A great experience this last visit! We've been taking our 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for service for the last four years. Sometimes oil changes or basic services take a LONG time but not this time! My advisor told me he'd move it quickly through the system because he knew I was waiting for it (we only have one car), and he really did. Under two hours for an oil change, belt change and alignment. And even better the paperwork didn't take almost an hour to complete after I was told the car was done (that's happened more than once, before). Hopefully this is a sign of good changes here.

I always have a great experience at Leith Chrysler and Jeep Service Department. They take care of you right when you drive up. I am taken to the desk of the associate who will be taking care of me and the car. I am made aware of the progress through text and/or the associate speaking with me directly. When finished, I am given review notes, taken to the cashier and escorted to my vehicle. Now that is top notch service. Lastly, this was my second time having Steven as my associate. He is a fine young man and he remembered me and reminded me of a conversation we had the first time he was my associate. Now, that is customer service and CARE! Thank you Steve for caring for my car and more importantly me.

Fantastic experience with Holly in the Service department and Bill who supported transportation both to and from the dealership. Great flexibility on getting my Jeep in very last minute and I couldn't have asked for better communication throughout. A truly great group to work with at Leith!

Appointment for the 1st oil change on my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was taken in immediately and work started. I received a video of the work being done and he mentioned my upcoming Inspection for plate tags needed. So I was able to add this service at the same time. Saved me from additional time off from work to get this done in 1 trip. Very pleased with the Service.Thank you,

Recently had a New 2.0L Turbo engine installed in my 2019 Sahara Unlimited. The Team at Leith Chrysler did an Amazing Job supporting me through each step of the process. Chris J. Service Advisor is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to answer all my questions. Stephen L. Service Mgr. is in a class by himself. He implemented himself into the process and helped ease my concerns on several occasions. Finally, Jeff (Senior Technician) who did the work was also terrific. First service (6k) on my new Jeep Wrangler. Appointment was on time, Service Tech sent me photos of the work in progress so I had confidence that all of the 'small things' were all getting done and the service time was 90 minutes overall. Could not have been better!

Leith's Service Department is exceptional. There was no waiting, I was greeted immediately, the staff listened to me without rushing, and I felt confident with their diagnoses and subsequent repairs. Ryan McDuffy was my team member---and he was A+++++ all the way.

I had to take my Jeep Cherokee in for a recall and I received excellent customer service. The representative, Ryan M. was friendly and knowledgeable and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire service. I also was sent a video of what was done on my vehicle. An exceptional customer service experience.

Started off as poor experience with Jeeps call center for appts.Was disconnected twice while trying to set up the appt. When I was finally in contact with the service advisor, things went very smooth. The service advisor, Ryan McDuffy, did a great job with a recall software patch. That was a good experience.

Over priced Dealership on Service! Great staff - friendly. Hard to contact them and the follow up was slow. Got a quote with another Jeep Dealerdhip 30% less. Ended up towing my vehicle away and having another Auto Repair shop do the work but not untill I was $200 lighter.

Stopped in as our breaks needed replacing. They wouldn't be able to get us in for at least 2 weeks. We're on a road trip and didn't have 2 weeks. For the record, we had them checked before we left home and were told they were good, so this really was a surprise to us far from home.

My technician provided a video of my car in the bay with all recommendations explained in detail. My service provider contacted my extended warranty company and was able to save my money on my car fob replacement. My service provider kept me informed throughout the process. I purchased my car at Leith Chrysler and always take it back for any detailed service because they always provide the best service for my car and for me.

Went in today to have a recall issue repaired. Very polite folks and worked around my schedule to schedule me in on a Saturday. Christopher and Mel were my main contacts. They informed me of a couple other issues, and when I asked them to not do those repairs, they gave me a pretty detailed description that I could convey to my preferred mechanic. I truly appreciate that; we ve all got our quirks and preferences, and I m particular about my preference of mechanic, and I m glad to be respected and have such clear communication.Thank you to the Leith team for a great experience today!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife scheduled an oil change for our Grand Cherokee and was told that a 60K service was needed too. When she arrived, she was told that the 60K service would be done but it didn't include an oil change (which makes no sense). She said she was fine with doing the 60K but that the oil change was the priority. She waited for 3 hours and all that was done was an oil change. We won't be coming back.Service: Oil change

I would give less but can't. Took my car to fix the check engine light. But it's nothing to do with that. Picked up my car, got to work, the ebrake was broken (worked when I dropped it off), large dent in my license plate, and bunch of scratches down the side of my car. The advisor said they didn't do it and ebrakes break all the time. Never dealing with leith again. Worst place ever.

The visit to Leigh for a recall on my wife's van couldn't have gone better. What impressed me the most was my Service Coordinator, Ryan McDuffy. While this was a straightforward matter, Ryan treated it with the utmost importance. He was professional the entire time he interacted with me and most of all, he showed great courtesy. It doesn't take any more time or effort to be respectful to people and Ryan showed that he both understands this fact and that he is generous with his respect. This plus his professionalism and technical skill made for an outstanding experience.

I set up an appointment because my "check engine" light came on. The first available was July 3rd. When I took my Grande Cherokee in that morning I was told they were short staffed for the holiday and might not get to it that day. I questioned the advisor and he said it was the "new norm."I told him it was not and that I bet the service manager would agree with me. I said I had waited for 10 days for the appointment, the dealership is closed tomorrow, and I expect my car to be serviced today. Why would you give me an appointment 10 days out and not look at my car? That is unacceptable! I said either way I was taking my Jeep home tonight. Then I left.Within an hour I was sent a video of my Jeep on the lift. Later I got a diagnosis and cost to fix it and service the car. I picked the vehicle up that afternoon fully serviced and no "check engine" light. My advisor had done a great job! I brought my Jeep in for my 60,000 miles maintenance at 8am. I was pleased with the inspection video done at 10:47am but no one called or text me on the status until I picked up my Jeep at 4pm. Synopsis: Always reliable, fairly priced, and has yet to leave me wondering if I can do it better elsewhere.I've been taking my 2017 Wrangler to Leith Service Department for the last three years since buying the car. It has always been a reliable trip and I have never once felt like they were trying to get me to do or buy something I did not truly need. I've been to places where it always felt like something else was needed even if I was only there for an unrelated issue. These guys are not like that.I also want to type up the service people who get you sorted before the techs come out to get your vehicle. I've had Chris for the past three oil changes now and he has been superb each and every time. Always fair, always listening to what you've got going on, and always reasonable with time estimates and contact during the appointment.Ultimately the folks at Leith Chrysler Jeep stand behind their work and their image. This may not be the cheapest place around to get your work done or oil changed, but it will be done right here giving you the peace of mind you truly need with your vehicle.5 Changed, Serviced Stars out of 5!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change
