I was super anxious about buying a new car because I have never purchased a car before. Dani with Leith Honda made the process so easy! She was kind and incredibly patient. She answered all of my questions and put my nerves at ease. After purchasing, she sent us home with a box of fresh cookies and gave me her number in case any questions arose. I have only needed to text her once, and she responded within minutes. I am so glad I went to see her! Dani has made me feel like it s not just about the sale it s about building a genuine relationship.I ve had my car for about 3 months now, and could not be happier with my purchase.

My daughter and I had the best experience working with Jacqueline at Leith Honda. She was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and all around so patient with the entire process. She told my daughter "You're leaving here in the car you want" AND SHE DID!!! She explained every option we had and made sure we were comfortable with the decision we made. This was by far the BEST car buying experience we ever had! My daughter is LOVING her 2024 Honda Accord! To top it off, Jacqueline also offered to help me and gave great tips on how I can purchase my next car. I'll be back to purchase MY Honda very soon! Thank you, Jacqueline!

Great experience with our salesman. No hassles. Held the car we wanted before it arrived at the facility. Fair pricing and no additional dealer mark up. It may have taken a total of 2 hrs from test drive to out the door with our new Honda. It s the way that a purchase should be done.

Awesome experience. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day and I have never had an enjoyable time until we purchased from Leith Honda. We worked with Brandi and she was absolutely stellar and awesome, couldn't have been more understanding, helpful, patient or professional.We have a special situation as we were looking for a vehicle for our family, but I am disabled and handicapped, so we had some limitations and requirements for our next family vehicle. She was helpful in finding a vehicle on the lot, moving it to a different spot so that it would be easier to get in and out of. And she was super patient and nice when I was attempting to get into the first vehicle. After a long wait, she understood and she attempted to help find an alternative solution for us. We mentioned another vehicle as an option and she told us she could try to locate one on one of their other lots but it would take a little bit of time.We ended up finding another vehicle on a different lot and when we sent her a message to let her know that we had located another vehicle and we appreciate it all the help she had provided us. She went and picked up the vehicle from a different location and brought it to Leith Honda so we could purchase the car from her.Brandi understood that we had to leave by a certain time and did everything she could in order to make that happen, between running back and forth to get the vehicle inspected, get it detailed, and even getting paperwork printed when her computer started to be problematic.We are very happy with our purchase and we couldn't be more satisfied with a different salesperson. We love our car, we got a great price and the experience was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back to Leith Honda when we get our next vehicle.

My sales rep Great - he helped hook me up with the service team - very helpful. I feel my car situation with the brakes was explained and resolved well. I m pleased. My sales rep called me later to make sure everything was taken care of. That means a lot !!

I recently visited a Honda dealership due to a concerning low voltage issue with the battery of my Honda CR-V, which was only a year old. The experience I had with the service advisor, Justin Olsson, was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I explained the problem, Justin showed an incredible commitment to resolving the issue. He meticulously tracked down the original invoice from another dealer to confirm that my battery was still under warranty. This not only facilitated a swift and free replacement of the battery but also saved me from unnecessary expenses.What impressed me most was Justin's dedication to customer satisfaction and his thorough approach. It s rare to encounter such proactive and customer-oriented service today. Because of his outstanding service, I am compelled to continue entrusting this dealership with all my future vehicle service needs.For anyone looking for a dealership that truly values customer service and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend visiting this Honda dealership. I went to three dealerships and they all denied me and three dealership. Yes, that is bad so I went to Leith Honda dealership and met Moe. When I say he got me in my 2024 Honda sport hybrid, all black I thank you if I can give you 10 stars, I will he s very nice very funny. If you joke with you don t take it personal that s just him being him and again Moe. Thank you so much for getting me in my car. I love it.

Well in that case I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon at the Honda service center, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Brandon's professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were evident throughout the entire service process. Not only did he efficiently address the issues with my vehicle, but he also took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. His friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience truly exceptional. I worked with Alison Davis. She did a great job and provided a wonderful experience. I loved seeing the huge bow on the car. She walked through the features thoroughly and even preset a few.Alison worked with what I wanted to spend and was not pushy. She respected what I was comfortable with. She was very personable and I could definitely tell she loved her job and helping people find the car they need and want.

I called about a Honda CRV and Stanley Collins answered my call. He said is was available and they would pull it around front so it was ready when I got there. Then he also texted me- great communication. He was super friendly, helpful and kind. He helped me trade in my car and answered all my questions. ON TOP of all that- I needed to pickup my daughter from daycare and he went and got a minivan and drove me to her daycare to pick her up and bring her back since the paperwork was still being done for my car. I was beyond thankful and grateful! When my new license plate came in I texted him and drove by one morning and he personally came outside and put it on for me! Whenever someone asks did they go above and beyond, Mr. Collins went ABOVE the above and beyond. I truly felt like he cared and it showed. Oh- I love my used 2015 honda crv touring. Been driving it for over a month now with no issues. Safe reliable car for me and my 7 month old daughter and the dogs like it too! Damian, the service representative, was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Was never pushy about optional services. The general atmosphere in the waiting area was much better than in the past with a greeter station and the new coffee station machine had multiple options.

Words cannot do Bryant justice. He listened to our needs, kept our budget intact, and, in the end, found us the perfect vehicle. I was incredibly impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and the ability he had to make the process stress free.The cherry on top: because we had commitments on the day of pick up, he asked if we'd drop off the new Mazda at our earliest convenience to have the tank filled and the car run through detail again.Originally, we were approached by a sales rep with seemingly no interest in helping us find a suitable vehicle - even brought up their own commission after a different salesman was requested after making no leeway.No regrets! The care was very good, the text messages kept me up to date and showed proof that the work was being done and done well. I never felt as if I was being sold unneeded or unwarranted services. I was surprised at how well the process went and how through it was. First time here and will come back for my next service needs. I switch to Leith from another service operator and I am very pleased with the switch.

My Service women was Awesome. Great explanation and attentive to all my questions. She even took extra time to show me how to read the oil dip stick because it was confusing on how to read it. She was personable, direct and honest. She is not just selling you service She is explaining the need and suggestion. I felt assured and confident.

Had an awesome experience ,sales person Quinton Joyner was super helpful and very informative, only thing I wish (Finance part) to have a better warranty leaving with the purchase even though I understand it was a used vehicle for the monthly payments I would have wanted to leave with a better warranty without paying so much more for it ending up getting gap and still have factory warranty from Toyota

I just sold my Honda accord back to Reggie Jackson Airport Honda (originally purchased from Leith Honda) and I ll be getting a new Mazda tomorrow. The reason I will never step foot back in this establishment and no other Honda ever again is below:AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ONLY COMMENT ON THE GOOD REVIEWS AND NOT THE BAD. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.Honda s service station s are the worst service stations I ve ever been to in order to get a simple oil change. Or any service for that matter. Plan on spending 2 PLUS hours at any Honda service station, especially at Leith Honda. I waited an entire 2.5 hours to get a simple oil change and inspection done. I even had an appointment set for 3:30pm. I even arrived before my appointment time. I waited the first two hours without my advisor (which I ll find out his name and update and send to corporate) updating me on anything about my car. I had to walk to a random advisor in order to find out where my car was. Mind you I have bad anxiety and especially within social settings. My anxiety was already through the roof after waiting 2 hours without being checked up on, knowing nothing about where my car is at or why it s taking so long to get done. I was in meltdown mode after the random advisor I went to said uh that s weird, I don t remember any cars coming through here two hours ago , so that instantly made me think they obviously forgot about my car or let it sit there until the last minute to complete the tasks. I was pissed. Then they handed me off to my advisor who then told me that my oil changed had only been accomplished within that two hours..I still had to wait for my inspection to be completed. AT 2 HOURS MY OIL CHANGE HAD ONLY BEEN COMPLETED?! I was through the roof pissed. So I demanded to know where my car was at and I got loud then proceeded back to my seat. Your service staff were laughing at me as I was in the middle of having an anxiety attack. Your service staff lacked empathy and professionalism. Your service staff lacks time management skills and don t seem to know how to properly take care of a customer. The fact that it had been 2 hours and I hadn t been checked up on is beyond me, no update on my car, nothing. I didn t get my car until 30 minutes after I went off on your staff.I would recommend that NO ONE go to any Honda to get your car serviced and especially an oil change. Pay the money to go elsewhere that will treat you better and provide a lot faster service.I gave up my Honda today due to this experience and too many other experiences like it. I will never go back to this place, I will never purchase a Honda again and I will NEVER recommend my family, friends or strangers to this establishment.You guys are awful in service and how fast you get things done and you are awful in customer service.

Stanley was the best, he made sure to educate me on all the features on the Honda Accord. He was soooo patient with me being that this was my first time purchasing a brand new car. When you go to this location make sure to ask for Stanley, he'll make sure you're happy before you leave.

Brett was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot I bought, but put no pressure on me to buy. He answered my questions pre and post buying. The financial part took much longer than I expected - total time coming into the dealer for a test drive to driving out the door was about 5 hours -- too long. Otherwise, the experience was great.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brandi was helpful and super down to earth....not pushy at all! She helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and made sure everything within my new CR-V was setup properly before I drove off the lot. 10/10 recommend!!
