I hardly leave reviews unless they are deserved.Had the pleasure of talking with the sales associate Tim A. Although we couldn t make a deal work, Tim was honest and made a great effort in trying to get the price to work within my budget. He took extra pictures and videos of the vehicle soon after inquiring as I live out of state. Answered all of my questions best to his knowledge and cared more about trying to work with me than just selling a vehicle. I encourage future customers to ask for Tim as you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the time and effort.-Spencer P.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door at this dealership. Nick C. in service is amazing. He was invested in my car health and performance. I typically hate getting my car serviced HOWEVER, Nick was an excellent communicator and explained everything fully. My experience with the service department at Leith Range Rover and Jaguar of Raleigh can only be described as a complete nightmare. I brought my car to them multiple times for the same issues, only to be met with incompetence, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.First and foremost, the service writer at Leith Range Rover and Jaguar of Raleigh upsold me on a timing job without even addressing my main concern. It was clear that their focus was on making additional money rather than properly diagnosing and fixing the problem. This blatant disregard for my concerns was both disappointing and frustrating.To make matters worse, after completing the timing job, It was brought to my attention that one of the valves in my car had been bent. This was a direct result of their negligence and incompetence. However, when I confronted them about the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and instead shifted the blame onto external factors. Their unwillingness to own up to their mistakes and rectify the situation was truly disheartening.What added insult to injury was the amount of time my car spent at their service department. It was in their possession for a whole year, and yet, the main problem was never properly diagnosed or resolved. This level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.Throughout this entire ordeal, the communication from the service department was abysmal. I was left in the dark about the progress on my vehicle and had to constantly reach out for updates. Even then, the information provided was often vague and unhelpful. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Leith Range Rover and Jaguar of Raleigh's service department.In conclusion, my experience with the service department at Leith Range Rover and Jaguar of Raleigh has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the upselling of unnecessary services to the complete mishandling of my car's issues, I cannot express my disappointment enough. I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and competent service to look elsewhere. Leith Range Rover and Jaguar of Raleigh's service department has proven themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.tobe continued - Car back in the shop for the same issue..... We shall see how they handle the situation this go around.

Service was ok until one of the reps made a comment to my wife while I was talking to the manager, about coming back to his place to watch one of the most racist movies in history. Several reps heard him and how akward the response was after it.Overall service at the dealership was ok.

She helped us through the entire process for the past year by always staying connected and updating us on the arrival of our Range Rover Sport. After getting service completed at their location (Jaguar Land Rover of Raleigh). I started hearing a weird noise from under the hood. A trim tool was found in the fan assembly, not allowing one of the fans to turn, causing the other fan to be locked at the highest setting. Possible damage to engine fan assembly due to their mechanic/technicians' negligence. I called Todd Hartley, the service manager, but there was no answer. So I left a voice mail for him to call me about the situation. He NEVER returned my call.

Service is the worst! My car came home more damaged then when it went in. Took over a month to make a new key fab, then my vehicle had to come back 2 times after the initial drop off for repairs that were not done correctly the first time. When picking up my vehicle the third time, there was leaking antifreeze all over the ground under my car, greasy fingerprint marks all over the vehicle, white paint/caulk spilled on my floor mats, my dash was ripped from them replacing my key fan and anti theft sensors and never repaired. Key fab doesn t work properly to this day. Manger of service was difficult and very unprofessional to work with. Replacing a key fab took almost 2 months without my vehicle and over $3,000 to have my vehicle come back in worse shape where I ve paid another mechanic over $2,000 to fix damages made by Range Rover service dept. see photos attached. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILLNEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE LOCATION!!

Deceptive Practices and Unreliable Service OUT OF STATE BUYER BEWARE: A Warning about KEVIN and JAGUAR LAND ROVER RALEIGHI must caution anyone considering doing business with this dealertship. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After finding the perfect car on their lot, I was assured by their sales team that they would hold the vehicle for me while I finalized the financing through my credit union. I deposited $2500 and had my credit union in Texas finalize the loan.Feeling confident in their word, I proceeded with the loan process, and my credit union promptly was going to overnight a special endorsement check to them. However, to my shock and disbelief, they called me saying it was sold to someone else while I was on a three way call with my credit union and sales manager.Not only was the car sold out from under me, but it was done so after my credit union had already paid for it, and the loan was in my name. This is not just incompetence; it's a flagrant breach of trust and a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction.The lack of communication and accountability from them throughout this ordeal is astounding! In addition to the emotional distress caused by this ordeal, I now find myself in the frustrating position of having to unravel a financial mess caused by their negligence.I urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them, especially OUT OF STATE, to proceed with extreme caution. Their unethical business practices and blatant disregard for customer loyalty make them entirely unworthy of your trust and hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Bought a vehicle from this dealership and haven t come across a more unprofessional set of employees. Came back the next day with a concern on the vehicle, and the sales manager Juan Haire, instead of listening with empathy and addressing the concern, his approach was unprofessionally aggressive and discourteous. Do not do business with this dealership unless you want to be left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. The sales guide who sold me the car was equally unprofessional, lacked knowledge about the car and the process. He would repeatedly tell me how my trade-in car was worthless. Take your money elsewhere!

If I can give zero I would. I bought a 2020 Acura from which they got from Leith Acura Raleigh. The breaks were making squeaking noise so I I inquired about them fixing it before I buy the car. They assured me that because the pads are new that the noise will stop with usage. Two month later the noise still exist and now Leith service department is charging me for four new pads. Absolute garbage and they do not check their cars before selling them. Don t buy used cars from them and if you can don t buy new cars from them either.

I don t know where to began, first off the service department sucks. But Johnathan was great as always. I have been there more times in the past year than I have ever been to any dealership with a new car. This last time I took my Velar to get checked out for a low coolant warning which my husband filled multiple times before we decided to take it into the shop. Was told we topped off all your fluids, did a pressure leak test and it s all good to go . Knowing if that s all they did it wasn t all good. What they didn t know was my husband s a great MECHANIC and he already knew it was more than what they said. So we took it and went home, the next day the same warning came up again SMH so two weeks later we took it back and received the same analysis topped off the fluids etc. work order closed. My husband wasn t having it. He had already did his research of the problem, knew exactly what needed to be addressed. He called and called and left messages of what to do to fix the problem. They never called back and never contacted us at all. So he went up to the dealership and handled it all. All of a sudden it s fixed. Thank god for my husband if I didn t still have warranty on this vehicle I would prefer him to do all the work on it. This is becoming exhausting. I really hope I m good for a while and if not. We will be going to Land Rover Cary .

I want to give a shout out to the service manager Todd for all his help last week with my daughters Evoque. He has always been incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to find a solution. I have been going to Land Rover Raleigh for several years now for all my service needs and have never been disappointed. Todd is always fair, honest and he truly cares about his customers. The entire service department are friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks to Nick for also taking care of me. Amy

I love the Land Rover in Raleigh. They are very helpful and understanding about needing a car when I drop my car off for service since I live in Fayetteville. I would like to give a special thanks to Eric my service advisor. He is always friendly. I was helped by another service advisor Justin. He was very helpful, especially since I didn't have an appointment and he assessed correctly what was wrong with my car when he listened to the recoding and my issue and resolved it immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott, a technician again for the second time. His knowledge of cars is very impressive. He knew what the problem was on both instance from the recording I made of the noise coming from my car. He took care of it immediately. They have a great staff, Starting with making my appointment and getting a loaner. Dana is always friendly and explains the terms of the contact for the loaner. I am always happy with service I recieve

Superior Service Department!!We cannot give enough thanks or express our gratitude more to the service department and Jonathan. We ran into some car trouble while traveling from Atlanta with our children. When we reached out to a neighboring Land Rover dealership in Cary we were abruptly turned away even though they were a stones throw from the hotel we had to get for the night which I explained to the service manager. When I called Jonathan in service at Raleigh he calmed my worries and got our Range Rover in for the needed service and back on the road all on a Saturday, he even fed my children lunch !!! The hospitality shown went above and beyond! The service department made it possible for us to get our daughter to her regional soccer game and they came out with the win. Jonathan and his team saved our trip and we cannot be thankful enough!!

If you re going to this place, make sure you have extremely high credit. Make sure everything you have is on point because they will not deal with you if you are not higher up or maybe if you re not the color of a white person at the end of the day I would never go back to this place they hype me up made me feel good and reality didn t do anything to help me try to get this vehicle I own a 2022X3M 40 I was willing to trade that car in at the end of the day. They wouldn t even try to deal with me or try to figure something out, one guy said he d call me back he never called me back I had Them back. It s ridiculous when you have to do things like this and they say oh I ll call you back. I ll call you back. They re just saying that cause I m trying to amp you up well I know I would never use this In a few months, I ll go to a different place and I ll go to them. Don t waste your time or money in a place like this it s smiles and bull.

In general I love the place although typical as any other. Im on my 3rd Gen RR and will get in my fourth soon. As with all, parts prices are jacked way up. A 10$ part will cost you $35 easily. The higher the part price, expect to pay at least double there. Everything comes at a cost. Like most dealerships, even being a 20 year customer means nothing to them. So don't expect any preferential treatment. Its all about how much they can hit you in the head for. Like I said, Typical.

We spent all day looking for the right Honda Pilot to suit our family needs and finally found the perfect one for us as Land Rover Raleigh. The best part of our experience was working with Corey Allen. Corey was professional, courteous, and very positive throughout our entire transaction. The service Manager and the men at the front desk are the best. The mechanics never try to make you pay for something you don't need. I feel that VIP LOVE when we walk through the door. I choose this dealerships and service department over the other location.
