I called Kaotic Parts because I desperately needed an oil change in my truck (massively overdue). All other oil change places didn t have anything available for 2 weeks but Kaotic parts got me in first thing the next morning. The owner of the company went out and beyond , I was scared to drive the truck because of how overdue the oil change was so he came to my home and picked up my truck. Not only did they do the oil change but he also called me and recommended that I get my tires rotated (I drive a lot). When the service was done, they throughly explained everything and brought my truck back. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and great customer service all around. Kaotic Parts definitely has a customer for life. I also love that they have monthly packages. Being a busy bee like myself it helps that Kaotic parts can address all my needs for the truck in one place!Services: Tires, Oil change

After receiving a $700+ estimate from my car dealership to replace the front/rear brakes on my car and a $1,200 estimate from Pep Boys (who by the way, said that my rotors also needed to be replaced), I was referred to Kaotic Parts by my cousin. I contacted Omaine and within 20 mins., he sent me a preliminary estimate for less than 1/2 of Pep Boy s estimate. SOLD!!!!! Additionally, the very same day he came by my residence to inspect my brakes and informed me that my rotors did NOT need to be replaced, further reducing the total cost of repair!!! As a single female that knows very little about car maintenance, my relief and gratitude were immediate. The repair was scheduled for the following week and Omaine s service continued to exceed my expectations! He showed up on time, completed the work in less time than indicated, and has even followed up to ensure that I don t have any present concerns. He was a lifesaver and the 12-month parts warranty is further proof that he cares about his customers and quality of work.
