I live in Wilmington, NC, and Lieth Volkswagon of Raleigh Service Department is the only Service Center I will let work on my Volkswagon. The reason is because of Adam, the service manager. He has always provided outstanding customer service. He is highly knowledgeable about all things Volkswagon. He has taken the time to go over and beyond to help out with the issues I have had with the Desiel Passat. If you have a Volkswagon this is where you should go for service.

Just had a poor customer service experience here and will not be returning if I can avoid it. And I would advise all women or persons without car knowledge to avoid servicing their VW here.I purchased my CPO 2020 Tiguan here and they evidently put used or very cheap tires on it because at 36k miles (I purchased it at around 10k miles), all four of my tires already need replacing. I go today to have an inspection and they said I need tires and an alignment. Ok fine. AFTER the new tires are already on my car, the advisor then tells me that it will take 2.5 to 3 hours for a tire alignment. At this point I had already been there waiting for 2 hours. First of all, it does not take that long to align tires. And second of all, it s shady I was not told about the length of service until after they got me on the hook for the tires, otherwise I wouldn t have gotten the tires at VW today and gone somewhere else another day. So I expressed my dismay about the wait time and how it should be been disclosed prior to starting, and then asked specifically whether the 3 hour alignment is because they put me to the back of the queue/were over booked or if the job of tire alignment itself actually takes that long. The advisor had the nerve to lie to me to my face and say that s how long it takes to do the alignment. He said it s a complex job that takes 2.5 hours total. I asked him a second time to make sure I understood him, and again, he lied to me. Well, I reached out to a mechanic friend, who confirmed that is a lie and said that s probably how they try to justify the $275 cost of alignment, by making it seem lengthier than it is. After my complaints, my tires were magically aligned in 40 minutes, which again confirms the advisor lied to me. And again, confirms their tire alignments are overpriced.The advisor is shady and not transparent, and clearly was trying to take advantage of me.

Went there for a navigation issue, and they couldn t resolve after four hours waiting. Tried to schedule something to estimate repairs after a parking lot assault, no answer and no voice mail messaging allowed. Is this 1984? Come on. People have to be able to conduct business.

A good dealership who really is there for you. Service department rocks and sales staff is not pushing art all while given a good deal.... win/win. I worked with Michael (sales) and will work with him again in future.

Worst service.My car is in the service the past 4 days.I called the service every day 2 times asking about my car, they said manager will call you back. He never called me back. 2021 Tiguan second time in the service this year.They are not giving out loaner car because is under the warranty.

Appreciate the help through a few issues caused by a previous owner. Scheduling is very easy and flexible. Hope I don't need to go back anytime soon but will be happy to go to this location if I need to!
