If you need ANY type of auto body work done, this is the place to go, trust me. They have fair, honest, and transparent pricing. I was kept informed/updated throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was quick. And, most importantly, they did an amazing job! My car looks better than when I drove it off the dealership lot! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Someone rear ended me while driving home from work one day. I was very flustered because I am new to the area and don t know anyone. I trusted the reviews and this shop did not disappoint! They are truly the most patient, kind and caring shop! The at-fault drivers insurance was giving me a hard time throughout this entire process but this shop made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Lanier Auto Body and Paint is extremely trustworthy and answered all my questions.I dropped my car off on a Monday and received it Thursday. The work they did on it is better than perfect. My car looks even better than when I bought it!I couldn t recommend this shop more to anyone who needs works done. Absolutely fantastic experience and can t say enough good things about the entire process with them. I had a super tight schedule, and not only did they work with me, but made it with plenty of time to spare. If you are looking somewhere that is honest and provides excellent results, look no further. These guys are 5 stars.They worked me every step of the way. I recently bumped into a pole, with my 2021 Kia K5 after a night of keeping an eye on the hospital and did not want to go through insurance to repair it. Meaning that the pricey $1.5K would be coming through me. I called numerous places and eventually got found the team at Lanier through a Google search.Everything that is said about the Lanier teams on the review is true. Price wise, they beat the competition by half and they had my passenger door replaced in just 4 days which was a surprise. To say that I enjoyed working with the Lanier team of Greg and Jamie is an understatement, I definitely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family in the future. Thanks again guys!

One of few places to get panels painted without being in a collision. Scope/Pricing was easy - drove up, walked in, walked around the car with Greg. Estimate was spot on cost. Greg made me a good deal on repainting 3 panels that had significant chipping and fading, and replacing 4 belt moldings. The new paint and trim looks great. Greg showed me the work and gave care instructions during pickup. The work was quick too - 3 days dropoff to pickup.

Lanier was by far one easiest Body Shops to work with in the area. I attempted to go to a large shop to discuss a quote and was directed to use their website to get an online quote first and then it would take a week to get an in person quote. Rather than waste my time, I contacted Lanier based on the reviews I saw and was able to speak to Greg directly. Came in and discussed the damage and got a quote that day! I think the work speaks for itself. He did stellar work, looks like new! He had lots of work scheduled and still managed to squeeze me in and got things turned around quick. If you want someone to discuss what needs to be done and the options, give you a direct and fair quote without any need to go online, come here!

This guy is a magician when it comes to Auto Body and Paint work! He uses only high quality products, his attention to detail and quality paint work is something that you don't see anymore. In this industry that is overwhelmed with new and inexperienced people it's hard to find a good paint guy. For what it's worth I was in the Auto industry for 20 years I'm very picky and meticulous about paint and body work and I can easily pick up the flaws that other people wouldn't notice. This is now my go to paint shop! After getting ridiculously high quotes from other shops, Lanier offered an incredibly reasonable and affordable price for repairs and had my car fixed much sooner than I expected! Greg and Jamie were nothing but kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my car was looking great. They walked through the whole process of the parts that would need to be ordered and the exact work that would be done so there was no miscommunication. Shopped around parts of Raleigh and Cary to find a body shop to repair damage on my vehicle, found Lanier by surprise and by far it is the cleanest auto body shop I ve see. When it came to the repair it was about a 8 inch area that left a dent and chipped paint. Greg worked his magic and the car looks like nothing ever happened. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a new bumper painted and hood repainted. The color match to the original paint is perfect. I ve seen other paint shops do similar work and you can normally see a difference but not here. There was a couple small flaws under the bumper paint but nothing anyone would notice unless your very close waxing by hand. The car was done quicker then expected and would definitely use them again.Service: Painting

Someone recently ran a red light and hit my SUV. Thankfully I was not injured, but I had never been in an accident before and had no idea how the process of insurance coverage with a repair shop works, so I was stressed out. Greg and Jamie were so kind to me, which meant a lot as a first time customer. Jamie was wonderful about communicating updates on my car and answering my inexperienced questions, making a stressful situation much easier for me. My SUV was ready ahead of schedule and looks good as new! Highly recommend!

I visited this body shop based on the significant amount of positive reviews I saw on google complimenting this shop on their quality of work.I took my Lexus here to receive an estimate as I was looking to get my front bumper repainted due to rock chips chipping the paint. Greg analyzed the damage and provided me a quote which was very affordable! Greg was very informative and pleasant to speak with. I knew my vehicle was in great hands based on our encounter. Greg texted me a few days later stating that my car was finished. I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle and was amazed at the finished product! The reviews were not misleading. There wasn t a single flaw in the bumper! Greg even went the extra mile to disassemble the bumper to make sure the bumper was fully painted unlike other body shops who leave the bumper on the car to paint which can leave residue on other parts.This shop has definitely gained a new loyal customer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I found Lanier after calling multiple body shops trying to find someone who would repair my driver's side external door handle that kept falling off. Initially, the staff member who answered my phone call said this was not necessarily a typical service for them to offer but she checked with the owner and he was willing to help me despite this. Greg had me leave the car for a few hours so he could investigate what parts might be needed and order the needed part that day. Two days later I came back and he had it fixed in 5 minutes! Greg was professional and polite. He did not talk to me in a condescending manner which I have often experienced as a young female. The cost was extremely reasonable which is very important to me as a graduate student and I am so happy not to have to climb in from the passenger side anymore. I meant to write this review months ago to rave about this business. Someone keyed my brand new car and my insurance company wanted to send me to a repair chain that had done a shoddy job on my husband's car in the past. Knowing that auto body repair and painting quality varies drastically, I did a Google search for highly-rated shops and found Lanier. The owner, Greg, does business the old-fashioned way, with honesty, integrity, and quality work. The minute I talked to him, I knew this was the shop I wanted fixing my car. Jamie did a great job at handling all the paperwork and details with my insurance company, and Greg handled the repair and paint work. The workmanship was outstanding and you'd never know that someone did over $1,000 worth of damage to the side of my car. My friend, who drove me over to pick up my car when it was ready, had splashed some house paint on her car and didn't realize it until it dried, and had some other scuffs from people's doors and bumpers, so wanted to get an estimate. Greg removed the paint and buffed out all the spots for free while we were there! I highly recommend Lanier for all your auto body and painting needs.

Thanks to Greg Lanier and staff, my white Corolla looks as good as new. Greg's decision to do repair of the damage to the door of the car rather than replace the door completely was a challenge, but he did it so well. Professional, reasonable and personable, Greg was willing to repair the car in three days. The quality of work and service are unmatched. I give my strongest recommendation.

I was more than pleased with Lanier removing and painting the front bumper of my car. The paint matched perfectly; no tell-tale signs of damage and it made my 11 year old car look new again. My daughter's car needed body work after bumping into a cement wall. I got quotes from 6 body shops and Greg Lanier was the only one who studied the car for about 5 minutes, then discussed different options. Greg Lanier made it look like the car was never damaged. He was finished 2 days early too. Easy to communicate with, great work, and a great honest price. I will definitely use this shop for all my future auto body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I damaged my bumper the night before to the point where it was hanging off. I saw the reviews for Lanier and the close proximity to home and decided to stop by on my way to work.Greg helped me out as soon as i walked in, even though he had an appointment before me; he was able to repair my bumper in about 30 minutes for an unbeatable value. I appreciate the generosity and the product knowledge experienced at Lanier Auto Body & Paint. Highly recommend this business to anyone with auto repair needs.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I was in the unfortunate situation of needing body work done and Greg made the process a breeze. As a college-aged girl, it can be difficult finding trustworthy auto shops, but I have definitely found my people for any future needs!When I initially brought my car for an estimate, Greg looked at it, informed me of everything that would need to be done, and even fixed an issue I was having with the door ON THE SPOT. I knew this is where I wanted to have the work done.Once he got my car in the shop, he sent text and picture updates and was even kind enough to remove some road paint that had splattered on my car. The car looks great now and I would never know that it had once been damaged.Greg was super flexible while I figured out all the logistics of getting my car to and from the shop and he was very patient and accommodating while I figured out payment since I was out of town and my employer was paying for the damages.There is a reason that this place has a 5 star rating!! And it s because they do quality work and actually care about their customers!
