Horrible , the staff don t like black people. I got discriminated against during my last visit. The manager made me pay first before they put my tires on the vehicle. The lady besides who was of Spanish decent. She didn t pay until the end after her tires was on the vehicle. The man that were fixing my tire was inexperienced and didn t tighten my wheels at the end so two of my stubs broke off because the dude tighten them. They feel like they are not responsible it. The manager told me to come back to get it fixed. Now they re saying they are not liable for this matter. They are calling the police on me.

Highly recommended. My Jeep was vibrating badly on the highway, they diagnosed the issue, and it drives great now. I also got an oil change while I was there. They're not going to attempt to upsell services that are unnecessary. I really like that.

The worst tires of all time. It's worth paying the extra 200/300 diff at a legit place. Cost me $600 to fix a break alignment issue they created when installed my new tires. Which are junk by the way. They're pretty slow and the waiting rooms feel like jail.

My son got three tires from them on the 7th, well I was out of town .I went to work on Monday which was the 14 my tires pressure , light came on the 15 put air in my tire for two days later the light come back on .I put more air in it , then the same thing happened again so I took it back to the shop and on the 22 I explained to them what happened.First they say it s might be a nail in it, he took it off and in front me show me the nail which it was no nail. Then I ask what they gone do about my tire then they said give me another one . They ask for my receipt, while the guy was putting the tire on my car she said the warranty was off . I then said to her how long was the warranty, she walks away , left the shop and the tire was fine .Wake up this morning ,getting ready to drive to work the light is back on again . They are the worst ever I will never go to them again , it s not safe to ride around with bad tires on your car . They putting me and my family in a dangerous situation and I don t appreciate it at all .I would never recommend them to anyone.

Mind you I ve been a customer with Kekes for years but never had body work done there, maybe they re just good for tires. I went to get a headlight, a few days ago I realized it moved, so I took it back because the light is loose. Go back the man says its gon be loose but it s fixed. Trust me it didn t look like that, the day I left and it s not suppose to be loose. When u get something fixed, it s suppose to be fixed. The same the light on one side, is tight but one worked on is loose??. Bad business. I was so happy when the man Walter did it but now I am not if the work going to be falling apart 5 days later

They over charged me I was two blocks away they told me one price and it was great then when I called them back they raised the price and they told me it was because I was more than 10 miles away from them. I was less than 2 blocks away I kept telling them that they said its the best that they could do do I want the service or not. I said yes come on only because they were the only ones I could find and I tried my best to find someone else but didn't. The Woman I spoke to was rude I would not recommend them to anyone else. Now the young Man that come out was very nice so nice that I gave him a tip he was quick and efficient.

My family will ONLY go to Kekes to buy new tires for our vehicle. The prices here are very affordable and the mechanics are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

Terrible! They will not let me talk to the owner. They refuse to let me get a shop near my house to fix the damages they caused. They want me to take it back to them to fix it. They gave me no say in the matter. I do not trust them to fix my vehicle as this is what happened when I took it to them to fix my worn tires. I would steer clear of this place.

I purchased a used tire. Within 10 days it was flat. Triple AAA mechanic told me I was sold a bad tire. Took the tire back still within the warranty and they didn't want to replace it. The separate times they came up with 3 different reason it went flat. I took me to mention corporate to get the issue resolved.

Great spot surprisingly to be able to get in & out of with no wait times! Every single other spot I carried my truck to have a set of tires I already had told me 3 hours to the next day dropping it off? They took me right in the bay from pulling in. Took no time & I was out. Friendly service & their service guys were hopping & just as friendly.

I ve been to the Kekes on Atlantic before and truly enjoyed my experience, but I cannot recommend this particular location at all.I brought my car in to replace a rim that they told me was bent during my last service. I brought a rim from the same year, make, and model from the salvage yard for them to swap out. Now, I m not a mechanic, which is why I went to Keke s for the job.They failed to tell me the rim I brought was 1 inch too small. (I measured myself with a tape measure and it was 15 , but again, I m not a mechanic, didn t know the rim diameter is on the inside of the rim) They failed to check themselves. They charged me for the job before completing it (Mount and balance and new pressure sensor).They then told me the issue, and that on top of not being able to replace the rim due to the size, that they broke the TPMS sensor on my original rim in the process. They refused to take any responsibility, refused to give me any amount of refund, and was honestly short and disrespectful to me during the process.Very unhappy, will not be going back. They also charge way more for tires than the location on Atlantic Ave. Avoid this location at all costs.

Everyone at Keke's was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when I needed an emergency tire change. They helped me figure out what tires would fit my car and were able to bring the tires to me quickly. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the service that was provided and the care of the employees. 5 Stars, no doubt.

This is the first time I came here and all the employees were wonderful, knowledgeable and explained and answered all my questions.I was afraid of not knowing what to expect but they all made my experience with my tire issues feel like it was no problem and they did fix everything I needed and for that I'm very greatful. Thank you. I recommend Keke's tires to everyone. They know what they are doing.

Overinflated tires and messed up the sensors for the wheels. Went back for them to fix it and they did not take responsibility. Very unprofessional!!!

Got 2 tires and three weeks later one of the tires already busted. I called them and they said their tires only covered for two weeks. This place used to be good now they sell rotted tires that won t last a month. Time to cancel keke. Beware stay away

I've been going to kekes tires for years but lately the tires have been going flat after about a week of driving on it I'll have low tire pressure which causes you to go back for them to plug it.. however this time I went for an alignment and 2 tires when I picked up my car my breaks are damn near metal to metal which they were not like that when i dropped the car off I took the car back immediately and they tried to say it was like that before which it was NOT! And not their problem now I have to pay for new breaks and someone to put them on... I'm really done with kekes tires they are low quality tires and poor service

Needed a fairly new tire fixed because of nail. In and out in less than 30mins. No up sale, just saw the nail and fixed it without trying to convince me I need a new tire. The guys were super friendly.

Very good customer service and they are very fast! it's my second time here. The first time I brought my car for alignment and 4 new tires, and now I brought my friend for an oil change and two tires!! Thank you very much Kekes for your services. Walter took care of me the right way. I was charged for brake pads and paid for them upfront without a brake assessment, which was supposed to be first. I ended up needing rotars too. Walter took off the labor cost for the rotars because a brake assessment was supposed to come first. Anyway, job well done!
