Terrible customer service!!!Call to make a reservation to change the oil in my vehicle. At the beginning they told me that the oil change should be done after the first 5000 miles. Even though my car doesn't have that many miles, I'm calling ahead to make an appointment. I am about to drive a long distance at the end of the month and naturally I would like the car to be in optimal condition. Because maintenance can only be done on this Honda I must go to them before my trip.So this is what happens, they tell me that I should wait for the maintenance light to be on before taking my car in for maintenance? What's the point of paying for a car and guaranteeing that maintenance is included even if you pay for the extended warranty?So if I want to make a reservation they would charge me extra for a service that I am naturally paying for. It is very nice to sell with false promises. It says they don't go by mileage only when oil life is at 15% or less. What happens when cars are more than 6 months old? Don't they change the oil?In addition to this, the person who answered the phone was very rude and demanded that I tell her the names of the people who told me that maintenance had to be done in the first 5000 miles.

TPMS failure to calibrate problem with my car. They tried to explain in that it goes off tire rotation which I understood. I had a new tire on since my wife hit a curb. The others were fine, but they said to fix the problem I would need to get a new set of tires, which I did. But I tried to explain to them that something was wrong with the computer since it would not recalibrate at all if I went in and did it mainly. Multiple tire places told me that was not the case and something was wrong with the computer.I called to talk to them after and they said I came when they were busy. First, they were not busy. They even said they could replace my tires then. Second, I just wish they would have listened.

Great experience, as always. Brought my daughter's HR-V in for an oil service, tire rotation and safety inspection, withiut an appointment. I left the car hoping your team might be able to squeeze it into there busy schedule. Service advisor Brandon and your mechincal team made it all happen before 6pm. Outstanding effort and dedication! Thank you, fellas.

Van had been in a bay for 75 minutes getting an oil change. Tech could not be found for a while, Then said it would be 15-20 minutes. This suggests they had not even started with the customer waiting. Estimate 1 hour and 50 minutes...Final result: 1 hour 57 minutes.

Two stars only because the staff is typically friendly. However you will NOT get out of here in under 3 hours even if it s just a simple oil change. Never fails they are really slow! So frustrating. I only keep coming because I get a free oil change having bought my car here. I may just start paying someone else who can get the job done before my hair turns grey

I recently had an extremely disheartening experience at Leith Honda that compelled me to share my frustrations regarding their service department. I took my car in for a tire installation, expecting a seamless process, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.The primary issue arose when I discovered significant damage to the paint on my car. It was evident that the damage occurred during the tire installation process, as there were clear signs of mishandling around the affected areas. Shockingly, when I brought this to the attention of the service department, they flatly denied any responsibility, leaving me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service.The lack of accountability displayed by the service department is both appalling and unacceptable. Despite providing photographic evidence and a detailed account of the incident, they insisted that the damage must have occurred on the service parking and not inside the shop, absolving themselves of any responsibility. This dismissive attitude towards a customer's legitimate concern is a clear indication of their unwillingness to address issues that arise under their care.Furthermore, the overall customer service experience was lacking in empathy and professionalism. The service manager seemed more interested in deflecting blame than in finding a resolution to the problem they had caused. As a loyal customer who has previously trusted Leith Honda with my vehicle maintenance needs, this experience has undoubtedly shattered my confidence in their service department.I strongly caution anyone considering using Leith Honda for their car service needs. A dealership that refuses to take responsibility for damages incurred during their service is one that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a standard of care expected in the automotive industry. My hope is that my negative experience serves as a warning to others and prompts Leith Honda to reconsider their approach to customer service and issue resolution.

***My review for a few years ago was deleted. The bigger the pockets the more they pay google to improve their reviews.***Don't go here for an oil change. Free is not free! They only change half of your oil and no way could the do the oil filter. Think about your cars longevity. Is it worth it to get "free" oil changes. Go spend the money at your local mechanic.

Service department needs improvement. Waited 2 hours for an oil change with a 7:30 AM appointment. Found out my car was finished and sitting outside for 30 minutes. Service advisor was no where to be seen. She didn't check in on me once during the wait, and when I tracked her down and asked to pickup my keys, she just made excuses they are too busy and didn't apologize.She didn't even bother going over my vehicle service and explaining anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she says no supervisors worked on the weekend.

The earliest they could get me in for an oil change was 10 days out and it took them 2 hrs which is just unacceptable. Even with the "free" oil change I'd rather go elsewhere and I wouldnt be up sold as much. I didn't like the way they just told you the charges rather than print you out an itemized list until everything is done already and the desk couldn't even tell me if I got full synthetic oil or not. They charged $2 for electronic document storage whatever that is and 7.79 for supplies for repair order but I didn't have any repairs just oil change which they said was free and tire rotation which requires zero supplies. And this is why I don't use dealers..always something to squeeze a few extra dollars.

Whoever picks up the phone to schedule an appointment is always rude. Seems to be bothered by a customer asking for a service request. Always seems like there isn't availability for weeks, even if it is an urgent situation, and even if you bought your car from Leith. Will not return for service or anything.

The reason for my 5 star review is for the fantastic job Aaron Roos does as a Service advisor. He is very thorough and patient with any questions that you may have in regards to current and future services to your car. He is also very knowledgeable about warranties and recalls.He was the first service advisor whom I received for my free oil changes, and it definitely set a standard for how I expected any services from Honda. After a not so pleasant experience with the lack of knowledge in regards to an issue I was hoping to get resolved with my car one of the last times I went with other service advisors, I immediately escalated it to Aaron and he knew exactly how to help. Since that time I exclusively schedule my appointments with him and have never been disappointed.I know that working in customer service is not always the easiest, but he makes it seem effortless and definitely does a fantastic job. He also explains what is needed and why and doesn t do it in a condescending or over complicated way.He definitely is the standard of excellence. And if you are wondering who to schedule your appointments with, make sure it s him!

Well, as a first time Honda owner, I must say my experience with sales was awesome. Although, my vehicle was not purchased at Leith Honda, I took it there for service (tire pressure check). The vehicle is brand new with only 800 miles on it, and as a Honda service pass holder, the vehicle can be taken to any Honda dealership. Leith is very close where I live at, and although is conveniently located, the service I received was far more less than acceptable. Upon arrival, and after4 minutes, we where greeted by Service advisor Geoff. The first thing he did not do was to say hello, just a plain what do you need? After explaining my issue with tire pressure/s, he got into my vehicle, did not greet my wife and asked for the keys, which he kind of slammed them onto my car's dash. After , that he said your tires are over inflated, I said ok, I bought this vehicle brand new not even a month ago. He said, I'll have someone adjust your tires pressure.He instructed some assistant who clearly was having issues adjusting the tire pressure. The assistant even admitted to him after trying for some good 10 minutes of him having trouble adjusting the the pressure on the tires. Mr. Geoff took the air hose and air pressure gauge, and stated after all the money we pay for this it should be very accurate. His attitude was not the best towards the assistant nor myself the customer. Well, all said and done, I thank them for his non courteous assistance, and he said sure.. thus, he treated us like non value customers. In the future and although not as close to where I reside, I'll be taking my new Honda Passport to either Reggie Jackson Honda, or where I bough it South Point Honda for its first oil change service.A coworker, who bough his vehicle at Leith Honda warned me about the uncourteous and nonchalant service this dealership offers. I should have listened to him. Now I'm sure, there are more Honda dealership/s who will appreciate my business.Service: Tires

They do good work, but I recently went for a state inspection, and I spent 4 hours waiting to learn I needed new tires. Previously spent 3.5 hours waiting for an oil change. Prior to that, it was another 3-4 hour wait for last year's inspection, and all of these were reserved appointments made in advance.I wish the system were different because waiting 4 hours for an inspection feels like a waste of customer time.I will not be coming back.

Unfortunately the service department has really gone down hill. Have been a regular customer for several years but the customer service has really declined. Who cares about cheap free coffee or tea or popcorn that isn't that good anyway when you have to wait hours for simple service like an oil change or tire rotation. Major service takes 4 - 5 hrs, if not all day. Can't find advisors when you need them they seem to always be on break or unavailable and that is when you wait at the dealership. Leaving the car is worse. No communication no updates from advisors, have to call and call and leave messages and sometimes they aren't returned for hours and hours. Making appointments doesn't seem to really matter when they are busy it is just a free for all. 2-3 hours for an oil change and multipoint inspection to check tires, brakes, and battery is ridiculous, why even have appointment times? The process for ordering parts needed for service, which is often because they don't have certain parts in inventory, is broken. Service advisors and parts department don't talk and so I have had to call up to 5 or 6 times to get a service manager to make a service advisor do their job and get info to parts department to order parts. Just ridiculous. Causes so many delays. Once parts are finally ordered there is no communication regarding delivery dates or when the part comes in so service can be scheduled , that should all be done way more smoothly and with much better customer care and communication. The one star is for the cashiers, they are always nice and professional, so the checkout process is the best part. Have probably spent $20,000 over several years servicing two cars but won't be going back. I wish Chick-fil-A could train the service department including the managers on what customer service looks like.

Service department is professional. Of course, everyone's favorite thing to do is to hang out waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Leith Honda provides ways to make it better. Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor seating, TV, table and chairs offer semi-privacy to work. The service guy or gal keeps you informed via text or in-person; text or phone call if you aren't waiting. Yes, some service takes hours but that's that service.

Went in for an oil change. Had appointment at 7am and when I arrived was one of the first people there. It took almost 2 hours. They were friendly and explained everything, but WAY too long. Free coffee was nice though.

I went to Leith Honda Service last year for a pre-purchase inspection. They recommended more than $2,000 worth of repairs for a 2006 Honda Accord, which I had done. The next day, the car wouldn't start. Leith Honda Service sent a third-party service to tow it to their shop. However, when they got the car, they said the battery had just disconnected and charged me for the tow and battery repair. They said they never touched the battery.Then I found that the belt tensioner was damaged. My mechanic said that the belt tensioner would not have been damaged on its own and that it must have been damaged during the repairs.I am very disappointed with the service I received at Leith Honda Service.

Loved my experience at Leith Honda Service. It was thorough and transparent. I recommend Justin, he was a good service adivsor, he communicated with me from time to time about the service and what's going on with my vehicle. The price was fair, they did not take advantage of the customers by offering unnecessary services to make customers pay more.

Great service and kind professional staff.If you want things done right the first time with great care for details, this service center is perfect for you.I didn't have any problems setting up an appointment online. Smooth easy process. Tech was ready for me and greeted me, they got started immediately. While I waited I enjoyed great coffee in their clean and spacious guest area. I just plugged in and enjoyed my fav show.My tech personally checked in with me throughout the process. And was happy to answer questions I had.Thanks for such a great experience!

Called to schedule an airbag recall repair. They have me drop the car off, call me the next day to say they scheduled it without verifying that they actually had the parts say they will have the parts overnighted and will do the repair the next day and will call me that next day with an update never called me so I call them the day after that and they say the car s ready for pickup. I drive 40 minutes to the dealership for them to tell me it was never done. So I took the car back home and have to wait for them to call me. Horrible experience and the repair isn t even done yet

Been here twice. Cautioned each time that the wait would be on the longer side. Part that's needed to fix a recall on my vehicle wasn't available either time. Waiting area is spacious, with a handful of cubicle desks to plug up and work if you need to. I appreciate the coffee. Our rep, Nick, has been pleasant. I wish they vacuumed after each service, but I don't think that's too common anymore.

I was just here for FOUR HOURS to get an oil change, inspection, and break fluid service. My service associate informed the reason it took so long was because she went on a lunch break and no one else informed me that my car was sitting outside for an hour. Not staffing or business but because of a lunch break and poor communication. This is just the last of multiple terrible experiences here, and the only reason I have even bothered is because of free oil changes offered with the vehicle.

Quick service. The only reason I gave 4 stars was it took 2 weeks for an "appointment". When I arrived, there were 0 people waiting. I was in and out when I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment. Serviceman was educational and helpful. But they should offer a "drive up" appointment line. I was in and out in 10 min which was nice.

Took my car here because my AC was broken and it's possibly due to a known issue. Service department fixed it same day at no charge, they also fixed my low tire pressure warning signal issue with no charge. Thank you
