Good experience with getting my Porsche Boxster repaired after an accident that impacted the front and back and required replacing parts and painting. Greg was good with keeping me updated and pushing the insurance company to respond. I had a wonderful experience with the team at Kenny Hawkins! My car was damaged by a city garbage truck, and Chris helped me navigate the whole process in addition to making sure my car looked as good as new! Would recommend this place to anyone who loves their car.

I came to Kenny Hawkins to have my Jeep fixed after an accident I had been in. They were very kind, informative, and fast throughout the whole process. Cory was a pleasure to work with. I was so nervous having so much work done on my car, but holy moly, these people NAILED it. I m impressed with the updates, the customer service, the quality of work and attention to detail. Greg was so kind and every call I got from them was so pleasant. Seriously the best experience. They over-estimated how long my car would take so I was pleasantly surprised when they called saying it was done earlier than anticipated. I was expecting it to be longer than I was anticipating. Seriously, use Kenny Hawkins. They were terrific. Friendly people, and I feel like I got way better service than I would have at one of the bigger companies. I bought my dream car right out of college and 2 months later I was rear ended. I was highly upset! However, Kenny Hawkins helped turn my nervous nightmare into a smooth and painless repair process. The level of customer service was amazing. Chris Bardeen was very informative throughout the entire process and was always one phone call or email away to answer any of my questions or concerns. Not only is the customer service great, but the work is top notch as well. They took as much care in my vehicle as I do, and trust me, that is saying A LOT. My car is looking better than the day I bought it. Their attention to detail is down right amazing, and they back up all of their work. They even went as far as giving me the leftover matched touch up paint to apply in the future. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Kenny Hawkins. This place is a hidden gem. Thanks guys!

This is the second time that I've had to take a vehicle to Kenny Hawkins for accident repairs. Both times staff was extremely professional and personable. Their work is flawless and they truly advocate for their customers with the insurance companies. If you want quality work that makes your vehicle look like it's brand new, then look no further.

HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repair work! I was involved in my first accident as a driver and was very nervous with having to choose a shop for repairs, especially since I have an '07 Toyota. The staff here was very friendly and quickly got me on their schedule. They gave me proper updates throughout the week and worked directly with the insurance company with no issues. By the time I got my car back you couldn't even tell where the damage was! I was very impressed with the work done and will gladly tell others about this shop.

Kenny Hawkins was amazing to deal with. They explained the process, gave me a few tips, had the car done in less than quoted time and it looks perfect. Corey was wonderful start to finish. I highly recommend these folks. They brought my Honda back to its off-the-lot glory.

Our daughter hit a parked car recently and caused enough damage to take it to Kenny Hawkins for an estimate and repair. We had been there once before to fix some cosmetic damage on my wife's car and we were very pleased with that work. We cannot say enough about the professional and great quality workmanship on both cars. If you're ever in need of a body shop to fix you car we highly recommend Kenny Hawkins. I had a car accident a month ago with my 2003 Lexus, it was my father's who passed away 2 years ago. unfortunately, the insurance company said it would cost too much to repair and wrote us a check for the salvage value. The car was all I had left from my father, I could not give it up. Other repair shops would not touch it, or the esitmates were quite high. My boss told me to use Kenny Hawkins Automotive. Within days, I was at the shop with the car, Chris looked at the car, and said they were able to work with it and our budget. The car war fixed within 2 weeks, it looked like a brand new car. They went above and beyond to mske it look showroom new! I have never had a repair shop that has done that before. They are honest and very professional, they kept me up to date via email to let me know the progress, I was amazed at that! They are tops in my book!Helen Coleman

Corey and the crew at Kenny Hawkins are exceptional. I have been an insurance agent for three decades and send clients, friends and family to them whenever possible. The feedback is always positive. My car hit by a truck and the from bumper, fender, light, and the hood were broken. Kenny Hawkins gave me quickly a quote, contacted the insurance, and once the insurance confirmed my case number, they gave me a ride to a rental to take my rental. After 12 days my car was repaired and everything looks fine now, three months after the repair. The staff are nice and friendly.

I brought my basically brand new 2015 F-150 King Ranch for a bumper repair. I worked with Corey and I could not have been more satisfied. Estimate was fair, communication was great and they did a great job with the paint match. Corey was excellent to work with and I would recommend Kenny Hawkins Automotive to anyone. Thank you

I have now been a repeat customer of Kenny Hawkins Auto. I have worked with both Chris and Corey. They are 2 of the most professional, courteous and informative individuials I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Every time I speak with them, they listen to what I have to say and work from there. As a consumer, this is rarely encountered when working with a skilled trade. I always get the very strong impression that they actually care about customer relations and therefore quality worksmanship. This family owned and operated business has earned my patronage and recommendations for life.

The staff at Kenny Hawkins is very nice but their work is questionable. We took our car in for some scratches it received from a mailbox. We got multiple estimates and Kenny Hawkins was one of if not the highest but we went with them anyway because I felt like they would do a good job. It was in the shop for a week and when we picked it up there was dew all over it so we didn't notice any issues and assumed it was all good. Later we noticed that one scratch in particular was still very visible. You couldn't feel it but you could see it. We took it back and they attempted to "buff it out". That made no difference so we brought it back and left it for the day for them to repaint. The scratch in question was on the door handle and when we picked it up it looked good. However, the inside of the door handle is really bumpy now. Later I noticed in sunlight at certain angles, other scratches are still visible. Each time we took it in the staff was accommodating and apologetic but still the finished product is not up to my expectations, especially considering the price.

A deer ran into my (almost new) Mustang Bullitt late December. All the local body shops were backed up.A good friend recommended Kenny Hawkins. They took the car in right away. I picked my Mustang up today. There was $17k damage.The communication was first rate during the whole process. Chris and Greg made sure the work was good as new. I couldnt be happier.Thanks guys for a job well done. EXCELLENT !!!

I own basic mid-line cars (Honda, Toyota, Ford) and have used Kenny Hawkins for 18 years. Always, ALWAYS, perfectionists. When high-line car owners and dealers need a car to look good, Kenny Hawkins is at the top of their list; drive by there periodically and see what they are working on. Keep in mind (or be informed, if you never knew) that insurance companies beat down body shop prices so hard that it affects the true art of car repair (nicely aligned seams, invisible scratch/gouge fills, near-perfect paint match, etc. - this stuff is NOT easy!).

Their service and tech people work together as one team and do a high-quality job. Our Acura TL needed some significant body repair and they brought the car back to its original new condition to the point that when you look at the car from any angle you cannot tell that the vehicle was in an accident. I recommend this body shop to anyone without hesitation.

I took my Lexus here b/c my insurance agent recommended them... They replaced the front and rear bumpers with new and repainted the rear quarter panel. State Farm's estimate came in much lower than their quote, but they convinced me that it was normal and that they would get them to pay the difference. After my car was already apart I found out that State Farm wouldn't budge. I ended up paying the difference out of pocket. As far as the actual work... there's orange peel and other junk in the paint!! It looks like an amateur painted my car! I gave them an opportunity to make it right once, but won't be going back a third time!! Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience!

Kenny Hawkins has always taken good care of me and I refer everyone because they stand behind their work 100%. Corey F. was very observant regarding a prior repair by another bodyshop and pointed out the things that should have been addressed.

I would rate this shop at zero if that was an option! Chris, who is one of the owners, had a very aggressive, negative, and terrible attitude with me and my insurance agent. He was very rude from the very start of the conversation, and he would not even let the agent, who is new to the case, give or gather information concerning the auto repair. He acted very childishly, unprofessionally, and hung up the phone on us for no apparent reason. I truly wanted to patronize his business, but I WILL NOT be disrespected and treated this way when I'm the one who is employing him to do work. His customer service and people skills are very lacking (he seems to be very challenged in some areas), and I wonder how he is still in business if he treats other customers this way. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with someone who appreciates the customer and understands that the customer is the one who keeps a small local business like his in business.

Butchered the paint job on my audi s5. Oversprayed the clear coat that is now peeling. Pretty bad orange peel that don't match up at all. Cory lied to me several times, tried to fixed the issues, then ended up making them worse. The dent and door work was good, but everything about the paint was terrible. Also had them repaint the bumper and that had tons of dust between the paint and clear coat as well.Pretty disappointing experience, would never go there again and they basically told me there was nothing more they could do after wreaking my paint.

Very good experience with both my Honda Accord and my gf s Acura MDX. They even delivered one early. I worked with Corey and he did a great job keeping me up to date. I d highly recommend this place for any Honda/Acura work.
