Terrible dealership, their sister store is superior. Charged me for a wheel lock key they damaged, and didn t put the oil plug in. Had to miss a day of work. If you want your investment to last take it to Leith Acura of CARY not RALEIGH.

Took vehicle in for service in December. Service tech was great, although I don't remember her name. I rate her a 4/5 stars, but her manager, Mark, and he gets a 1 star. Mark was very condescending and dismissive of my concerns, practically angry because I questioned the services and the associated costs that were being charged. I will seriously consider whether to get another Acura in the future. I was hopeful that the Acura Raleigh location would offer better service than the Cary location, but no! The only reason an Acura Raleigh dealership was needed is because of customers. I hope Leith and its family of dealership will remember how they stay in business - Customers!!!

I really love going to this place for service. The technicians are courtesy and professional. Every visit, they were informative and transparent. They provide live footage of the problem and share the video immediately. Quick service. Appointments suggested but not necessary. Excellent service.
