The atmosphere and team members are amazing! Just recently my wife and I were looking for a Jeep Gladiator, Charles brought the Jeep to the local Leigh dealership for us to test drive. After test driving the Jeep my wife saw a clean Chevy Avalanche on the lot which she immediately fell in love with. Not only did we buy the Avalanche we also purchased a Porsche Macan S which was on another lot. Charles, Glenn and Darrell were all instrumental in helping us upgrade to these vehicles! They took the time to inspect both vehicles again and went above and beyond to ensure we had great vehicles! I highly recommend the professional, personal attention you get from the team at this dealership and will be back for a Maserati in the future!! Thank you for making the process so easy!

My husband recently purchased a Maserati from Leith Alfa Romeo Maserati of Raleigh. The experience was great from start to finish.This is the only dealership you ll ever want to buy a vehicle from going forward. Charles Parker is one of a kind. His dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism exceeded all expectations.After the sale of the vehicle, he experienced a minor service issue. My friend recommended that I contact Charles Parker to discuss my interest in purchasing a vehicle. From the start, Charles was a good listener. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. The smoothest purchase of a vehicle was made at Alfa Romeo of Raleigh with Clare V. We saw the Giulia we wanted online, made the call and that evening made the 1.5 hour trip to the dealership. Not only did Clare and the rest of the Alfa Romeo team wait on us they stayed after hours to close on the purchase. Clare literally took the time to get to know us but also ensured all our questions were answered. Can t wait for our next purchase soon! Thank you Alfa Romeo Team!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from Leith Maserati of Raleigh. As I live some 1400 miles away, I based my purchase on photos of the car, the Carfax history report, and mainly on the expertise of my salesperson, Lasha Gongadze, who was absolutely excellent to deal with in all aspects and always kept me informed every step of the deal. I would also like to thank Darryl in their finance department for his expertise and guidance in my cash purchase of the vehicle, as well as Amanda Mills who made the wire transfer effortless. What a great company with a truly outstanding and very knowledgeable staff. I love the car, and it is exactly as presented by this exceptional dealership. It was a great purchasing experience with Mr. Charles and Mr. Darren from beginning to ending. They both made helped me find the right vehicle for me. This review is mostly about the service department. I've always believed that you can't judge a dealership on how the purchase went but on how the service department is run and how you are treated after the purchase.At the ripe age of 55, I've had many cars in my life, some purchased used and some brand new and unfortunately I've had some bad experiences with dealerships. But I've also had some good experiences as well. However hands down Leith Alfa has been the best in all my years. When I purchased the car (used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia) the process was great but the service department from their techs to the front of house are excellent. And I'm going to call out one particular rep, Sabre, she has treated me so well. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. But she treats all her customers that way. Other reps have been excellent as well. Whomever is overseeing things is doing a great job.

Terrible experience! I was here of an Oil change and filter change for my Alfa. Service Advisor Morgan was not helpful at all. They try to add unnecessary services and if you say No. She acted rude and called her manager to convince me..Finally my car was serviced and got my video inspection. However, Morgan made me wait for 60 mins even after my service was completed. They say it s in detailing but i can clearly see my car from waiting room. it s washed already and waiting in the service area. They don t answer calls and don t reply to messages as well. My only request is please improve your behavior and service towards customers.

Let me tell you, best customer service in a while and that s hard to find! In 2015 I went on a search for an Audi TT, by the time I got there, it was sold and was completely bummed. Two weeks later, Charles called me and said he just got another one in stock and I needed to stop by quickly. I got there and purchased it. This TT was actually better than the one I was going to purchase earlier (more options and bigger engine). I appreciate him for remembering me! Fast forward, I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an awesome experience again. I was here a couple months earlier to purchase a truck for my job. Charles helped me find a truck and went out of his way to drive to Cary to pick up the truck up. I viewed the truck and then decided it was not what my job needed. I ended up purchasing at another dealership because I couldn t let that one go. However, Charles helped me in great detail and I decided to come back to purchase a vehicle for myself. This was one of the easiest purchases I have ever been through. The finance manager didn t push too hard on extras and had the paperwork ready. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Kudos to this dealership! Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. They were very professional and went Above and Beyond at times and very patient. They knew what I wanted and needed and met that 110%. I went there one time and the second time everyone knew my name. The way they treat you I can just imagine if I was buying the car they have right then the showroom. LOL

BEST SERVICE IN TOWN !! After a really bad experience in another place, came to Alfa Romeo trying to find a solution for the inconvenience, this place took it to whole different level of hospitality! They made me feel like home and took care of all the details! Clare!! You re amazing, if you ever need to handle any car business just ask for her ! Glen is fantastic too like he says he turn off fires and problems what an amazing team an place ! I m proudly Can say that I m a member of the Alfa Romeo family because of them !

I had been searching for an upgrade for about a month, looking at many different options. I leased an Alfa Romeo Giulia, and I could not be more happy with my experience at this dealership. Being only my second car I've bought, Alfa Romeo of Raleigh blew away my expectations in business professionalism, and set the bar so high that I am not sure I feel comfortable buying elsewhere.I mostly worked with Mohammad during my transaction, and I could not be more happy with working with him. He was quick with his paperwork, very transparent, and extremely conscious with my time. I also met Marco and Anthony, and they were a pleasure to speak with.The General Manager there, Jack, knows exactly how to run a perfect dealership, and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can promise you that Jack will do everything he can to make sure you are getting a great deal and being treated properly. If I could give 100 stars, I would!Alfa Raleigh, sincerely, thank you for your business.P.S. they put a bow on my car! A1 service.

This was a good service dealership for Alfa Romeo, not anymore. Kept my Giulia for 2 weeks to find an ac condensation leak that was letting water from ac unit flow into passenger side floor board, said they couldn't replicate the problem. So, I picked up my car and what a surprise, the leak came back after driving with ac on for 45 minutes. Buy a car from them if you like, but get serviced somewhere else. Also, wanted to charge me $2000 to replace turbo coolant seals, got it done locally for $534. Update:Local mechanic found condensation block in 1 hour, cleared it, no more leak!

10/10 experience getting a used car at Maserati of Raleigh. Anthony, my sales rep, was so helpful and personable that it made the process so easy and comfortable. He, along with the finance manager Darryl, talked me through the entire process, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove home my dream car. Ecstatic is an understatement. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service from the Service Manager Saber Hanson! She has repeatedly gone above and beyond what you would expect from customer service to provide direction, recommendations. On 8/14/23, I bought a used 2019 Kia Sorento from this Leith dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Charles. He was straightforward, friendly, courteous, and did not try to push anything extra. He even recommended a restaurant in Cary that I had never eaten at, which I tried the very next day - it was delicious. If you have a car that you are interested in at this dealership, I highly recommend that you ask for Charles - he will take excellent care of you.

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer. Very professional and over top experience. The sales person Charles was able to get me exactly what I wanted. The staff was very welcoming and nice. I m very pleased and satisfied with both purchases that I have made with this dealership. I highly recommend them, they have all types of vehicles no matter what you are looking for and great deals. I will probably purchase another car from them in the future.
