After using Goodyear for over 35yrs I had a bad experience the last time They aligned my front end without me approving it and the steering wheel was off. I decided to go back once I saw new managers and I m glad I did. These guys are great to work with and did a super job with my truck.

Great service and very flexible and responsive to my needs. Appointment for 4 new tires and alignment check scheduled in less than 24 hours, and time spent waiting during appointment was less than 90 minutes.

Overall just a bad place to bring your car to get a service completed. I brought mine in after buying tires from Goodyear and the website recommended Just Tires to do the installation. I was the first appointment of the day at 8 am and after being rudely welcomed and ignored for the first 15 minutes in the waiting room, I was told that it d be about a 1.5 hour service. I decided to wait there and take my morning work meetings from their waiting room but the car wasn t ready until noon. Knowing that, I would ve Uber d home and just would ve picked up my car at lunch or after work. I don t recommend anyone choose this place for tire services. I know I won t be back for anything in the future.

Air pressure was a little low in tires. Stopped by Just Tires Leesville Road. They OVER FILLED all 4 tires and at different psi each tire. After cranking up to leave and instrument panel showed the over fill all tires at different psi, went back inside asking him to come let air out some, we cranked back up and ALL FOUR had different psi and all still OVER FILLED!!Careful if you have Just Tires Leesville Road touch your tires!! Very disappointed with their lack of knowledge and concern.

This is an extremely dangerous shop to have your tires serviced. I had my 5th tire (of service history) lose pressure because the wrong locking nut was installed on the air valve. This almost killed my wife on interstate 40 today. I will be contacting corporate.

This is my goto store for all my tire needs. This time I had a slow leak in my truck tire. They were able to patch thank goodness. The man that did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back for my next set of Wranglers!

I gave 1 star only because I didn't have the option to leave less.The manager at this store would not take a bill payment because I didn't have the member card with me. And he was to lazy to enter the # off the bill. Pure laziness. I wonder how Goodyear would feel if they new he was turning away money.

We had an appointment at 8AM, when the store opened. No one was there until 8:10 when we saw a gentleman walking up on his phone. He gets to the door and says good morning and goes inside. I gave him a second to get the alarm off etc. He does not offer an apology for being late or anything. Gets us checked into our appointment where he says he wonders if they even got the tires because if you order them online they do not communicate with the store. He figured out that they come in at 11 today so I asked if I came around lunchtime would the car be done (it was two tire replacements) and he didnt give me a yes or no just said he would call us when it was ready. I go to pick up the car and was told I have a $53 charge for "roadside hazard" and I asked what that meant and the gentleman made it seem like I needed to have this and not that it was an optional charge. Overall not happy with the customer service and overcharging when it was not necessary. Will not be back and do not recommend this location. I have had better service done at other Just Tires.

Made appointment and received confirmation appointment was confirmed. DUDE at the counter was dry and not welcoming. I'll assume he didn't have his morning Joe just yet. Man claimed their appointment system was a issue and told me I would have to leave my vehicle all day. Never mind the appointment I made and to just tell me he don't know a time frame or even try to squeeze me in not how you conduct business. I arrived at10am for a 1030 when I booked the night before many appointment slots were available. 5 bays with 2 vehicles. I have no choice but assume he didn't want my Buisness. On to next Tire Buisness. Call make sure their system is working properly and they have the time and want your Buisness.

I went here because it was close to my house and I had a nail in my tire. They looked up tires available and they didn't have the specific tire I needed. They still took the time to tell me why the tire could not be repaired to their standards, how the process works for repairing a tire, and then gave me air to get back on the road to go find a place that had my tire in stock. They didn't charge me for anything and we're still delivering good service.

Man who helped me by the name of Elijah (owner?) I have now received excellent service from him twice. He is so efficient and helpful. If he's not the owner give this man a raise! Rare to find great service like this these days.

Four new tires for my pickup. The folks did an excellent job. Prices are reasonable for the quality. I dealt with Keon ... who is a model of professionalism and efficiency. The right people make all the difference. I will go back there again (and have used them in the past for tires on other vehicles).

Waited 4 hours and 20 minutes after being told it was only a 1 hour wait for a 4 tire replacement. Won t be going back. I don t recommend this establishment.

Worst experience in my life. Called to replace tires to ensure they had tires in stock. Manager set appointment. Received a phone call from a store employee to call the day of the appointment. He had no idea what the appointment was for and said he only had one tire. I did go to replace my bad tire, not all four. Upon picking up car, a good tire was now flat with a nail in the side wall, not from driving. Management took no accountability and could care less the car was damaged at his shop. STAY WAY

If you're looking for a business to do business with that has poor customer service...you've found it!!Called this business on a Monday and got a quote for two rear tires for a Lexus. The guy I spoke with said they would have to be ordered so we schedule an appointment for Thursday 10:00 a.m. I called back Thursday morning to confirm the appointment and was informed they had no information on my order or appointment. The person I spoke with when I called back to confirm had nothing to say other than he didn't take my order originally so he didn't make the mistake and because of that he didn't feel as if he or they had done anything wrong and then he ended the call.So congratulations guys! You just earned one more bad review to add to your collection and as a result you will receive the loss of one more customer as well as any customers referrals I may have sent your way in the future if I had experienced a good purchasing transaction.A little partying advice;Own up to your mistakes and then make them right to the best of your ability, at the end of the day that's all any of us can do...it's not that hard.

Online system makes appointments that the store can't see. Then you show up for your "appointment" and they don't honor it. Fraudulent and waste of time.

Lost our household as a client... I went in person to make an appointment for an oil change. I was given today, 7/20 @ 3pm. I showed up a few minutes early only to be told my appointment shouldn't have been scheduled for that late, everybody is busy, somebody just got lunch, there were other cars ahead of me, that were dropoffs.They wouldn't be able to get to it for awhile and probably not get it back to be until closing at 6pm.I informed the gentleman these were not my issue, I made an appointment with the expectation I would be seen. He started again and I told him to stop with the excuses.I was on the books for 3pm, they should have schedule adjusted those drop-offs to keep their loyal clients, who schedule appts, to be taken care of...I gave up and asked to reschedule - the first available, next Wednesday, a WEEK!! No thank you, I will take my service elsewhere. I thought I had a relationship with your shop, but clearly I was mistaken. I'm no more important to you than I am to a first come, first serve shop.I will not be back and will no longer recommend you for any services.

I had a great experience this afternoon! I needed the front tires on my car replaced, and I wanted something that closely matched the rear tires (which had been replaced before I got the car.) They made sure I got what I needed, took care of me immediately, and even called me a few minutes before it was ready since I had walked to a restaurant across the parking lot. I'll definitely be back!

Staff yelled at me that he was only one person and can't do everything. There wasn't much going on. He helped a customer who came in after me after I had been waiting over 3 hours, 2 more than was promised. I ended up with a low pressure gauge warning the next morning, so I brought it back. Different guy helped me and saw that the other 3 were low. I hadasked specifically about that and was reassured the day before. There's so much to this story, too much to type. End of the day, bottom line is.......extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, dishonest staff. This happened on September 22nd fyi.

My husband went to have 4 new tires installed here on Monday. We made an appointment online over the weekend. He arrived on time and they stated they would get the work done and call when it was ready. 11am rolled around and he called to check on the status of the work. Apparently they hadn t done anything to my car, but had just let it sit there because they couldn t find the wheel lock. My husband was livid that it had just been sitting there and no one had called him. He went to help look for he wheel lock in my car and couldn t find it so we decided to take our business elsewhere due to the lack of communication and no services completed. He asked for the key and they COULDN T FIND IT!! Absolutely unacceptable. My husband had to enter the bay and look for it himself, along with my father in law. They finally found it and drove off. I would never recommend this business to anyone, the miscommunication alone should be enough to deter your business. They obviously don t care enough to keep track of the cars they are working on. Extremely disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. They managed to work me in and patch my tire in a timely manner while being understaffed. Not only that, they did not charge me for the services provided. It may have only been $34 but I honestly didn't have the money and I really had to get that tire fixed before having to replace it. I dont remember the guys name at the desk but, you made my day!!! I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could.

If you want to waste your time and be treated unfairly this is the right place. Arrive to the place, nobody at the front desk, the technicians saw me and they didn t even care, after 10 mins waiting a guy who was so busy with his cell phone in a small room next to the front desk, attended me just to tell me that they never received my online appointment and gave me a bunch of excuses as to why there was nothing he can do about it. Never going back to this place. I suggest everyone who reads this to take this into consideration.

Prices are fairly steep and speeds are slow, but work is done well. I had an appointment and brought my own tires and a simple change took nearly two hours to complete. One of the front desk clerks was wearing a face shield in place of a mask. This does nothing to protect your customers. He is in fact not wearing a mask, and should not be allowed in the building.

Please do not bring your car to this Just Tires location. We had our van here for close to 3 days and between the mis-communication between themselves and us, nothing got done. Literally, nothing. They were suppose to call us yesterday morning. Nothing. They were suppose to change the oil and that did not happen either. We received the constant "well Jason told me this, well he told me that". It was very frustrating and unprofessional.

They did not remotely meet the appointment timeframe. When I dropped off my vehicle (30 minutes early) the place was empty. I received my car about 1.5 hours after the appointment completion time. I'm disappointed.

My father needed tires installed prior to returning home which would be a long drive. After contacting the Raleigh store on Leesville Rd, Keon T. made sure to get the order for the tires on the way and was reassuring they could get themInstalled prior to my parents departure. When we arrived at the store Keon was very friendly and had excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. I would definitely use this location again due to the excellent customer service provided by Keon and his associates.

Thanks Just Tires! I was having uneven wear and worn down tires on the front of my car. Just Tires hooked me up with a deal on the front tires and an alignment to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate it. It's running so much smoother and better now. I wish I'd gone sooner. The tech who did my car did an awesome job, Terry and Cheyenne upfront took great care of me. All wearing masks for my safety, all keeping distance. Highly recommend.

I bought 4 tires with hazard warranties on them. In 1 month, all 4 tires had to be replaced due to flats, or the tire buldging off the wheel. I got them replaced, and had issues with the new ones. I just went back to my local Ford dealership and bought all new tires. Avoid buying tires here for your safety.
