Highly recommend this shop! Kenneth and Aaron were fantastic and thorough today while looking at my car. I really appreciated the time they took to explain what was going on, give recommendations, and that they stayed in contact throughout the day. I noticed that when I dropped off and picked up my car, they had customers waiting in the lobby that clearly had a long history of with this shop. It was a great indication of the care and dedication the team has to the work they do that keeps folks coming back. I know where I m going next time I need car care. Thank you for everything!

The customer service level with everything from the genuine care for you and your vehicle here cannot be surpassed. I called in the morning and while I was on the phone he was able to order my part and let me know he would call me when it was in. Now I did diagnose my car on my own. Once my part came in I was able to get in and get the part installed it took hardly any time at all. I was offered a snack and drinks when I was waiting. Once I paid and was on my way he was concerned that what was done might not rectify the issue and told me to drive it and call him to let him know if it was still making the sound it was before. I did just that and it was perfect. To have a shop genuinely care about taking the proper care of your vehicle for you is a rarity and so refreshing to know that there are still wonderful people that do indeed care not just about the expansion of their fortune and care about the quality of their work and their customers. I am so grateful to have found you guys! I would recommend again and again, now I do know based on the quality of work they do they are a little backed up on appointments but if you can make it work and wait, it is well worth it.

I'm always pleased with the quality of work here. Not to mention, Kennan and crew are kind, trustworthy folks to do business with. Depending on what services are needed, I have sometimes paid a bit more here than other places, but that's not always the case, and sometimes the premium is worth it for the consistent level of service you get here. Highly recommend.

Being retired Military, I am not subject to hyperbole. I would like to say that Kenneth and his crew are Top Notch. My son's SUV had a serious oil leak at college 4 hrs away, and after reading the reviews for Kennan's, I took a chance. GREAT Service, GREAT Price, NO hassle, HIGHLY recommend Kenneth / Keenan's!!!

Was recommended this place, and now I can t recommend it enough! Kenny had my car fixed within a day of telling me the estimated costs. It also helps that he is super friendly and will talk to you not only about the work he did, but also make conversation with you. Never once felt pressured but I am so glad that Kenny worked on my vehicle s fuel pump. Would 10/10 recommend to others!

I now have 4 vehicles being serviced with Keenan s. As others have said, Kenneth is incredibly honest, and will work hard to get you your vehicle completed soon as he can. Finding a trustworthy mechanic takes time and you can trust this shop is the right place. I m lucky to have found him from a referral from my daughter who has been thrilled as well.

It's always packed, so call ahead, but service is second to none. Kenny will take care of you and won't take you for a ride. If you need maintenance, Kennan's is the place to be.

Went above and beyond! My son s car needed an alternator installed so that he could get to and from school. It started with the initial phone call and talking with the owner Kenneth, he was busy but took the time to ask what the issues were. As a father he understood that no parent wants doubt in a vehicle when their child is behind the wheel. He was able to get us in and complete the repairs to coincide with my son s class schedule. What a find, knowing they are there provides a sense of relief: Kenneth and the team were all trustworthy, professional, and polite. *5 Star* customer service - Happy Birthday Kenneth Thank you again!!!

I highly recommend Keenans Auto Repair. Kenny the owner takes his time and explains exactly what you need. Prices are fair and the staff is very good. These guys are some of the best in Wake County. Stopped by for an oil change and wanted to give this place a chance. Kennan informed me of that main things I need to be aware of that needed to be addressed. I asked questions regarding the issues and was provided a quote for the repairs. I appreciate the honestly and not being pressured to do the repairs immediately. Honest and hardworking people here.

Kennan's Auto Repair is hands down, the best auto repair shop experience I have ever had. My vehicle needed a full engine repair which wound up being a complete engine replacement. Ken and his team went above and beyond to get me the best deal on parts and took their time doing a thorough job in getting the vehicle back on the road in better condition than it previously was.I cannot recommend another shop that is better than Kens. Kenneth and his team are outstanding. We were in the Raleigh area from over an hour away to look at a car we were considering purchasing for our 16 yr old twins. Everything looked good at the dealership and after the test drive we felt pretty confident we would buy it but with it being a used car, we wanted to get it independently checked to get reassurance of its' mechanical condition. We did not know of a shop in the area personally so we googled and started calling shops with good reviews. My husband spoke to a couple shops that could not get us in, meanwhile I called Kennan's and upon speaking with Kenneth he said we could bring the car right away. Our entire experience while there really floored us both. Kenneth promotes a very positive environment, everyone we came across at the shop was extremely friendly and it was easy to see they operatelike an extended family rather than just co-workers. Not only that, they completed a thorough evaluation of the car, spoke with us at length and in detail about the car and gave us their honest opinion of its' condition which unfortunately turned out not to be as great as we had hoped. They saved us from buying a car we feel sure we would have regretted later and went so far above and beyond what we expected or have experienced with an auto shop before. They are the exact opposite of every negative stereotype out there about car mechanics. They are good, honest people who genuinely want to help their customers. We could not have been more blown away by their willingness to work us in on short notice, their friendliness, their extensive knowledge of cars and the time they spent talking with us in depth about not just the car we brought in but what to look for when buying a used car in general. Just amazing! They deserve more than 5 stars! I only wish they weren't 1-1/2 hrs from our home so that we could go to them for all of our car service needs. Recommend them 1000%.

I needed my 5.4 Triton spark plugs replaced (one of the harder spark plug replacements) and knew I needed someone professional with experience on this kind of engine to get those replaced, especially with an older vehicle with high sentimental value. It's obvious to choose a mechanic with reviews like Kennan has and he exceeded my expectations! They air compressed as I hoped and also fixed my blinker issue for very cheap! The energy is totally better than anywhere else I've gone so I'm very grateful to have come across this place. The mechanic that worked on my truck was super knowledgeable and they did a complimentary inspection on everything else and let me know what I might need to get fixed/replaced in the future. Also, I really needed this done before leaving town when originally they were a few weeks out but managed to get me in before then! Thanks Kennan for the empathy and professionalism. Daughter has a possibile catastrophic issue with her car... They were SUPER helpful, she might even get the dealership to do "good faith" warranty work... Regardless, she raves on how helpful these folks were. No charge. And... Even cleaned her car??? Speechless.

This place is truly amazing, Mr Kenny is a very polite and honest guy, He and his staff done work on my car and saved me a lot of money not even a fraction of what other quoted me. They were fast and on time. He told me I needed another peice done on my car, and he had it ordered and replaced while I was still there. Best place to get car repairs!! Fast, friendly and authentic. Don t waste time and money by going somewhere else. Kenny and his team know what they are doing and do it with integrity. They work hard and fast and do what Kenny says they willdo for the price he says it will cost. They understand the value of repeat business and customer loyalty and all they do backs that up!! Kenny has given me great advice on a car I loved and did not want to part with but that cost too much to maintain. He s the only mechanic - besides my dad - whose ever done that. Kennan's is great! Not living in Raleigh we needed to find a repair shop close to the college and go off of reviews. Kennan's and Kenneth are a dynamic duo. I am so happy we found them because they are honest, reliable and the cost is reasonable.
