knowledgeable and customer service driven. These folks at Leonard s are very good at what they do, and it shows in the way they take care of their customers! Highly recommend Leonard s to anyone shopping for a trailer or shed alike. Lastly, but also as important they hold Veterans in high regard!!!

This company and location have been around since before I moved to Raleigh in 1983. There s a reason why companies like this stay in business they deliver what they promise in products, pricing, and service. I bought a bed cap (with built-in toolboxes) a couple of years ago. Finally had my first small blip with a burned out electronic part just now. I drove in with no appointment, they did the repair while I waited, and it was all at no charge. I have recommended them time and again since doing business with them, and I will certainly continue doing so.

Exceptional service! What truly stood out was their willingness to accommodate a last-minute appointment. Russell went the extra mile by making space for my install, providing a comprehensive tutorial for my bed cover, also clarifying the warranty details, and outlining potential solutions if there were ever any future problems. I highly recommend using Russell and his team for any of your truck accessory purchases and installation.

I Worked with Russell to purchase a 6x10 aluminum trailer and all of the accessories needed to trailer our Can AM Spyder. This was my first time trailering anything so not a lot of experience. Russell could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to purchase to make sure that I had everything that I needed. He spent probably three hours showing me how to use everything and doing a couple of dry runs to make sure that I was comfortable . Truly refreshing to work with someone who is such a professional at what they do and has great customer service. GREAT JOB!!

Great customer service and awesome products. Was having a problem with my camper shell latches, stopped by the store, they ordered the parts and fixed it right up for me. Highly recommended visiting for any and all truck car and building accessories

I came in with issues with the brake controller I installed. Russel was courteous and explained what my issues were and he corrected them in 45 minutes. Russel answered all my questions and tested my controller for proper operation. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Leonard and will return for any needs that arise in the future. Did I mention the price was reasonable for the service provided?

Russell and the crew at Leonard Buildings of Raleigh are on point!! We are beyond thrilled with our chicken coop. We ve been searching for several months and came across their coop at the NC State Fair. In fact, we weren t aware Leonard built chicken coops. The options & flexibility to adjust doors/set up & painting options(creating a build-to-suit situation), the amazing pricing (which includes delivery and set up), and quick delivery sealed our decision to buy from Leonard.Our set up was a little odd, because our current run is on an elevated area. Russell s response when he did his initial property inspection was, If the Egyptians can build pyramids, we can get this done .Gotta Love his positivity!!! The coop arrived earlier than promised, & the delivery/set up guys were methodical and flawless. We cannot recommend Leonard Buildings of Raleigh enough. Give Russell a call- you won t regret it!!

I stripped some bolts when trying to install my running boards with the wrong tools and lack of patience. They told me to come in, fixed my fubar, and installed the running boards within 45 min. Great experience overall.

Very impressive service by the team at Leonard. I bought a 10' trailer to haul an ATV I bought for my son's birthday. They bent over backwards with every detail. Their team swarmed around the trailer to add on all of the accessories in just minutes. Not only was it an impressive 'white-glove', turn key service, but I absolutely love the quality of the trailer. Very well built and pulls like a dream. I'm very happy with these guys and would highly recommend them.They certainly played their part in making my son's birthday great.

Russel and his team are on top of it. I had a n issue with e dealer installed truck bed cover not staying closed. I stopped bye and asked for assistance. They scheduled an appointment to fix it 3 days later at 9AM. I showed up and they took it straight back and made the adjustments. Glad to have it fixed finally and they even provided the service as complementary. 5 Stars for Leonard Buildings Truck Accessories on Capital Blvd in Raleigh NC!Thanks I will be back

The tonneau cover I had installed in California wouldn t latch. The guys at Leonard fixed the issue and ensured that it wouldn t happen again. I couldn t be happier with the work and professionalism.

Love the look of the shell and the service I received. It did take longer to install than I had been told but not a problem. Closing the shell lid is difficult so I will investigate to see if the tension on the window can be reduced. Thanks.

What great operation! I am a RV newbie and Leonard's Raleigh went out of their way to help me and make me comfortable with what I will be doing. When all the necessary parts didn't arrive in time to install the ECHO brake package and the Blue Ox TrackPro, they installed a loaner brake kit so I could safely tow to Jordan Lake for a planned shakedown weekend. My scheduled installation with all my ordered items went very smoothly and, once again, everyone explained how the system would work and what I needed to do. I also visited the Leonard's in Albemarle and they were helpful as well. I think this is a very "customer service-oriented" company and would recommend their services to anyone!

I purchased a BAK Revolver X4s Bed Cover for my 2021 Tacoma in the Spring of 2022 at the store on Capital Blvd. They did a great job of scheduling and installing the cover. Recently, I had an issue with the slats near the tailgate in the rollup cover. I went to Leonard. They filed the warranty for me. Two weeks later they called and had a new cover to install. I scheduled an appointment and took the truck to the store. In about 35 minutes they installed the new cover and I was on my way. The service was excellent. I have really enjoyed this bed cover and the warranty service was excellent.

Worked with Russel Poole at the Raleigh store on Capital Blvd. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Been a Leonard Trailer owner since 2004 and the customer service Mr Poole gave was better than the Leonard trailer which is an excellent trailer, zero trouble since 2004 and untold miles. Mr Poole went beyond what was to be expected with his service. Thank You Russel Poole.

I ve been using these guys for years for all my truck and trailer accessories. They have excellent customer service and they have fair prices. You can find stuff cheaper, but you won t get the level of service they provide. They are definitely worth the price. This is my third camper shell each one for a different truck and I m a picky mofo. The fact that I keep coming back would tell anyone who knows me what I think of these guys. You re making the right decision with these guys

I dropped my dump trailer off to Leonard s Trailers on Capital Blvd. for repairs just before going out of town for a week. While on vacation I received a text message to call the office about my trailer. I called and I was informed that my trailer was ready and that there was no charge for the repairs. I asked why there was no charge and they told me that they identified some wires that they incorrectly installed several months ago when I dropped the trailer off for repairs a previous time and that was causing me the problems with my trailer. They could have easily told me something different and charged me some money, but they didn t. As a retired law enforcement officer and a disabled veteran, I applaud the team at Leonard trailers for their professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, we live in a day and time where we don t always have positive experiences in or at repair facilities. I know I can trust the people at Leonard and i feel comfortable saying you can too, give them a try!! Jared Ollison

If you want to accessorize your truck, these are the guys. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their inventory is extensive and there prices are reasonable. I'm very pleased the service and products I acquired there.

I'm very very happy with the work that you did with my new camper shell for my 2015 Silverado I've had so many compliments. The staff was extremely friendly when I set up my appointment time. They were on time completed the job and professional manner. If you need a camper shell or lighting devices or truck accessories I would definitely recommend this place

Purchased a Truxedo bed cover here in 2014. I noticed it wasn't staying tight and rolling up as it had done so many times. I called and talked to Russel, explained my problem. He asked if I could bring it by so he could take a look. Took him about 10 minutes to see the problem, took about 15 minutes to call and order the replacement parts and a week later it took about 45 minutes for them to fix the issue. My Truxedo bed cover is as good as new.On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Russell a 20. Leonard stands by their products. Ask for Russell, he's the best.

I have had two flat tow hitches installed by Leonard Truck and Accessories in North Raleigh and had an outstanding experience. We purchased an RV in Dec 2020. We also purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and asked Russel Poole s guys to install. We had our first install of the tow hitch in Dec 2020. A year later, we purchased a new 4XE Jeep Sahara Wrangler and asked them to install another flat tow hitch. What was very cool is I sent a video from You Tube of a flat tow system a person installed and used and sent it to Russel. They watched it and said they could order the parts to do it. They installed the system and Russel personally spent an hour with me showing me and the watching me hook up the Jeep which included setting up the tablet software. This was above and beyond my expectation and it speaks to the high level of good old customer service Russel and his guys provide. I highly recommend them to work with.

Great experience in purchasing a trailer! The store manager Russell went out of his way to fix wiring on my truck to ensure we had operable lights for the trailer. He even went further and swapped out my hitch mount so the trailer would sit straighter. Great trailer and customer experience, THANKS again Russell.

Just picked up my Ram from having the bed sprayed. Even though it s raining now it came out awesome. They did a great job. Friendly staff. They have also done a leveling kit and side steps for me in the past. Thank you guys!

Decided to try this place as it had the most competitive price for bed liner spray. In addition, they mention the UV protectant being included but, also tell you everything fades. Other shops charge another 100 or so for the coating.Sith concerns, I decided to try anyway. The process was simple and turn around time was great.However, when i picked my truck up the bed had bubbles, over spray, and sloppy edges.All around a rush job that was very sloppy. It was such a bad experience, they offered to fix it and i said no thank you.I recommend you pay the additional 100-200 and get something with better quality and service.Very disappointed
